This is my second time starting exante the first time I did a total meal replacement for 1 week and lost 10 lbs the second week I replaced I shake with a meal. I lost a stone in 2 weeks on the shake and bars. This time I'm trying to do total meal replacement but have started working out so having a meal too. I've only lost a few pounds this week but feel an look slimmer due to working out too. I don't feel bloated or tired and handy to eat the bars on the go. The shakes are individually packaged and just mix with water. Hoping to post before n after photos soon
