Thank you for recomending this diet to me, I have lost 9lb in 2 weeks and feel fantastic. I have already passed the diet information to another friend who is on day 3 and noticed a difference already.

Be on exante for 1 week and already lost half a stone all the products are good but didn't really like the tomato and basil soup so added a bit of pepper and it was fine would recommend

Groupon offer a disaster ... Exante just not able to give customer support!

So exante product fantastic, does what it says on the tin(packet). i have previously lef an excellent review!
But, the recent Groupon Exante deal....its has let the customer down badly. clearly not prepared!
firstly my groupon voucher appeared not to work i had a few computer generated emails saying we noticed you havent completeed your order to add to injury. Even though i sent an email explaining problem straightaway. Received response to my email over 48 hrs later apologising and asking for voucher number again. Also received another mail saying sorry have £5 off no further communication since.... No confirmation as to yes thanks its all gone through I am still not sure if I have an order on its way or not? Customer services is an ansaphone ... Such a shame as customer service is otherwise letting down a great product!
Exante you need to step up in terms of communicating with your customers not answering queries on orders when we are clearly all keen to spend our money with you .... You risk losing custom !!

Easy, effective, excellent.

Great diet. Really glad I started it. Just a fortnight and I'm 13 lb down already. Like it much better than the Lighter Life. Why? LL was much more expensive. I got fed up with having to do a weekly trip of 38 miles each way to my nearest group. Was a real pain when I'd had a busy day and also added a lot to the cost. There are fewer varieties, but I'm having a low cal evening meal which I wasn't on LL, although I guess I could have if I'd done their Lighter Life Light rather than their Total diet. This is easily as effective. Looking forward to seeing GP tomorrow and telling her how much I've lost. You like my skirt? Already dropped a size. Yeah! Oh, and delivery was next day so didn't have to wait for the next group to start, but could begin immediately. Go for it girl!

Better that lighter life

Having previously done lighter life I found this experience far less pushy and condescending and a big bonus less expensive. Would like however more flexibility in the 50% off packs

Excellent! Far more convenient than Lighter Life not to mention the cost.

I am so happy I found your website just at the right time. I have used Lighter Life in the past five years but found the meetings unnecessary and time consuming. The products were expensive and not as tasty as Exante. I have alredy lost 3 kilos and only have another 7 to go before I am back to my best. The service is excellent, products well packed and the options to buy different types of packs and boxes allows you to get exactly what you need.

Of all the various shakes/meals there was only 1 that I didn't like.

Having previously done lighter life I found it difficult to use any other VLCD shakes as they never tasted as good. Exante had a 50% off offer so I thought I would give it a try, so glad I did. The shakes are great and the bars are fab, but the porridge is fab, eating that in the morning makes you think your not on a diet. I did get the pasta, this was a complete let down and I have tried lots of ways to make up, including the new instructions on the exante web, it's still not great, and once eaten you still feel that you haven't eaten totally the opposite to the porridge. Sadly I have a lot of pasta sachets that I can not use nor can I exchange them with exante as they do not swap sachets. Apart fr the pasta I'm very happy with the product.

Not quite next day delivery

Products taste good compared to others I have tried. Would have been 5 stars but advertised as free next working day delivery. Made my order on a Sunday afternoon and it didn't arrive till Wednesday. Otherwise excellent service

Not a lot of variety in the meals but good results so far

I had a small problem with my delivery (they delivered someone else's order to me) so u had to wait to start my new diet. The choices if meals are very limited. It's ok for breakfast and lunch but I'm not sure how many days I can eat spaghetti carbonara for. It' tastes fine though and I really enjoy the porridge and bars.

I'm at the end if week one and pleased as I have lost 10lbs of the 2.5 stone u need to lose so I'm very happy with the result so far. I have felt a little hungry, but determination sees you through that'.

I haven't had any side affects.

Its not as expensive as you think as you don't need to buy food, so you probably save money not buying your daily lunch at work. I do really miss diet coke though. All in all, , I'm keeping with it!

