Moving to a new house I thought I deserved a new TV. I saw this model and searched the web for the best deal. I did wonder why there was such a price difference on this site to others. I spoke to the guys in the shop that explained all and although large objects don't automatically get next day delivery they do try their best. As I am moving they guaranteed delivery between 0800 - 1000 the next day. True to their word 0830 my new TV arrived this morning.
I was unsure due to the few negative comments but I was given honest reasons to all by the guys in the shop.
Once again excellent service & I would definitely order from them again.
I bought the fantastic Samsung UE40F800 TV from these people and the price was around £200 less than anywhere else. Unfortunately, I was one of the one in ten thousand unlucky people. One hour after turning on my new TV it went pop and never worked again!
I called Electronic Empire and they gave me a number for Samsung to call to get a replacement code. I called Samsung and one of their technicians, ascertained that the TV was definitely broke. They gave me a code number which I gave to Electronic Empire (all same day). And within five working days they (Electronic Empire) came down to Torquay, picked up the faulty TV and gave me a brand new one. Highly impressed
Ordered a microwave Sunday morning, at half of the price I could find elsewhere on-line. Order quickly confirmed by e-mail, followed by a call from courier later that afternoon, giving an estimated delivery time. Arrived next morning as promised. Very happy with the product and free delivery service.
Website states: Next day delivery - item NOT received next day - had to contact them to get it delivered late.
Item was advertised as NEW - package showed signs of being opened; sealed with tape; cable and remote batteries missing from item; Item was NOT new.
Customer service terrible; do not reply to emails; no-one answers phone;
Still waiting for refund - Court action being taken.
Most online retailers (in my experience) are very good at listing when goods are out of stock. Electronic Empire made me go through the entire payment process (including some unspecified security problem with my card, which my card issuer assured me was not at my end) before sending an apologetic email telling me the goods weren't available. That's a big waste of my time, and I do hope they won't process the payment. Better keep my eye on that...
What a pleasure it was receiving my 55 inch Panasonic TXP55VT50B television the following day after purchase.
The sales adviser gave me a very competitive price and I received an exclusive 5 year warranty for free.
I will definitely be using this company again and would like to thank them for being so efficient, especially as this was a Birthday gift for my husband.
Very Bad service from Electronic empire. Order monday for Guarenteed next day delivery. Didnt receive on Tuesday so emailed but got no response. Called them up and was told wasnt actually in stock but would receive thursday, they didnt make any kind of apology for misleading information. Again did not receive finally arrived Friday 4 days late and 3 days after the birthday the present was for. To make matters worse I reviewed on a different site and they complained and got my review removed but I will be providing the proof so its reinstated
It's a 50" LG plasma and was described as ex-demo but came perfectly packaged and indistinguishable from a new product. The price was £40 below the nearest competitor, they phoned to confirm a delivery time and delivered on time. Would definitely use again. Very pleased.
Called looking to purchase a clearance ex-display TV, and was told of better offers I hadn't even looked at. Ordered the TV Friday at 3.00pm and was told delivery would take place between 2.00-4.00pm pm the next day (Saturday) at no charge.
Turned up at 2.40pm exactly as promised. Can't fault these guys at all - the customer service was brilliant with them calling me when they had said they would, giving me the information they said they would, and delivering when they said they would.

Only just purchased the brand new Panasonic BDT320 on the 12/3/12 and received it 2 days later on the 14th. I have been waiting patiently for this blu ray player to come on the market and was excited when I saw it at electronic empire for sale way ahead of other electrical retailers but then reading some reviews was a bit hesitant. Well impatience got the better of me and decided to go for it because it is brand new didn't think much could go wrong except maybe slow delivery. All I can say is 10/10 for service, I wouldn't think twice about ordering again. I had checked the following day after ordering to see when delivery would be and got an email back quickly telling me the 14th.
This Blu Ray player has only just been launched and electronic empire are among the first to have it for sale, In Stock (some are selling but don't actually have it in stock yet) and are so far selling it for £30 cheaper than anywhere else including Free Delivery!!!!!!

Purchased a Samsung 37" Full HD TV for just £299. I placed my order with Electronic Empire on Wednesday afternoon after checking around for the best deal.
I received confirmation of my order the same day & was advised delivery would be in 2-3 days. Sure enough delivery was confirmed for Saturday morning via a phone call the previous evening. The TV was delivered at 10.30am & I got it all set up pretty quickly.
First impressions of the set are excellent. Looking forward to connecting it up with the new Tivo box that I'm having installed next Friday & trying out the HD channels.
Overall I'm really happy with my first experience of Electronic Empire. It's been a simple straight forward process, which is exactly how online shopping should be.

Ordered a PANASONIC 65 Inch of these guys and it was over £200.00 cheaper then other outlets! delivery was very good as i work 6 days a week they contacted me one day in advance and gave me a time and they even called me 20 minutes prior to delivery. I am very pleased with television and service i had from these guys many thanks once again.

The ago old saying of "you get what you pay for", sings very true on this occasion. Don't be drawn in by the low prices, it'll only end up costing you in the long run.
From beginning to end the service was possibly some of the worst I've experienced. Despite the website giving the impression of an efficient electronic online retailer, this couldn't be further from the truth. A catalogue of errors and appalling service from the outset....
- Promise: "All our TV deliveries are done via an allocated delivery time slot rather than an all day service. Which means you will receive a two hour delivery time slot that we will inform you of prior to attempting delivery."
Reality: Automated email confirming order, followed by 2-3 days before chasing up, only to be told that delivery will be 'at some point today'. Not great considering it has to be the bill payer signing for goods. Basically, if you have a day job buying from these guys is a nightmare.
-Promise: "Alongside our professional delivery team we use our nominated courier service, Interlink Express, to provide you with a complete delivery service."
Reality: This couldn't be further from the truth. Not only are you met by a rickety delivery van with goods secured to the vehicle by what appeared to be no more than string but the delivery team consisted of two unenthusiastic individuals dressed in tracksuit bottoms and hoodies. Not a great impression when spending £1000+. To top things off not only was i asked to meet and greet drivers but also carry my 46" LED TV up 4 flights of stairs while one delivery driver wait outside making calls.
It didn't get much better from here. So called 'checking the goods' consisted of rather brash man handling of the TV, but not before a bodged attempt at unboxing using a biro.
The list goes on, but if you take one thing from this review let it be...shop around!!! You get what you pay for, and on this occasion all I got was a terrible service and a faulty TV. Needless to say a full refund was promptly requested.
Ordered a Sony Blu Ray Player from Electronic Empire and the item was delivered next day, which was most impressive. They were also happy delivering to my work address. Very happy with my first shopping experience with these guys.
