Bought a riding hat from equestrian clearance. I phoned up for advice about fit and style. The lady on the phone was very knowledgable and helpful. I placed an order and the parcel arrived within a day. The courier service was excellent - I was able to track it online and was given a 1 hour delivery slot. Unfortunately the hat didnt quite fit as I wanted it to. I returned the parcel and was refunded without any quibbling or delay. Overall an excellent experience. I would not hesitate to order again.
I've never felt the need to review a company I've purchased from but buying from Equestrian.com was an absolute pleasure recently. Ordering was quick and simple and the information you're provided with in terms of your delivery is fantastic; I knew exactly where my order was at all times and could even change the place/date to suit my requirements. Plus! Despite the boots I had ordered being clearly described as seconds they are faultless (I already own a battered pair so I knew what I was receiving) they fit perfectly and I will once more have dry, warm feet at the yard! Equestrian Clearance are great, the website is user friendly and they deliver to New Zealand! I've never had to wait long to get my stuff and it's always well packaged. It's the first place I look when I need any gear for the horses or me.
ordered these kty boots at 8-30 am on wednesday and had them by 2 o'clock on thursday really pleased with them! wore them around the farm yard tonight kept my feet dry and warm' i'm very happy with them !
I recently made a mistake when ordering and ordered one extra of an item. All it took was one email to get sorted, accredit raised and order amended before the good were even dispatched. This is great because when in your Australia to get something retuned can be expensive. Have brought heaps of horse gear and I have never been disappointed.
Ordered 2 fly rugs and some jodhpurs, order date 6th March delivery to my home in Central France 12th March. The order only took 5 working days to reach me. The cost of the delivery to Europe is very good. This was the third time that I have ordered from Equestrian Clearance and I have been very satisfied with their service. When I telephoned to check on rug sizing I spoke to a helpful and cheery person. Will recommend to my friends.
I ordered from Equestrian Clearance as I have done in the past. Even with the £5 postage the cost of the two dog jackets was cheaper than my local store. However, be warned. I ordered two weather Beeta dog coats in size 12" a fleece one and a showerproof outdoor jacket with the view to doubleing up on colder days. On receipt the fleece also sized the same was much larger and hung out of the outer coat. it was far too deep in the chest also. I returned the item and am told I will receive a refund however I will not receive the postage it cost me to return. I feel that it would be fair to say it was not fit for purpose. However, EC do not agree. |Therefore the jacket I bought has actually cost £4 more than had I bought it from the tack store where I could try the item on. and the whole process which started on the 20th February is still ongoing (it is now the 10/3/14 ) and a refund has not yet been received. It not a massive complaint it is just to make consumers aware that it may seem like a good deal however, if it needs to be returned it could be rather costly and you may have been better purchasing from a store.
Im on the Equestrian clearance facebook page and they posted on offer for some Ariat tops, after a discussion I was informed that I could purchase said tops for myself (initially, they were only selling ladies). I placed my order on Monday and received them today... just goes to show how a company cares about their Customers and really do go that extra mile. Another point of praise is that there is actually a face behind the facebook postings, not something you always get when dealing with online companies ♥
I ordered some Ariat chaps using the size guide, when they arrived they were way to tight! I sent them an email with a photo showing the chaps were smaller than advertised. I got a speedy reply from them saying they were sending out the new ones to swap and despite it being 4.45pm the chaps arrived the following day and fitted perfectly! This is the second time I've used them and always found them friendly and helpful and the service quick. I would definitely recommend them.
I have ordered several times from this company over the past couple of years. I have found them extremely reliable including a very competitive european delivery charge. Further to this I have recently had to ask for an exchange and refund. This was dealt with professionally by the wonderful customer services' staff.
