Placed order on the Tuesday for next day delivery but it didn’t get delivered next day. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until the day after however, come mid-afternoon the order still hadn’t been delivered so I called to enquire.
I was told by Jade that they had attempted delivery but were unable to so I asked why – told no one to take the delivery. I explained that it was a works address and there would have been someone to sign for it no matter what time of day it had been delivered. She then went on to tell me that it was because the delivery company hadn’t been given the full delivery address. I asked why and she told me she did not know. No apology just that she did not know. I asked to speak to a supervisor due to this.
Jade told me no supervisor was available and that they would not be available until the following Monday, this was Thursday. She did however say I could talk to a manager the following day so I asked her to get them to call me back – still waiting! That was on the 30th of May.
• Ordered items on the Tuesday and they did not arrive until the Friday. • No offer of an apology from Jade • Still waiting on a call back from a manager or supervisor. • Not impressed.
