Good service and support from an on-line company

I have just completed a PMP (EC11001) course with added modules for man management and found the course to able to fit in with my busy schedule rather than the other way round.
Normally, at college this course would take up to two years to complete but have managed to fit it in within 6 months timeframe and due to the e-learning process was able to go back over modules that were either difficult or complex to learn so gained extra tuition time. Highly recommend this company for its simple approach and clear working.

Great Course. User Friendly. Value for Money

I purchased the Sage Line 50 Accountancy Course at a reduced rate and found it to be excellent value for money.
The 24 / 7 access is great for people, who like me, do not work standard office hours. I was able to access the reference sections as and when I needed them.
The course was easy to follow with user-friendly sections, meaning that I could undertake as much or as little as I wanted at that time. Very flexible to the individual users needs as the course can be completed in your own time with no pressure.

Fantastic course, easy to follow and informative

I have been using Sage Line 50 in my job for this past five years, with no qualification to back it up. I came across this course, very reasonably priced and was not disappointed. I found it very useful and noticed I had picked up some bad habits along my way. This course was a fabulous refresher and elimated my bad habits. The online support is fantastic and I will definitely being doing more e-Careers courses to beef up my CV :)

CompTIA & Microsoft Package.(EC110026)-EXCELLENT

I just finished CompTIA & Microsoft Package.(EC110026) course. There were lots of material and modules to get through but were easy to navigate. The best part is that you can do the course at your own pace with no pressure. There is also an automatic glossary and search features which are very helpful. I will definitely use e-careers.com again and recommend to my friends and family thank you E-CAREERS for getting me into IT - ALEX MACKAY.

I have purchased Sage line course from e-careers.co.uk. I found the course well structured and easy to follow. Ability to study at your own pace and at comfort from your own home makes it easy to fit the course around work and busy family life. Another thing I found very helpful is online chat. Help is always on hand when needed and you don't have to wait around for answer.

Sage Line 50 - Home learning that is uncomplicated and interactive!

Sage Line 50 is the UK's most popular accounting software so when E-Careers offered a Sage 50 plus Sage 2012 course through Groupon at a small proportion of the cost of elsewhere, I could not resist!
Instructions were laid out clearly and the course guides you through every major section of Sage, be it, Purchase, Sales, or Nominal ledgers.
For me personally, this was a great course to refresh my past knowledge of Sage. However, I would certainly recommend this course to a first time Sage user. The basics are explained with a great clarity and the 24hr online chat brings a friendly and very helpful support to your studies!

Great course, easy to use website with online chat, perfect !

Found a Sage 50 course on Groupon that was a fraction of the cost of other courses so decided to give it go to learn some of the basics for a new career path.
With the online chat facility, logging on was made easy.
The course was very informative with a pleasant sounding tutor.
Each step was explained in depth with an opportunity to try out each step for myself.
Before I started this course I had no knowledge of Sage but took the tests after completing all the modules and was happy to see how much I picked up during the 5 months online with E-Careers.

I just finished Office 2007 & 2010 Package (EC111485) course and I found it very interesting and engaging (except for the Access part that was a bit hard for me) They really put lots of materials and the modules were easy to navigate. Sage Line 50 (EC110022)

I've studied Sage on-line for about 2-3 hours a day and finished it in about 3 weeks, of course u can go back and look again at what u are not sure! It is great interactive learning , like someone by your side explaining what to do but with more patience. U also have online support if u need. I've learned so many things and i've enjoyed this a lot. Definetly come back to study more! Thank you very much e-Careers for this oportunity!

Sage 50 Groupon deal was a steal

I purchased the Sage 50 and Sage 2009 Course from Groupon at e-careers. Completed this in record time, I found the online chat window on E-careers.co.uk to be very helpful and saved me a lot of money had I had to ring up, or wait days for a email conversation abck and forth which is the case for so many of these companies!

Sage course now completed - easy to use and can study at you own pace

Sage course was really helpful and easy to use, can learn at your own pace as you have a year to complete the course. Mini practice tests would have been helpful so you know what to expect when doing the actual tests and would have liked the helpline to be available at the weekends, but despite this i enjoyed the course and learnt many things i didnt know about about sage and was able to complete it.

Study at your own pace, great support

I had some doubts about doing an online course but e-careers are very easy to understand and have 24 hour support. I had no problem studying as it was at my own pace and the certificates at the end of each module were a great incentive. It was great to brush up on old skils and learn new skills.

Excellent and easy way to study

As a lot of people i brought a Groupon voucher to study Sage line 50, and it was well worth the purchase.
Ive been able to study in my own time and to my own pace.
Whenever I've needed support or guidenice they has always been someone ready to help. The online chat is fanatastic and very helpful.
The course its slef has given me a very clear insight into Sage and how to use it.
I would recommend this company and this course to anyone.

A great way to study!

Like others I bought a Groupon offer to study the European Computer Driving License with E-Careers - great move! I liked the style of the course which breaks the topics to be covered into short sections. This means you can complete a section in less than 15 minutes, and you feel a real sense of progress as you work through each module. I also liked the fact that you had a whole year to complete the course.

