The porridge is a hard one to swallow, but adding some cinamon has helped a little, it is a bit like swallowing your own sick though. but drinking a pint of water helps too. The bars are ok and manageable, again with drinking water as they are quite dry. The Carbonara tastes really nice but you only get a quarter of a normal sized bowl. I do get hungry, but having some fruit and fat free yoghurt gets me through.

We find that some customers (depending on their microwave wattage etc.) need pop it back in the Microwave for another 30 seconds, then stir and repeat if necessary, this should thicken it up nicely. We would not recommend you eat fruit as this may take you out of ketosis, and low fat yogurts tend to have the fat replaced by sugar, so again not a good idea.
