Contact/Helpline: I got my 6 week plan last week and decided to start my diet today. Turned out I was missing 30 meal replacements and found this to be frustrating. I sent an email to Exante hoping to resolve this issue. Within minutes they got back in contact and are now sending out the order. I could give a bad review for the lack of products sent but the fact they responded so quickly made me think that I can get in contact if there ever is a problem and not need to worry about getting a response. I contacted through email as the phone number on the website seems to be only for log in difficulties.
Taste: Only tried the porridge oat and banana milkshake but both are gorgeous.
