Brilliant lost 9lb in two weeks..

Exante diet was delivered super fast I have lost 9lb in two weeks. I bought four week pack. Brilliant product I can highly recommend. I will definitely be buying more products. Thank you. X

Nicer and cheaper than Cambridge diet

I took advantage of the 4 weeks supply with every intention to do this for at least that long. I didn't think there was much choice but I ordered the flavours I knew I'd like. Firtstly, I had vanilla with a spoonful of coffee and I made it hot even though it says cold on the packet and it was delicious. Just like a latte. So was the chocolate. I then tried the soups and my favourite was Thai chicken, really yummy! The bars were incredibly satisfying and filled me up completely as they are so big! The chocolate orange is my favourite. I then had a salad meal in the evening. However, I did not manage 4 weeks as I have a very physically demanding job and I became so tired all the time. After one week I lost 6llbs which was amazing! It really does work but unless I change my job I cannot carry on. If I worked in an office all day it would be a lot easier. It's a shame because I really liked them. I will probably try again when I am next on holiday. Overall, I received my items within 2 days and they taste great. As well as good value.

Great product, much cheaper than similar proucts and easy to use.

This is an easy way to diet without the hassle of going out to be weighed or paying extortionate prices for well known brands.

Quick and easy to use at a reasonable price.

Works for me.

Expensive postage

The shakes and bars are nice enough but I've decided to switch to another company as they have nice hot meals and yummy bars.
Also, being charged £16.99 for delivery is a bit unfair given that my address is on the UK mainland.
I could have it delivered to Inverness for free but then I have to make a 4 hour round trip.
Shame really but there you go.
If the delivery was free as is stated on the website then I'd probably stick with it. All in all, it's not worth the extra money though.
I've found that there's a lot more choice out there if you prefer something warm to eat. If you prefer the shakes, soups and bars then Exante is ok. Certainly a better buy than Lighter Life.

Im enjoying the ease of this diet

Love the milkshakes, and the carbonara. Would have loved the pack to have some porridge and soups so it gave a good all round taster to the diet.
Anyway, started on Friday, so 6 days ago and have lost 5lbs so very happy.

I love the milkshakes and am losing weight!!

I really like the milkshakes specifically the banana. I don't bother with the soups or the bars as I find one bar is too much plus I do prefer the shakes anyway.
I recently bought a huge box of pasta carbonara.....at first I really didn't like them and in retrospect I should've ordered one as a taster! But as I have so many, I realise that I really need to use them so I've had a little play around with adding herbs, pepper etc but I now have finally found the best way to cook them. I cut up half an onion and add it at the very beginning. I add the boiling water as it says on the packet and leave to stand for 2 minutes. I cook it covered in the micrrowave for about 2 mins 20 secs but then I leave it covered to stand for at least another 7 minutes for as long as possible really before it gets cold. It's worth being patient though as it all puffs up nicely and I rather enjoy them now which is a relief as I've still got at least 40 more to eat!! It is working as I've lost 4 lbs in a week and am already feeling much better. I've been having shake in morning, pasta lunch then plate of oven roasted veggies with some type of meat or fish for dinner - but no carbs!!

unprofessional and dissapointing service

Well I got the exante diet as part of a groupon offer.
I was dissapointed that my order did not arrive immediately as said on their website and only when I emailed them did they say that the next day delivery option did not apply to group on customers.

Finally got my order to find that the pasta carbonara is 2 pieces of spaghetti in a rich cheese sauce ,and looked nothing like the picture on the website which shows spiral pastas.
I contacted customer services and told them and asked for a replacement and was told I cannot get one.then I decided to tell them that I am a commercial lawyer and that they were in breach of the sale of goods act as the good did not match the description.finally they offered to replace it with porridge which did not make sense ask already have 14 porridges with the pack.soi asked for a replacement hot meal I.e soup and said I would return the pasta ,so far not received the soups my diet is all over the placed,really dissapointed as after the 4 weeks was planning on continuing but now do not want to.

On our on-line shop we do offer all of our items individually to enable the customer to purchase and try each product before they purchase our bumper packs, we do advise that all new customer do this as with anything it does not appeal to all customers.

I've tried others that work too, but these ones taste much better which makes it easier.

The flavours are much better than other products that I have used. I look forward to having these ones and they are working exactly as I'd hoped. I only wished that I had bought more when they were on offer.

Excellent service - cannot fault this company and the range of products is great.

I've found this diet product excellent - the range is so good that you dont have to cheat when you fancy something other than shakes. Although the calorie count is marginally higher then other VLCD's the portions are much larger so you are actually feeling full when you have finished the bowl of food instead of wanting to lick the plate. The new products due out at the end of next month, I'm really excited about. especially the spag bol. The prices, if buying in bulk, is a substantial saving when comparing to other VLCD companies and you dont even have to use petrol travelling to a councellor to pick up your supplies. Have already posted the link on my Social Network site, so my friends can benefit from the great range. P.S - on my second week and going great guns. Thanks Exante for providing a service that is affordable.

shakes and bars yummmyyyyy..

I did the diet for a week to lose few pounds from a cruise holiday. One week plus lots of exercise was more than enough. I am back to my size 10 now. The shakes are so yummy, i want to buy them for my daily breafast. The orange and choc bars were delicious but to be honest the are big so i had half a bar in the morning and half a bar in the afternoon. They are very lovely too.
The soups, I hated them. I had to mixed them with other things to be able to eat them cuz i didnt want to waste m money. But a friend of mine loved them so it was probably me.
I will definitely buy the shakes and bar again but just to stay in shape since i exercise like mad and just eat carbs on the weekend but as a whole I was quite surprised the products were so nice and tasty.

