I raised concerns about an ebay buyer to the Ebay team. They ignored me many times. I have bought and sold on Ebay. The selling I have found a nightmare. This buyer claimed they did not receive my product after I raised concerns about the buyer. I have not received any payment from 2 buyers as of yet and this was at least 1 + ago. I have been trying to get answers from Ebay since and failed. The customer service team did not want to know, ignore my emails and ignored my concerns via telephone conversation. There is no protection for sellers and no advice or help given when you come across an un trustworthy buyer. This then gives out the wrong message to buyers. Totally unacceptable and disgraceful.
