Prompt, friendly, efficient service.
I googled for the part required. I followed up several of the places found. Only electroquip came back quickly and efficiently. I was happy to order right away from them.

Immediate response....which is what I needed.
Simon came back to me straight away following my request for parts, clarified what I needed and then sent me email confirmation. After I sent him the Order Number he let me know he had received it and also confirmed the delivery date. I wish all suppliers were this responsive and helpful.

Excellent turnaround - instant quote followed by next day delivery
Ordered spare parts late on the first day (after 5pm); quote received within minutes.
We paid for the parts the second day and they arrived the third day.
Excellent delivery time, although the delivery was not unit late afternoon... not Electroquip's fault though; it was on a UPS van for most of the day!

one in a million chance to help me, and they did it a day early!
Our customers are our highest priority! and production targets means every thing to us. When we get a machine break down, we have to get it running again as fast as we can.
Obtaining continental machine parts usually means a long lead time. When I ordered a part and was originally told a three week wait, sadly this was unacceptable, but, I was able to talk to the company and arrange special delivery, which brought the three weeks down to three working days, great for us and great for our customer who now gets their order on time.
Payment was not a problem, I was able to pay by credit card over the telephone and invoices were sent by Email as promised well done everyone, thanks
I will be using your services again.
Enquire, reply, purchase, deliver......sorted. what can we say, does what it says on the tin!
I would use Electroquip any time, they are friendly, prompt, and if they say they will do something, they mean it.
Clear quotes, and best service from one of our best suppliers.

Excellent service once I was talking to a person, the web site does not work that well.
I was looking for Turck Sensors the online catalogue does not work just lets you know the site was updated that day, not useful. The automated quotaion service was not replied to. Once I emailed the info@electroquip.co.uk I was dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Simon. I hope the order arrives as well as the personal service and not how the online automated failed to provide.

A jolly good experiance!
Two recent experiances with Electroequip. one was a number of items that needed sourcing as my customer provided minimal infomation as to make and part number. Electroequip managed to track down the correct part numbers and provided part numbers and all arived correct and within the stated delivery date. second was a quotation I had to do for a customer using allen bradley equipment. The allen bradley website for the parts was helpful but only with regards to the description. Obtaining the part numbers was very difficult. Electrequip from my verbal description of the parts was able to talk to allen bradley and provide the infomation I required to complete the quotation. I have used Electroequip a number of times know and have had nothing but a posative experiance with them.

Exceptional, speed y service

the electroquip is good company but not well orgonised
Last year we bought more than £10,000 goods from your company, which we are happy to had business with you. We paid the money but nobody inform us about the delivery times until we rang plenty time and ask them, even they did not inform us that they got the money until we asked them and they came back to us Lateran.
Nevertheless all the company have some problem, so with this kind of surveies they will find they weaknesses and improve the services. In general we are happy with service and happy to business with you again

I am new to this industry and when buying equipment your not used to you need reliable friendly advice.
I sent my idea through and recieved a phone call to discuss the job further, shortly after that i recieved a list of goods needed to do the job - simple as that.

Having been told all sorts of excuses why a US company was not going to sell me some proximity switches because of where my company is, "ZIMBABWE", I quickily went back to the internet and my search led me to Electroquip. What a pleasure it was to deal with the sales team from Electroquip. It doesnt matter who you talk to, your requirements are fully attended to instantly. I even made an overpayment (which included a freight charge) when in fact I used DHL on my account. On raising the issue with Electroquip, this was instantly addressed, I didnt have to make a second call in order to have my refund processed.

Very Urgent Purchase & Delivery Acheived
Dear
I was recently given a very urgent "11th Hour" request to procur & purchase some laser sensors for my custome JLR at Solihull.
I went straight on line to Electroquip, & easily found the applicable parts & contact details for all there relenet departments.
I telephoned Sue Hale in your accounts department & explained the urgent situation to her regarding my concern at the time it would take me to raise the required paperwork through my company to secure the purchase of the equipment.
Sue then put me through to your technical sales people ( I belive it was Simon)
He sourced the correct specified equipment within a matter of minutes & arranged for a very speedy delivery of two days.
He then handed me back to Sue in your accounts department & I was able to purchase these items & arrange delivery over the telpehone.
The equipment was duly delivered on time ( ahead of schedule to my customer).
Every one was happy, from initial contact to delivery of equipment, no delays, holdups or issues what so ever.
Excellent efforts by all at Electroquip.
