Great prices and customer service

Used to be with EON, twice they lost my account and claimed that they were not supplying me with gas and then electricity. Naturally it was my fault and they wanted the bill paid in one go, first amount was for £1500 and the next for a few hundred quid.
1st time no real competition, 2nd time I found Equipower on a comparison site and everyone was 100% apart from a student who thought he should get free power :)
I like the single rate and no standing charge, very easy to understand the charges.
Plus I like the same rate for everyone, it does not matter if you pay by key meter, cheque or direct debit :)
