this site has everything you could ever need/want, their prices are fantastic, they are very quick to respond to queries and delivery is always prompt and easy! the site is very user friendly, with multiple ways to search for products. I love this company!!

Fantastic service and top quality products at an affordable price!
I have always found the service great and the products top quality. They are very helpful and knowledgable about what they sell.
Delivery is always quick and un-stressful.

Fantastic company - excellent website, products and prices, always efficient and helpful.
Equestrian Clearance have long been my favourite online store for anything horsey. I regularly recommend the website to my clients who need riding gear (I sell horse riding holidays) and use them often to buy things for myself, my horses or as gifts. They are always very efficient when it comes to packing, postage and returns and are really helpful. I love their huge selection of items at excellent prices, as well as their regular sales and deals. I follow their Facebook page closely!

Fantastic Service
I ordered a pair of Harry Hill Eiger boots in the afternoon and requested standard delivery - they arrived the very next day.Plus they were the cheapest place for the boots & cheapest delivery on the net. The boots are pretty good too.

I have purchased several articles from Equistrian Clearance now, all have been delivered very quickly, by a polite courier service. All the items are really good value and excellent quality. A first rate company that only to-day I have recommended to several friends.

Exceptional Customer Service
I never normally review companies but I received such good service from equestrianclearance.com I wanted to write one for them. I ordered a pair of boots but found them slightly uncomfortable and thought there might be a fault. Even after having worn the boots a couple of months (hoping they would become more comfortable), I asked to return them and was told I could do so. The company sent a courier to collect my boots, inspected them and found a fault and sent me a brand new pair with fast tracked delivery for the next day. I dealt with Lucy who was friendly, efficient and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

a replacement jacket
i ordered a caldene wax jacket when it come i noticed the inside pocket was not stitched up so you could see all the lining
i called the company as i wanted it replacing i was going to ireland and wanted to take it with me as this was the reason i bought it
they arranged for next day delivery of the replacement and took the damaged one back with the same delivery driver ...excellent customer service will recommend and use again

Good experience
Very good customer service, they answered all my mails very promptly and gave me all the info needed. There was a problem with the payment system (my card required higher security certifications), but we managed to do it eventually through bank transfer, so it was all fine in the end. The prices for the items and for the shipment were really good and the parcel arrived safely and in due time (it was an international delivery). Overall, I was happy with the experience and I bought a very nice saddle, thank you.

Super Service and Dazzling Deals
I have used equestrian clearance on several occasions finding things that are on offer even after a discount price. As far as I know, K*ty is their own brand and they are very cost effective in the things I've bought from them.
Always quick delivery too.
