Very good

I am very pleased with the customized item I received, although it was a bit too expensive. Apart from that, everything else was great.

Good Quality but at a price!

Really impressed with the item I ordered - a customised 1/2 pint mug for my sister's 18th. Item was sent within a week of ordering.

However, I think charging £1.00 per character on custom items is extortionate! Plus a postage charge on top of that! Had it not been her 18th I would have looked elsewhere for a cheaper alternative....
