Items purchased were very competitively priced and on the two times I have purchased from them, postage was same day and arrived next day (i did purchase in the morning both times). Really impressed with them and will keep buying from them in the future.

Perfect Service, Fantastic Communication
The pricing was the best I could find and the service exceeded it! I cannot recommended Elite Mountain Supplies highly enough! To me the thing that sets Internet resellers apart is their levels of communication. EMS is the best I have experienced in all the time I have been Internet shopping. Best place I've been buying from!
First of all - great price, cheapest I found on Internet for the crampons I was looking for. Secondly - great communication - I wrote an email with a question, after I've paid for it and I had a response in few hours. Sometimes I had to wait for days on other sites. Finally - delivery - on time, within 24 hours since dispatch (as the offer said). Would you be looking for anything more? Thanks, I'll definitely come back again. :)

A Pleasure To Deal With And Buy
I was in two minds wether to buy the Petzl Nao because of the cost. After speaking to Adam I went for the package purchase with the extra battery. Ordered it Thursday and arrived Friday delivered to my work address. Like all of us I didn't pay enough attention to the instructions when i got home late and missed the bit regarding connecting the internal wires and couldn't get the charging flashing lights to work. I fired off an email to Elite Mountain Surplies that evening and Adam called me on the Saturday to explain you have to take apart the unit which was very simple and we had a good laugh about it.
Very impressed with the customer service, deliverey was prompt and the follow up call topped it off.
Also the head tourch is a fantastic piece of kit, my only regret is that I've waited so long to get one.

Super efficient!
I ordered walking poles for my dad's birthday and Elite Mountain Sports was the cheapest by far.
I thought I had better order them in plenty time, but to my surprise they arrived the next day! (lucky I was home!)
I know nothing about walking poles but my dad is over the moon!

Fast Cheap and Easy
I found the Thermarest I was looking for here ~£20 cheaper than anywhere else, it was also the most up to date version! All the kit I bought arrived quickly and well packaged. There was a label on the box saying "do not use knife", good advice so that the Thermarest wasn't destroyed!

Impartial product advice and very impressive delivery time

I recently purchased a set of Black Diamond crampons from Elite. Having Emailed the sales team I had some very precise advice about the type of crampon I would need, the type of boot that my crampon would be suitable for and also about weight. I placed my order and used a BMC discount code which meant that the price was excellent and they arrived very quickly and were well packaged. I will look at using this company again if they stock the product i am looking for.

Supplies that flies to your door
Had reservations because never used this company before and looking at the low prices and delivery paranoia set in and I thought it was too good to be true.
I ordered an msr alpine kitchen set and a primus trek kettle which was a lot cheaper than anywhere else I had looked, also because I had spent over £30 I got free deliver. I ordered Friday morning thinking that I would receive it sometime the following week so you can imagine how happy I was when the post man arrived with my order on Saturday morning, can't wish for better service would definitely recommend. Great products I bought too.
