I have dozens of orders on this site and always completed! A product arrived defective only once, DX sent me a new free of charge immediately. The delivery is a little bit long but nothing surprising on this type of site with free delivery. I adore quite particularly the lamp of dive in 30€ which accompanies me at every trip and makes jealous my colleagues who pay their 150-200€ for the same result ! Thank you DX!
Company is solid for years, so very trustworthy in my opinion. Price levels are good, however most of the time not cheapest. Reviews from other users are however my main reason to buy at DX. Shipping time takes a bit longer compared to orders done at ebay. But that's no problem at all. After sales is fine, they give good solutions, and quick responses.
I placed one order for 3 2MP IP cameras with audio in and out. SKU: 193402 on the DX.com site. what I received were 3 different shipments all containing a 1.3MP camera without audio connections. To get the cameras in my home I paid 3 x $99,99 + 2 x 0,21 x $99,99 (import taxes for two boxes) + 2 x € 13,- (handling fee for two boxes) amounting to $377,85.
The cameras are not as described and I want a fair refund of my money or send the camreas back and get full reimbursement. What DX offers is a refund of 3 x $99,99 plus shipping costs and that's it. To make matters worse, now they are selling the cameras for $72,-. The description is still wrong.
So if you like to order and wait a long time for wrong items to arrive, please do buy at DX.com.
Jeg kan sagtens anbefale DX da varerne altid når frem og der er styr på betalingen. Dog er leveringstiden i nogle tilfælde meget lang, men den er blevet meget bedre med tiden! Til sidst så kan kvaliteten af produkterne svinge en del, men man får hvad man betaler for ! Modtog engang et læder cover som var slidt og muggent, men igen det bliver produceret og sendt fra fjernøsten og til under 10,- kr syntes jeg at det er hvad man kan forvente i ny og næ.!
Made 2 orders in begining of November 2013, way before xmas and still haven't received anything. Contacted customer service after 2 months of waiting, then waited almost another month for responce. One order was resent (3 weeks in, not received), another have tracking so they are doing something about it for about 2 weeks now. Made another 50$ order in the end of Jan 2014, it was split in 3 shipments, received one after ~15days (not tracked one like other 2) cheepest 2$ item from the order. Still waiting for others. It used to be such a good site, and now is not so mutch. Prices are up too, kept some items in the wish list for over a year so it realy shows.
DX is a very cheap webshop. You can find there anything. The shipping is a little bit slow, but it's free (at least to Hungary). If I got a dead (not working) device (e.g. microSD card reader), they replaced it very quickly, as soon as possible. They are a very friendly, skillful and nice team. They are very helpful if you have any question and ask them via the online chat.
They are really nice people. There are nice products in their shop. If I was DX employer I would try to make the tracking system more useful to their costumers, since there's times our stuff just don't arrive QQ, and we need to call them for refund or resend the stuff =.( but that means wait a while more... But If doesn't matter the time you need to wait its a great shop. It's cheap and have really nice stuff =.)
My experience with Deal Extreme has been excellent. They have extremely good prices and excellent customer support. I live in Brazil and the customs here is very slow. I ordered 6 products in different periods of the year and one of the packages took 3 months to arrive but thanks to DX customer service I was able to manage this little inconvenience. Clearly it was not DX fault but a long delay caused by the Brazilian customs. The DX service is outstanding.
I´m confortable with DX. Normally, when I buy a item, and if I have a problem, I contact dx attendant and they help me (when the chat works) or, contacting via ticket service (sometimes they answer in 1 week, depending, more than...) but, I ´m confotable with my itens, etc. Good place.
I have used DX.com twice. First order was a test, before a much larger order. Shipping takes weeks normally which I can accept. For first order I received all the ordered items, some damaged - So packing was not good. Of the items which were damaged I decided it was easier to repair myself, and for what I paid it seemed acceptable. So In late August/early September I placed my second larger order, which took months to arrive. Because items displayed as in stock were out of stock. Again items arrived damaged & incomplete. The incomplete item was sent fairly quick, after a long exchange of messages. The damaged items I still have not received, despite being FALSELY informed they had been sent & in transit. NOW DX.Com claim they never received my return!!!! NOT True because it was sent recorded delivery to THEIR Returns depot in UK. LAST TIME I USE THEM. I have found just as cheap suppliers elsewhere and BETTER SERVICE

DX has a huge range of products at low or at least competitive prices. Based on the user reviews you can easily find the top quality products. They charge no shipping cost, but take into account a longer than normal shipping time.
I had a defect item delivered. After a short support conversation I got it replaced for free: great service. That's how it should be!
