I have made some purchases on DX and always had a great customer support. Even when some products came defective the DX staff was quick and efective to give me the best assistance. It is a great on-lien store, to shop gift to forein friends and to ourselves. It has competitive prices and a large variety of products.

tries to help with solving problems, the order usually arrives in 10-15 days, made several orders and all of them have been implemented, prices and product quality pleasant surprise when compared to my local prices they are about 2 times higher than DX.com.
Shorter work DX.com adjusts to further appeal for shopping, and the problems - where they are now no? Generally good luck in development.
Jeg har nu handlet flere gang hos DX. Firmaet har et stort udvalg af forskelligt tilbehør, og prisen er ofte kun en brøkdel af, hvad tilsvarende ville koste i Danmark.
Alt sendes portofrit, hvilket er også er et stort plus i sær ved mindre ordrer.
En enkelt gang har jeg oplevet, at et par varer ikke levede op til det forventede, og her har DX tilbudt enten at sende nye varer eller give mig pengene tilbage som et tilgodehavende. Med de erfaringer, jeg indtil videre har haft, kan jeg bestemt anbefale firmaet til andre.
SHIPPING TIME ON WEBSITE STATES 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS HOWEVER IT HAS BEEN OVER 25 DAYS AND MY PACKAGE STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED.
When I contacted them they advise delivery is 45 days however that is not what they state on there website.
DX is a pretty good company to but goods from. They not perfect, made mistakes, sometimes slowing down, but they always positive to fix things and after years they improve all the time the process. I was contacted them by live chat, email, ticketing service and the response was usually really fast and tried to solve the problem. In short, I like to do businness with them.
Great prices, great products, great shipping, great staff, everything is just perfect, you cant lose on this website, they arrange replacement, refund or a store credit if your package is lost after they check with the post office. i would recommend this company to anyone.
"First, I live in California. I purchased a battery charger on November 12th. I checked the website before purchasing and it said that it takes 3-7 business days to ship from their international warehouse, and 5-7 business days to ship from Hong Kong.
Now, after seeing that the status changes to shipped on November 12th and today is the 22nd, so 8 business days have passed already, I sent them a message to get the exact shipment date, and the window of time for delivery. They did not answer all my questions, and they did not bother to answer with the date of shipments and a window time. All they said was that:

To summarize, they advertise on their website that it takes at most 7 business days for shipping. This called a lie. liars."
I had ordered a cell phone, the Pulid F13. For a phone with those specifications the price was very good, about 284 dollar. after paying with PayPall i was informed of every step in the progress. shipping was going to take about 3 weeks, but i knew that and had no problem with that. about 3 weeks later the postman came by, and i received my package. when i opened the package the seals on the box of the phone were cut, and the phone was missing. I instantly reported this to DX, and they told me what to do. I had to report this at the post office (what i did) and i had go to the police to make a report. (what i also did) When i told DX that i had made both the reports they ask me to send the documents to them. I emailed them the police report, but the post office was not allowed to gif me the report. Instead they gave me the report number and a phone number which DX can call to confirm the report, with i emailed to DX. I didn't hear anything of DX, and after 2 weeks i decided to ask them if they had managed to get in contact with the post office. They replied me with the message that they need the report, and that i have to send this to them. Once again i told them that the post office was not allowed to give me the report, and again i gave them the phone number and the number of the report. Just in case, i also send the police report. Again after 2 week of silence, i ask DX if they had managed to get in contact with the post office. they asked me once again the send them the document of the report i had made by the post office. And once again i gave them the number and told them the post office wouldn't gif me the document, and ask DX to call the post office. on 11/20/2013 i got the last email of DX which was saying and i quote" Just so you know, your order has already been fully processed, and there are no items recorded missing from your order; In this point, we have no responsiblity for that already, so we hope you can understand that" in other words screw you, we have your money, and we don't want to help you. I had hoped a big company as DX would at least try to find out what had happened, but they don't. So i won't order anything at DX again, and i advice other people not to buy at DX.
In case of a problem you will never have solution. I purchased a nexus cover, I have not received for 60 days, I am contacting them since 20 days. There is no solution. They still tell me to wait 10 days more..
I am tired of dealing with them, they are extreme as their website name...
Excellent products, excellent prices, excellent shipping, excellent staff.
And if something happens with the package or its broken, their very proffesional staff are always willing to help you to refund or replace it. You will never lose your money. I have made a lot of orders from here and i got them all without any problem. I would recommend it to ANYONE.

Jeg har i de seneste par uger købt samtlige produkter hos dem, dog har det mest været ear-buds.
Min første ordre tog ca. 3 uger for at ankomme. De efterfølgende var 2 uger eller mindre. Leverings var gratis, og det kan man jo ikke klage over ! : )
Når det kommer til kvaliteten....... De produkter jeg har købt har været plastik, og er gået i stykker efter en uge eller to. Det er lidt beklageligt, men på den anden side, hvor meget kan man så forlange af et headset til 15 kr?
Overordnet er det en pålidelig virksomhed som har gode priser og nogenlunde produkter.

I just ordered a replacement mobile phone battery (EP500 for Sony) adverstised as extra-high capacity (2430mAh). Product was delivered in a week but capacity is less than 1000mAh (i.e. less than original Sony battery!).

Most of the products I bought thru dealextreme have lived up to my expectations. The prices are very good and reasonable and lots cheaper than anything I can get in the shops. The only down side is the poor packing. I try not to order anything fragile although the service for complaints is fast and efficient.
