A great product easily assembled and fitted.
As an 81 year old, I fitted the garage opener ( Liftmaster) with minimal effort. (only needing asistance with attaching the arm at both ends,(because it is heavy and in any case I didn't want to cause any material damage ) and when fitted I followed the instructions to set it in motion and it now works like clockwork, opening and closing the door precisely from a specified programme set within the opener.
I think it is a brilliant piece of machinery.

I ordered two new remotes for our gates late one day, the online form was easy to fill in, and the remotes arrived well packed within two days! This is the second time I have used Easygates, and I sent the link to another apartment owner as he also needs new remotes. I would highly reccommend this company for their prompt efficient service.

Excellent on my first order, slipped a bit on my latest order
Your service for my order for a spare remote control for my garage door opener was excellent as it arrived the following day. My second order for two tooth screw drives is yet to arrive. As I ordered it on 21 April I called your Customer Services regarding the delay. I now know that these items are out of stock and due in shortly but a quick call from you to explain this would have been appreciated.

Fast efficient service
The remote key fobs arrived very quickly, and when I emailed with a query they came back to me within 15minutes with a web link to show me how to programme my fobs. Sadly the video supplied wasn't quite as easy to follow. Otherwise i would have rated them 5 out of 5

Excelent product, good value, backup ability poor.
Ordering was easy, I knew what I was looking for, but if i did not it would have been impossiblew and daunting for some. I know this because I was doing it for a friend in her 60's. However the product arrived, and was perfect. Ahthough the order went to my home in Sligo, when I requested by email for it to go to Dublin, a bit frustrating however i expected this when I got no reply to my email.
All worked out well in the end, but would have liked a bit more customer service for my purchace of 4 remote fobs.
