Excellent service, tasty food - Going to change my life! :)

I started this diet with some reservations. My mum had done a similar diet to this which had amazing results- But cost her a fortune!
When I saw this on Wowcher I straight away jumped at the chance, great starter price and now I've tried the products I know that they taste great and I don't feel hungry at all!
My friend was doing a similar diet at greater price and I told her about this coming and she's now transferred herself and would recommend to her friends she said!
I'm only in my first week - Hoping my determination is going to result in a good weight loss this week! :)

I love tha fact that I have a choice each day of what flavours to choose from.

The combination of hot and cold meals and the fact that they come in various flavours is great, you don't get board. I blend my soups in the blender to make the cream and add pepper for that evpxtra kick. With the cold shakes I add ice and agin blend them to make them into cream milk shakes. I've not been hungry, I drink black coffe and lots of fizzy water and I'm amazed at how the weight is just dropping off. I'm impressed its so easy there's very little effort in preparation and I like the fact that each meal contains all the vitamins and nutrients that I need to keep me healthy, I ve not felt so great and energetic in my self for ages, so glad my friend introduced me to this product.

Fantastic - losing loads of weight!!!

Just brilliant! Very competitive price, arrived the next day free of charge! I have done the Cambridge diet before but this diet is far tastier, I especially love the past carbonara:-) I lost 10 Ibs in the first week. Easy to stick too. Love it love it love it!!

I cant go to the toilet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Diet is ok and workable but I have had to stop because I just cant go to the toilet , as im in agony and I just can go on wit the diet
I still have 3 weeks worth of packets can I send them back and have a refund ???????

Number one for customer service and satisfaction!

I have purchased exante shakes twice within the last several months. The delivery was super fast and the shakes are perfect. When I encountered an error in my order I contacted exante by email and had a reply the same day, by the following day I had my amended order delivered next working day. How amazing is that. I have never found any other similar shake diet to be anywhere near the quality or taste ever. These soups and shakes are amazingly tasty it doesn't feel like you're on a diet. I would 100% recommend these shakes and soups. I have not yet tried the porridge and pasta carbonara but I'm sure if they are anywhere near the taste of the soups and shakes I'm sure they'll be lush too! I'm losing weight but don't feel deprived of food. The price at first appears a lot but calculate the meals each and its approx £4-5 a day, you would pay more for the Boots Meal Deals and that's just your lunch! Exante is breakfast, lunch and dinner, bargain! Or it might be breakfast and lunch then a healthy balanced dinner which in turn makes the box of sachets last longer, bargain! It's quick and easy to make and brill when you're in a hurry. It's shake 'n' go sorted. Good luck to those who are trying to lose weight, if you follow the exante solutions diet you can't lose, except the weight of course!! Simples :o)

Absolutely great

Having used Lighterlife, I have to say with great success, i have gradually over 5 years put quite alot, not all the weight back on. I need the discipline again of cutting out conventional eating for a while and came across this product while searching the internet., Lighterlife is approx £70 a week and quite frankly i cannot afford that at the moment. I read the exantide web site and was quite impressed with it so placed an order for a months supply. The delivery arrived within 48 hours which was quite impressive. Day one, yes I did have a head ache later in the day, but I expected that and nothing that 2 paracetamol didnt cure. Day 3 ketosis kicked in and the hunger goes i have completed my first week and must say that I am over the moon with the results. 12lbs off !! I cannot speak for the soups, as I havent had any of those but the milk shakes are delicious, I make with crushed ice and a little bit more water than is stated on the packet. As a 'grazer' I also have half at a time which means I can eat six times a day! Vanilla, with a spoon full of coffee gives you a further flavour to try. Thanks exantide for getting me 'back in the zone' SO glad I have discovered you and know that i can dip in and out in the future without having to sign up for weeks, cognetive therapy, weekly meeting etc. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. Drink lots of water and you will not feel hungry. Yes you will feel temptation, but walk away, divert your attention, dont give in because once that temptation has disappeared you feel so good you didnt give in to it. Secret is to take a meal bar out with out with you and nibble on that!!

