Simply emailed an enquiry for some Festo components, I had the part numbers but could not find them on line, 2 emails later the parts have been paid for and they are on the way. Nice and easy

Obtaining continental machine parts usually means a long lead time. When I ordered a part and was originally told a three week wait, sadly this was unacceptable, but, I was able to talk to the company and arrange special delivery, which brought the three weeks down to three working days, great for us and great for our customer who now gets their order on time.

I was looking for Turck Sensors the online catalogue does not work just lets you know the site was updated that day, not useful. The automated quotaion service was not replied to. Once I emailed the firstname.lastname@example.org I was dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Simon. I hope the order arrives as well as the personal service and not how the online automated failed to provide.

From the first enquiry all the way through to the delivery was brilliant, the company is very efficient, extremely helpful and a joy to deal with.
Two recent experiances with Electroequip. one was a number of items that needed sourcing as my customer provided minimal infomation as to make and part number. Electroequip managed to track down the correct part numbers and provided part numbers and all arived correct and within the stated delivery date. second was a quotation I had to do for a customer using allen bradley equipment. The allen bradley website for the parts was helpful but only with regards to the description. Obtaining the part numbers was very difficult. Electrequip from my verbal description of the parts was able to talk to allen bradley and provide the infomation I required to complete the quotation. I have used Electroequip a number of times know and have had nothing but a posative experiance with them.

We paid the money but nobody inform us about the delivery times until we rang plenty time and ask them, even they did not inform us that they got the money until we asked them and they came back to us Lateran.
