Im on the Equestrian clearance facebook page and they posted on offer for some Ariat tops, after a discussion I was informed that I could purchase said tops for myself (initially, they were only selling ladies). I placed my order on Monday and received them today... just goes to show how a company cares about their Customers and really do go that extra mile. Another point of praise is that there is actually a face behind the facebook postings, not something you always get when dealing with online companies ♥
I ordered some Ariat chaps using the size guide, when they arrived they were way to tight! I sent them an email with a photo showing the chaps were smaller than advertised. I got a speedy reply from them saying they were sending out the new ones to swap and despite it being 4.45pm the chaps arrived the following day and fitted perfectly! This is the second time I've used them and always found them friendly and helpful and the service quick. I would definitely recommend them.
I have ordered several times from this company over the past couple of years. I have found them extremely reliable including a very competitive european delivery charge. Further to this I have recently had to ask for an exchange and refund. This was dealt with professionally by the wonderful customer services' staff.

I ordered a dog coat and needed it delivering to a tiny little hamlet in France. The ordering process was simple and I was notified of the carrier and approx time of delivery. It took less time than a 1st class letter in the UK, The carrier was on time & polite and the product is excellent. I shall definatley use Equestrian Clearance.com when I need other items. I ordered a pair of boots late Wednesday afternoon after cancelling an order with a different company. The boots ordered were a bargain, i paid for only the standard delivery . Early on Thursday i received an e mail saying they had been dispatched followed by another email with tracking details and opportunities to alter the delivery.The boots arrived before 9 am on Thursday morning less than 17 hours after placing the order. The boots are as described and were well packaged.
I ordered a horse rug yesterday around mid-day. Not only was it a genuine bargain (excellent quality), but this morning I received an email telling me just when it was due to arrive, with options to change the delivery time if it was inconvenient or ask for delivery to my neighbour. I could track the delivery van's progress online on a map, if I wished. It arrived exactly as forecast. What more could anyone ask?
i ordered some boots yesterday, paying normal delivery. i was able to follow my order from dispatch to arrival, arranging delivery to suit me. the boots arrived as perfectly described by the company, & within 24 hours! fantastic customer service. will definitely be using equestrian clearance again, i can not recommend them highly enough
Bought a child's riding hat in January. Unsure of size so contacted Equestrian Clearance. They got back immediately, with advice and a list of sizes. I found this information valuable and proceeded to purchase the item. Payment was very quick, easy and safe. BUT the best part was yet to come as the company use DPD for their deliveries who have satellite tracking system which allowed me to track the item around our neighbourhood. Thus I was able to meet the delivery van as it entered our driveway. Great. The item was well packed and fitted our daughter correctly. Thank you EC, never experienced sales, back-up and delivery service like it before.
At the start of December 2013, I purchased from your store a pair of jodhpurs to give to my niece for Christmas. We were both very disappointed to find small holes appeared near the seam, under the zip after they had been worn only once . Because my niece had wanted the jodhpurs for a particular occasion, I replaced them for her from a local store, and the faulty pair were returned to you for a refund . I was offered an exchange or a credit note ( which, according to your C/S was all I was legally entitled to. Plus P & P - but only after I asked) I was under the impression (and said so) that the sale of goods act 1979 entitled me to a refund, since the jodhpurs were faulty . However, because I was by now fed with the whole thing, I eventually decided to agree to a credit note. I was sent a code via e mail, with conditions. I quote "though please be aware the order value must exceed the voucher value, excluding postage" Excellent customer service and a way to keep your customers returning to for more? I certainly do not think so. An expensive mistake on my part!!
I purchased a rug, a bridle and several other tack items, and I was initially really pleased with the delivery service as it texted asking for the best day to deliver and then a confirmation of the time; which was really helpful as it meant I didn't have to stay in all day waiting. However only the rug arrived, so I waited a fortnight for the tack but they never came. I emailed customer services about this and they were outstanding- really quick in responding and trying to track down my parcel for me, and on not being able to find the parcel have sent out over £100 worth of tack as replacement, to arrive in 2 or 3 days. Would definitely recommend this site to anyone as the products well priced yet high quality, delivery is quick and easy as you get told the exact delivery time and most of all the customer service team is the best I've come across. Excellent!
I just bought a pair of Dublin Edge boots and I love them. The staff were so helpful with proper size and shipping info. I really wanted to have the correct size as the boots were coming to Canada. I would buy from this company again.
I have purchased from this company a handful of times successfully, but the last time I ordered was my last. I purchased 3 pairs of long leather riding boots which were described as 'casual or riding boots'. I purchased them as I wanted some smart casual boots for walking around town, making these boots ideal as they were fashionable and also warm. I had the boots about 6 months and then ONE of pairs of boots, split in the heel (I had not worn the other 2 pairs much at this point - all boots are the same brand). I only wore these boots 1-2 days a week for a few hours walking to and from uni (little distance). There was no excessive pressure put on them and they were very well looked after. When I noticed the heel had split, I contacted Equestrian clearance, providing my order number and provided several pictures of the boot and heel. I advised them that the boots had very little wear in the time I had them and that I was hugely disappointed as they clearly were not fit for purpose as described. Equestrian clearance responded quickly advising it was my fault, and they would not do anything about it. Unfortunately at the same time I became very ill and was not well enough to put up a fight to resolve the issue. Due to what little use the boots did have (another one of the three pairs of boots started to develop problems after roughly 6 months of light use - which left me with one pair I have not worn!) I would not purchase from them again. If I had damaged the boots, I would not have contacted them, nor would I have provided them several detailed photos.
Be careful if you do purchase and the item does not last long!
I have in the past had 5 dog coats that are fabulous the materials used top quality. 2 are over 4 years old wash & wear brilliant.the 5th one arrived today. My dog Zante said fab it's very warm if not a bit big but he will grow into it. 3 pairs of boots that are as good as new after 2 years. Customer service is great delivery spot on. Always choose this company when I need new bits for the dogs Thank you.
I would greatly recommend ECW. I purchased some Dublin Edge boots a few months back, the help I got via email before I bought them was beyond excellent . They are the most comfortable and well fitting boots , I went to the podiatrist today and even he said they were very good for my foot and ankle problems. If you have any queries about purchasing an expensive item, mail or ring them , they will give you all the advice you need to make an informed decision.