Lost pounds from the right place

I am very impressed with the Exante Diet. I took advantage of the bumper winter warmer pack which was half price. I recommend any of the diets depending on how much weight you need to lose. It does really work and what is good is that you lose the pounds you want to, not the pounds in your purse.,

poor customer service and very late delivery after promotion

ok, so Exante give Groupon 1600 special offers to sell. So why oh why were they not prepared for the high demand?! Website promises 24-48 delivery at the latest. Nearly a week has gone by since ordering, not heard a peep since the 'thank you for your order' email. Have sent many emails and left many telephone messages (you can't talk to someone, only leave a message), getting more frustrated and annoyed with each passing day, nothing from them - no communication, no goods. FInally got a 'sorry' email with a fiver off my next order - whoop-dee-doo. Just got a despatch email, delivery will be made after the weekend, a whole week after ordering. At the very least they should have emailed all the Groupon buyers at the beginning of the week explaining the delay and giving a realistic delivery date.

In comment to Exantes reply: I rang and emailed many times with my order number though out the week!

Where on earth is my order?!!!!!!!

My husband and i ordered this through Groupon to start on our weight loss journey. Despite the promised 2 day delivery we are now at day 4 with still no sign of the order, that has been apparently incorrectly labelled and delivered to a house 500 miles away. Cant actually speak to anyone on the helpline, we can only leave a message, and everytime we email a delivery enquiry we get a standard email response back. They have offered all groupon customers. £5.00 voucher of their next order, whats the point if i cant even get started on the first order!!!!!! Very disappointed.

Amazing

Taste is best considering that is your almost whole food for a day-I have not done it properly because of hectic work/childcare schedule,so I m postponed dedication. One thing to add-I took it for 2 days and it made me so out of place,I was struggling to cope with my duties,but then again I knew it won't be easy,but overall I m happy customer,I can not comment on weight loss so far cause I have not done it properly but I felt lighter! Only downside that it does not have much fibre,so I experienced really hard time on the toilet but with adding some fibre like physillum husk in between hopefully will sort it out and I have not felt at any time full so that was tough. I m not huge,I need to lose 5-6 kg, not too much,I just got most fat on my belly area,but I like my biscuits with tea! So for me main issue to make my stomach be comfortable! I hate empty feeling-and this diet doesn't help maybe with time when stomach shrinks! Usually I m not big eater I just eat rubbish and if could not eat at all I really would,but again that's why I choose to try out this diet because I don't go eating rubbish cause its all there in front of you,so fingers crossed I ll get through!

I do hope that you manage to do the plan properly soon I do understand how hard it is to fit this around family life and hectic schedules.
I can assure you that once you have reached days 3-4 the hunger feelings are no longer an issue, just make sure that you are following the plan and drinking enough fluids.
As soon as you start to see the results in your clothes and on the scales and mostly in your confidence the need for the biscuits soon stops.
my treat is my bar and green tea in a morning.

Quick delivery, does what it says on the tin (well packet)

First time on VLCD so can't compare but one stone down in 14 days and feel fine. Products come quick and taste ok - a little bland but I think at the end of the day that's a food thing.

Tried the drinks too, all good but is stay away from peach, sickly sweet. Blackcurrant and Orange good though!

Product good but you need much better customer service - lamentable

I feel your product is good, your delivery service is good, but your customer service is extremely poor. It is impossible to call to speak to anyone. Upon receipt earlier this year of a box full of very short date goods, after a prolonged e-mail exchange I was promised some "complimentary shakes" when I placed my next order. When I received the next order, all the goods had a very good long shelf life, which I was pleased to see, but my "complimentary shakes" numbered 3 in banana flavour. Considering the number of very short dated products I had in the prior delivery, I thought this was paltry. Sometimes it is not a matter of what is prescribed by law, but what keeps your customers happy because you are providing a good service. Would this kind of service happen in America? Hmmm, I think not. Start communicating with your customers, listen to their feedback, don't be defensive and allow people to choose what shelf life they would like for their products, as they would be able to do is buying products in a shop!

