Very Good Service
I had just purchased a Cheap Shower Valve from another company on Ebay thinking I was saving a few quid. How wrong I was. I found Ergonomic Designs while searching the Web and gave them a ring as I wanted a certain type of Valve. Spoke to a chap who was brilliant all my question were answered. The price was better than I expected and delivered the next day. The Valve was British Made to a to a very high standard.
All I can say is Bloody Great, Very Happy. Thank You.

Outstanding speed of delivery, but came without instructions
Whilst this product looks really good and the chrome work is fine,I found as a professional plumber that it was difficult to install with out any instructions . The header shower had a leek at the point where an 'o' ring is fitted because it had been over tightened on assembly and one of the LEDs does not work. The center temperature control has a built in safety stop made of thin brittle plastic and was easily damaged during installation and had to be repaired using 'super glue'. The cover plate requires additional clearance around the body in order to achieve a flush fit . Most of these issueshave now been resolved with a 'spares' package. Recent communications have been good.

Great service, great choice, great delivery!
They were recommended by our builder and were so easy to deal with. We found most of what we needed on the web then rang and while we were on the phone they added photos to the website so we could see what we were ordering. Two items were delivered incorrectly and they replaced those within 24 hours. Gavin and John were really helpful and supportive.

Great Service
Needed help with making up a custom bath/shower kit. Spoke to a very knowledgable Ergonomic support person. Patiently and plesently answered all my questions, even those that showed I was a complete beginner. Ended up with a very nice bath/shower setup, and a very good price. Delivered very quickly.

Good quality stuff delivered fast with great notice!
Fantastic service, friendly people on the phone, goods exactly as described and delivery was brilliant on time with detailed tracking. Would have been five stars if email had been responded to (they have a problem with aol apparently) and website had more dimensions and sizes etc we had to call as some of the items had no descriptions. Def deal with them again.

Fantastic product & quality - instructions non-existent
Reality is this product is of such quality it should never fail in normal use - everything it 'engineered' & fits together perfectly. If you were going to design & build your own this should be the end result & I have an engineering background. It was also delivered very quickly.
What let it down was the total lack of anything relevant to install the option I had ordered which was surface mount. This is a pity because I would have liked to give it 5 stars. I could sit down & write the instructions accurately in 30 minutes having now completed the install - so why can't you? I was offered the opportunity to phone for support after I had queried this but really it just needed to be supplied with instructions ...

Fantastic! I ordered a lush shower which was not only good quality but a good price really at £195 for something that could have cost a lot more elsewhere, quickly delivered, unfortunately it was a little damaged however I could not have cared less as the customer service was by far the best I have received in a while. The replacement parts were quickly dispatched and they accommodated my tight time-scale needed for the first fix in my home! Fab company, Fantastic shower and great customer service! what more could you want!

An excellent service.
I purchased a shower from Ergonomic Designs a few years ago and found I needed to replace a valve. After going on-line to purchase one I fell at the final hurdle when my internet connection went down on a Sunday evening. One phone call later on the Monday morning, I gave my name, Ergonmic Designs recognised my account , I made payment and the valve arrived Tuesday afternoon. Excellent!! :-) I would recommend them to any one.
Pity my internet provider doesn't operate the same customer service. It was Thursday before they got their act together :-(

Great Service!
This was really hassle free - I phoned up and changed a number of components during the call. Gavin was really helpful in working out the cost and the parts needed (only working from my vague description!). The order process was really efficient and all items arrived next working day.

Very Poor Delivery & Presentation of package. Yet to install
Delivery was a nightmare DPD did not even leave a calling card but that is not really the retailers fault.
Disappointed in presentation of item, ordered a shower turn up in a huge box for a little shower fitment, on opening it did literally look like it had been slung in the box. Hope that when I install it, it is ok. On the whole seemed a good company was surprised at this given all positive reviews id read.

Great product, very good price, fast delivery and friendly staff.
I called Ergonomic Designs Bathrooms to get a quote for shower mixer with diverter. Staff was very helpfull and i have purchased shower mixer for a very good price. The delivery came next day. The product is made of quality materials, every part can be easy replaced and is easy to install. I highly recommend this company.

Incredibly helpful and totally professional
I purchased several items from Ergonomic Designs and dealt mainly with a man called Gavin.
He was incredibly helpful in giving me quality information on the products I was searching for and was able to match prices I had already seen. He was always available for advice and assistance.
The outcome was I bought several quality items (Roca wall hung toilet and bidet and the wall frames to support them, triple thermostatic control valve and shower head).
Everything arrived well packed and on time with no bother or fuss.
I would highly recommend Ergonomic Designs. They made this a pleasant and easy experience for me.
