Well after 3 weeks have lost 1 stone! 6lbs in the first week then 4lb weeks 2&3. (Size 16 to size 14) The speed makes the diet motivational and you want to keep going to see results on the scales. I'm not keen on the soups and prefer the chocolate milkshakes and choc orange bars (just personal taste). Getting through the first few days does require some willpower - I had a couple of early nights. Also drinking plenty of water can help with the loss and help eleviate headaches (which I had on day 2). I would, and have, recommended to friends. Prompt delivery and well packaged.
