Soups, bars, carbonara and porridge taste nice and are very filling. After a few days the feeling of hunger goes and the 3 products a day are enough. You actually feel full after a meal. The chocolate and orange bars are delicious, I even took 6 of them with me on a 2 day trip to Paris........and ate nothing else, could resist croissants and yummy French food. Lost 12 pounds in the first week. It is cheaper and easier (no weighing in control) than the Cambridge Diet Plan(which i tried a few years back).