Excellent service, tasty food - Going to change my life! :)

I started this diet with some reservations. My mum had done a similar diet to this which had amazing results- But cost her a fortune!
When I saw this on Wowcher I straight away jumped at the chance, great starter price and now I've tried the products I know that they taste great and I don't feel hungry at all!
My friend was doing a similar diet at greater price and I told her about this coming and she's now transferred herself and would recommend to her friends she said!
I'm only in my first week - Hoping my determination is going to result in a good weight loss this week! :)

I love tha fact that I have a choice each day of what flavours to choose from.

The combination of hot and cold meals and the fact that they come in various flavours is great, you don't get board. I blend my soups in the blender to make the cream and add pepper for that evpxtra kick. With the cold shakes I add ice and agin blend them to make them into cream milk shakes. I've not been hungry, I drink black coffe and lots of fizzy water and I'm amazed at how the weight is just dropping off. I'm impressed its so easy there's very little effort in preparation and I like the fact that each meal contains all the vitamins and nutrients that I need to keep me healthy, I ve not felt so great and energetic in my self for ages, so glad my friend introduced me to this product.

Fantastic - losing loads of weight!!!

Just brilliant! Very competitive price, arrived the next day free of charge! I have done the Cambridge diet before but this diet is far tastier, I especially love the past carbonara:-) I lost 10 Ibs in the first week. Easy to stick too. Love it love it love it!!

I cant go to the toilet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Diet is ok and workable but I have had to stop because I just cant go to the toilet , as im in agony and I just can go on wit the diet
I still have 3 weeks worth of packets can I send them back and have a refund ???????

Number one for customer service and satisfaction!

I have purchased exante shakes twice within the last several months. The delivery was super fast and the shakes are perfect. When I encountered an error in my order I contacted exante by email and had a reply the same day, by the following day I had my amended order delivered next working day. How amazing is that. I have never found any other similar shake diet to be anywhere near the quality or taste ever. These soups and shakes are amazingly tasty it doesn't feel like you're on a diet. I would 100% recommend these shakes and soups. I have not yet tried the porridge and pasta carbonara but I'm sure if they are anywhere near the taste of the soups and shakes I'm sure they'll be lush too! I'm losing weight but don't feel deprived of food. The price at first appears a lot but calculate the meals each and its approx £4-5 a day, you would pay more for the Boots Meal Deals and that's just your lunch! Exante is breakfast, lunch and dinner, bargain! Or it might be breakfast and lunch then a healthy balanced dinner which in turn makes the box of sachets last longer, bargain! It's quick and easy to make and brill when you're in a hurry. It's shake 'n' go sorted. Good luck to those who are trying to lose weight, if you follow the exante solutions diet you can't lose, except the weight of course!! Simples :o)

Absolutely great

Having used Lighterlife, I have to say with great success, i have gradually over 5 years put quite alot, not all the weight back on. I need the discipline again of cutting out conventional eating for a while and came across this product while searching the internet., Lighterlife is approx £70 a week and quite frankly i cannot afford that at the moment. I read the exantide web site and was quite impressed with it so placed an order for a months supply. The delivery arrived within 48 hours which was quite impressive. Day one, yes I did have a head ache later in the day, but I expected that and nothing that 2 paracetamol didnt cure. Day 3 ketosis kicked in and the hunger goes i have completed my first week and must say that I am over the moon with the results. 12lbs off !! I cannot speak for the soups, as I havent had any of those but the milk shakes are delicious, I make with crushed ice and a little bit more water than is stated on the packet. As a 'grazer' I also have half at a time which means I can eat six times a day! Vanilla, with a spoon full of coffee gives you a further flavour to try. Thanks exantide for getting me 'back in the zone' SO glad I have discovered you and know that i can dip in and out in the future without having to sign up for weeks, cognetive therapy, weekly meeting etc. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. Drink lots of water and you will not feel hungry. Yes you will feel temptation, but walk away, divert your attention, dont give in because once that temptation has disappeared you feel so good you didnt give in to it. Secret is to take a meal bar out with out with you and nibble on that!!

Having used Lighter Life, I found the food packs to be tasty. There is a limited choice, but so far so good. I like the chunky bars, which make you feel like you are having a treat ! Compared to Lighter Life these packs are just as good and a fraction of the price !
