I have an electric roller garage door with an extremely temperamental remote fob. It often drives me to distraction. IIt recently broke late at night in the dark - quite distressing when you think that you will single-handedly have to remove all your belongings from the garage to the house so that they don't get stolen! I called EasyGates in a panic - the excellent customer service made me feel that they cared, despite not knowing me from Adam. I was advised to go on to particular sites with pictures of garage door fobs so that I can identify which I had (I hadn't a clue). As well as that, I was advised to take apicture of it and email it to EasyGates' technical team. Within an hour of doing so, I had received a response telling me which type of fob I have. The email included a link to a new fob which I then proceeded to buy - as someone took the time to research which replacement fob I needed. I would not have worked this out on my own. It turned out that they sold the fob I needed, at a reasonable price, and it turned up the very next day. Huge relief and enormous thanks go to EasyGates and their team. I am a very happy customer and would recommend them to anyone. They went well and truly above and beyond for me and saved me a lot of time and worry.