The course starts with real basics and builds up to more complicated aspects of working with a computer. This is an ideal course for anyone who needs to improve their computer literacy - I certainly improved both my knowledge and confidence and am using my computer to do things I couldn't do before I had studied the course.

I received good support when I couldn't log in one day- received a response within minutes of sending an email asking for help. It's been a positive experience for me and I can recommend E-Careers and this course.

Excellent course and communication

I bought a voucher for the ECDL course on Groupon and have to say, out of many courses I have studied online, this has to be the best!

The learning platform is excellent. The course is divided into bitesize chunks which make it easy to see your progress and also to fit in studying when you only have a spare 15 minutes.

I had an issue with the course not saying I had completed it so e-mailed the company who responded within a few hours and who issued me my certificate of completion via e-mail as they could see I had finished it all at their end. Their communication skills could not have been better.

I'm really really impressed with e-careers.co.uk and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone who is looking to study online.

Dicy Company - Mixed opinion

I saw an offer for E-Careers on [link] which made me have a look at the courses they had on offer. i issued payment but my courses did not get activated till a week of follow up and every executive giving me a different excuse. i asked for an invoice of payment and i was sent an excel sheet with a course name and a cost in it , no company logo, no name, no nothing which was a first in terms of invoices
the courses they have are good but beware of the issues you may face. enter at your own risk

Stress relief in one easy enrolement.

I was so sick of trying to wade through the online information and watch Youtube videos about how to use programs like Photoshop. Often I would be pulling out my hair because I just couldn't retain it all. Then I found E-Careers. I was a little doubtful at first, but I just love the way the courses are set up to teach and then test your abilities. If you aren't convinced you know it, you can go back and do it again and again. You can also print up exercises, get scores and certificates.
As a company they have been brilliant, anytime there is a problem they are online to assist you and get you sorted. The staff are very considerate and give great advice. I am very excited that I joined with this company and would encourage others to do the same.

What a great bunch of guys.

It is seldom that you get a company that will go to such lengths to assist their customers.
I was having problems with the course with it's freezing up in the middle of doing it and I was convinced that the problem lay within their program.
The technical advice crew did a lot to pacify an irate customer and went to extreme efforts to find the problem. One in particuler, Simon, went onto the course to see if he could find the problem.
It turned out to be the fault of my supplier,Vodafone, and after 2 days of hassles the problem appears to have been fixed.I HOPE. They firstly took the modem back and finally changed the sim card.
I can't speak highly enough about the attitude, patients and professionalism.
This is my first time trying to do a course online and at the age of 75 it is proving to be a pleasent experience.
They have steered me in the right direction and I am booked to do another 1 directly after I complete this one.

Awesome Deal for me

Hey, I am a student of mass communication and an aspiring journalist. In my university course pursuit I am being taught about various domains of mass communication like advertising, journalism, radio, events, audio/video production etc. The education regarding journalism is not in-depth. In order to gain the same I bought Level 3 Diploma course in Journalism through e-careers. The course has lots of content and is is well structured. I am satisfied with my course. Kudos...!!!

Booked a webmaster package for £99 to help set up and run my own business. Found the HTML and PHP SQL training very useful. The learning style did take me a while to get into but once I got it the course was quite addictive and I spent hours on it. I then purchased their Key 2012 skills course for the adobe Dreamweaver package but found this completely different, the style of learning was different and hard for me to follow. They should follow the same training structure throughout all their courses as the video based stuff isn’t as good as the interactive courses.

Interesting comments on here, I brought a Microsoft office course for £69 found it to be quite comprehensive and in depth, happy days.

I shopped around and this was not only the best deal but also the most comprehensive I could find apart from doing a college course

Not The Best Educational Resource For Me

I bought a web design course from e careers after seeing an offer of a 92% discount off their £1000+ course. Seemed like a good deal at the time so I signed up!

This is my feedback on my purchase: The agenda for their education was quite comprehensive, all the main subjects like HTML, CSS and Javascript were covered including design software like Photoshop and Dreamweaver. However my problem was that the user interface and general teaching style was disengaging for me unfortunately.

Purchased Java training Package at a very low price as compared to what was being offered by other companies. Nice training structure with well defined modules. Customer support was supportive at every stage of the process of purchasing and installing the course. Hope to enjoy same quality of service further too.

Promising deal

I've bought web master package and it seems to be quite promising. Pretty easy to use. Thankfully, I didn't face any problem while buying the course. I compared this deal with many others and found it the most affordable. The package consists of all that is mentioned on their website.

No communication following payment

Booked web design course (http://www.e-careers.com/category/web-design.html) last week, payment was taken over the phone and I was told I'd have an email providing me access to the course materials within a couple of days.

Received an email from Worldpay almost instantly confirming the charge to my account but haven't heard anything from e-careers at all.

Called this morning to cancel and demand a refund, no record of my booking could be found, my details were taken and I've been promised a call-back.

Very shabby service indeed.
