Twice have I ordered from this company and twice the items I ordered have turned out not to be in stock, but rather at a holding warehouse, delaying the dispatch of my order for days. When I order from a website in 2012, I don't expect to have to wait over a week to get my order delivered. I also expect businesses to have the courtesy to contact the customer when an item is not in stock and make alternate arrangements.