Easy peasy, no counting, no problem. Just doing lunch bars lost 2 lbs on my first week. Very pleased

very filling and tasty

I have tried the vegetable soup, porridge oats, orange & toffee bars and the pasta carbonara. All were nice enough and filling except the pasta which was very runny although it did not taste bad. I have tried making it with less water but it just does not seem to absorb the water. Unfortunately I have a stock of this pasta and cannot exchange it. I live in Northern Ireland so the free delivery did not apply so it cost over £10 for delivery. Delivery was in two days & I got a text advising of the delivery date so this was helpful as I could arrange for someone to be home.

The diet works and what a plus it is when you enjoy the product.

I did not enjoy the pasta so as not to waste what I had I saved it for my food week and had it thick with chicken fillet and green beans, I really enjoy it this way now, you could also add some ham and mushrooms to it in your food week for another meal.

Delivery time was ridiculous

Delivery time was two weeks even though it states next day delivery. Was told twice on phone it was on its way when in fact it wasn't. Eventually recieved, products are excellent.

Brilliant Service, Wonderful food

Customer support very poor

I received my order, which was incomplete - the wrong drink mix had been packed. I eMailed Exante the next day and have not even had an acknowledgement, let alone a replacement sent to me!

Poor quality checks prior to dispatch, and very poor customer service!

It Works

I am very pleased with the result so far. I have only been doing the diet a few days and have lost 2 lbs. so very much looking forward to see the results at the end of the week. I love the strawberry and Banana but hate the Vanilla shake. I purchased a groupon and it was good value, however the only hot food is Carbonara Pasta and it would of been better to include a variety to try. Not feeling too hungry and it is getting better as the week goes on. Would recommend to a friend.

Fantastic and it works

This diet is amazing me and my husband order the 4 week bumper pack each he has done lighter life before so he knew what it was like but the first couple of days I had a headache and sleepy but on day three I was fine in are first week my husband lost 1 stone and I lost 11lbs second week he lost 7 lbs and I lost 6lbs but make sure you do drink the water it helps I thought I would miss my cup of tea with milk and two sugars but no I don't think I will go back to having it again my husband drinks black coffee but I did not like it or black tea just stuck to the water . The shakes are all really nice and the bars are big and very filling and the soups are full of flavour .I would recommend this diet to anyone that is stuck in a rut and can not shift weight that has creeped up on you it is amazing
People are noticing me and my husband are losing weight and it is nice when they say you are looking slim makes you feel amazing so Thankyou Exante diet
This is a great prouduct and delivery service is great as well I am so pleased I have done this diet withy husband you help each other through and we have two little girls and making them tea can be hard but it is well worth it in the end and you see amazing results with Exante diet

Lousy service

I asked due to an allergy could a certain food be changed in my bumper pack. I was told NO due to terms and conditions. I thought this was because the packs were per packed and could not be opened. I recieved an email telling me that because i was purchasing through Groupon (a second rate customer?)that my order would arrive later than they would supply to their other (1st rate) customers. I wonder did they not think that one through before and warn us on the '
Groupon, terms and conditions'?
On arrival, a day earlier than I had requested (you are sent an email to request a different date...which I did) so I was not in and it was left in a gypsy caravan.......nice! The said pack did not have in 7 of the packs that were meant to be in there according to the delivery note...thank goodness I did tick of the contents against the said note.

I have never had one email from the same person...in fact on one occasion a member of there staff couldn't be bothered to read all the attached emails (that I made sure where attached - hoping there would be no confusion) and I had to then refer her back to my previous emails. All the emails said was they were sorry for my inconvenience and they would send the missing soups...which they did...in an envelope which did not even contain an official apology...nor...even a complimentary slip!

Here I am now fed up, disappointed, with a box full of untouched products.....

Oh and by the way Exante my name is not Nicho.......

We do not treat any of our customers as second rate customer all of our customer are important and valued by us all at Exante.

Week one over

Week one completed and hubby absolutely delighted with the results. He's down from 16st 3lbs to 15st 6lbs. A drop of 11lbs. Wife down 6lbs.

Absolute Rubbish

The service has been appalling. I was sent the wrong product 10 days ago and although I have sent several e mails and have received replies off several people the mistake has not been rectified.

Easy to follow,with great flavour and plenty of variety

I am really enjoying being on the diet, I find it easy to follow and now I've been on it for coming up to three weeks don't feel hungry.
The only issue is with the hot meals it took a while to get to like them as they taste a bit powdery . I've found by putting a little fresh parsley from my garden into the soups and paste really helps and a tiny bit of milk shake powder into the porridge . It's great and look forward to my meals .
In two weeks I have lost approx 6.0 kilos . I'm so happy xx

Great product!

A quick delivery service, and fantastic varitety of meal replacements. I like the idea of no group meetings or pharmacy visits you are left to your own devises. It really does work!!

Want to lose weight?...Exante...weight wizard !!

When I first heard of Exante I was dubious , 600kcals per day,the money outlay .Although good value for money(cheapest on the market) I had to do my research. I found it was safe,approved by the medical association so I took the step,placed my first order. I found day 1 very differcult! I thought I'm not going to be able to do this! However once you get into it you soon see results. Week 1 I lost 10 lb!!!!! As you can imagine I was ecstatic ! My goal was to lose 2 1/2 stone ...well that was a big chunk in week one hence the inspiration to carry on.
I would definitely reccomend Exante!Easy to follow,affordable with quick results!!

I love the shakes

I really love the banana and strawberry shakes. But I do not like the hot replacement meals. Pasta carbonara is a little too salty for me. Don't really like the tomato and basil soup coz maybe I'm used to drink cook tomato and basil soup.
