Very helpful staff and fast delivery
Staff were happy to answer all my questions and explain how different products would work. They then adjusted the order to provide exactly what I wanted. Order arrived very quickly and at a given time. Box had been broken by delivery company but the team were very helpful and efficient at making sure all the goods were intact and there. Would use them again.

Amazing product, Amazing service!
We ordered our shower and were delighted to hear our shower would be arriving the very next day! We recieved amazing customer service over the telephone and excellent information about the delivery company who would be delivering our shower, even down to the time at which the delivery would be arriving! (Within an hour time frame). The shower arrived in immaculate condition, all securely packed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a new shower! Fingers crossed the installation goes smoothly!

Excellent after sales customer service
Goods have not been fitted yet so can't comment on that yet, but the dealing I have had with the staff have been excellent. Would highly recommend anyone has any queries to speak to their helpful staff.

Excellent customer service - going the extra mile
First of all I was amazed by the speedy delivery - within 24 hours of ordering, with a text notification. I was initially a bit disappointed that one of the parts I'd been told was included in my kit was in fact not included, but one email to the sales team and I got a response back within the hour apologising for this and promising to send me one for free. Not just this, they also rang me to check what model I wanted. Fantastic service all round. My plumber is also very impressed at the prices compared with other companies offering similar products, so a thumbs up from the 'trade' too!

Sometimes you just have to rely on other people, NOT!
Initially dealt with Gavin who was very knowledgeable and gave good advice on the extra bits I needed (pump etc), kept in touch with him in the weeks leading up to placing the order and then when I came to place it was able to help with alternatives due to “out of stocks”.
That said, order was placed and delivery agreed for 4 days later, however it turned up the next day, when it wasn’t wanted! The driver refused to take it back as his lorry was full! I spoke to Gavin and agreed to keep the order. Later that day we unpacked it and some of it was damaged! A replacement was organised for the correct delivery day, that one turned up broken too! This stock was coming from the manufacture and not from Ergo Designs direct. A Third was sent and that one was OK. Gavin looked into the mess up over delivery and the courier couldn’t explain it as it was set up for delivery as agreed?
The rest of our delivery arrived as agreed, but again with a damaged item, this was replaced the very next day, with an extra item too.
The products are of a very good quality, but not yet installed!

Excellent products at good price backed by great service
Every time I've needed something for a bathroom, I've always found Ergonomics to be the best place to shop. Have looked at many other sites but none provides the quality of product with lightning service and the way the site is laid out it helps you find exactly what you need. On my last visit there was even a product I didn't know existed which provided me with excatly what I wanted! I've now fitted out 4 bathrooms and the Ergo shower units are terrific.

Good price, exceptional delivery and good communications who needs anything else?
Good competitive price, no delivery charge, easy to order, good follow up telecon to confirm delivery 24 hrs later and delivered as promised. I have ordered bathroom products off the Internet before to find "in stock" means the opposite and have ended up waiting 4-6 weeks for delivery. Not with Ergonomic Designs, ordered a bath screen on Monday, delivered on Wednesday. Only 1 slight problem my wife now expects it fitted as quickly!

I've not yet installed the shower set but gathering by the weight This product is quality ,fingers crossed it works :) I was a bit uncertain about ordering the unit as of the price but I have to say I'm not disappointed with the product .

Top service, Top products
Hi,just ordered a shower unit from these guys yesterday and got it the next day with emails and texts all along the way to explain where the parcel was.
I had bought a faulty shower from a company on the internet so decided to go for an expensive one to replace it, this shower mixer cost £350 but the mixer face plate would not cover the new tiles so sent it back.
I have just now bought a whole new shower unit from ergonomic designs and have discovered that the expensive shower mixer i sent back is the same as ergonomics designs one, ( But obviously much cheaper ) so buying an expensive shower isn't always the best choice.
Hope this review helps you to choice one of the best showers money can buy!

Brilliant service. Slight error in delivered items rectified and re-delivered next day
Fanastic company. Items arrived on time in the delivery slot I was allocated. On opening the items I found that one of them was wrong. Rang Ergonomic Designs straight away. They immediately organised to pick up the wrong item and deliver the correct one the next day.
Concealed shower kit is fantastic and oozes quality. Can't wait to get this installed.

Great products / slow delivery
I am happy with the items received but the order was a little slow. No contact for 6 days (incl the weekend) I had to call to chase up. Delivery could be quicker, especially as it does say online should be within 2 working days.