Having used Lighter Life, I found the food packs to be tasty. There is a limited choice, but so far so good. I like the chunky bars, which make you feel like you are having a treat ! Compared to Lighter Life these packs are just as good and a fraction of the price !

i bought a 28 day supply to see how i got on i lost 7 lbs in 5 days,i will continue with this diet until the end of july i have 2 shakes a day and one cereal bar.i also bought the flavouring for the water and that is the key to this.if you cant drink water buy the flavouring it tastes great .

Good value but too much milk for me.

Bought a 4 week (600 kcal/day) package at half price which made it good value. Stuck to it rigorously for 2 weeks and burnt off 9 lb. I am now at stabilizing stage and still losing weight but more slowly. I don't think this diet put my female "super-surviver" body into full ketosis though, I still felt quite hungry and tired throughout, suffered from constipation, and would have struggled to continue for much longer. I would also have preferred meat or veg. as the main protein source in the products rather than milk! All in all, the company seems sound and are helpful and easy to deal with, the products are ok and good value!

The perfect diet!!

I received my discreet box of diet sachets quickly. I was contacted to see what date delivery would suit and if i wasnt in would i like it left with a neighbour so this is exactly what i did. Since starting this diet I feel like I have actually gained energy whilst losing weight. I feel relaxed about the fact I don't have to worry if I'm getting enough of, or the right kind of nutrients. The sachets are easy to mix up and all of the flavours taste great. I look forward to my next sachet and really enjoy it.

I cook for my family at meal times and its always been a nightmare trying to cook for them and different food for me but this couldn't be easier. I just whisk up my soup and sit down to eat with the rest of the family. It's totally stress free, I love it!!!

Bought this due to a media deal and have not regretted it. Have only been following it for a week and have lost inches plus just under ten pounds. Products are fine and not bad tasting. Have just ordered a second pack.

I lost 6lbs in my first week!

The shakes are yummy, the soups are nice, mushroom is good on it's own, but I like to add curry powder to the tomato one and the veg one.
The pasta is good, again with added curry powder, but to cook it I separate the pasta from the powder and cook it on the hob for 10-15 mins then add it back into the mixed and heated carbonara mix. with added curry powder it tastes like Thai noodle soup.
my favourite things are the bars, both flavours and the porridge. I add cinnamon and nutmeg to it and it tastes like rice pudding mmmmmm!

once in ketosis I was not hungry anymore, and all the packs really do fill you up. I was delighted to find I had lost 6lbs in my first week, a good chunk of the 2 stone I am hoping to lose.

I can also recommend the flavour powders set of three.

A Diet that doesn't feel your on a diet!!

We've used Cambridge products before but the fusing of going seeing a councillor was time consuming! Exante works in the same way and the bars are so much tastier than the cambrigde products. In 5 weeks I've lost 1 stone & my other 1/2 has lost 1 1/2 with having sole product mon til fri & weekend having the product for breakfast & lunch & dinner being a tuna or chicken salad & a few wines. Sooooo impressed & would recommend & especially the speedy delivery service is 1st class.

Great diet, great service!!!

My order was quick, accurate and well-packed. The diet (if you stick to it properly!) really works - no hunger and plenty of variety to eat.

Easy to follow

First few days are hard. Then it's simple, no calorie counting and the best thing you're not hungry. It's cheaper other diets I've tried in the past, and another good thing you don't have to go to those awful weekly meetings which I've done before. I know what I should be doing, don't need to be told every time. I've lost now 16lbs. In just over two weeks which isn't bad.

Great tasting products, excellent delivery and good customer service

Having seen the success a friend had using exante diet products, I decided to give it a go!
Ordered the bulk packs of 50 shakes, 50 meals & 50 bars to start with, and in the first 3 weeks I've lost 12lbs.
I did have a slight problem with the delivery, and that was that the shaker I'd ordered wasn't contained within the delivery. One email and this was very quickly corrected as they sent one straight out to me.
No hunger pangs, although I do struggle in drinking enough water.
If you struggle with portion control, this is an excellent way to shift weight quickly, and I'm hoping that in the future the controlled meals will help me with portion size when I reach and then need to maintain my new weight.

So glad I tried it , really works .

After struggling with seriously trying to lose weight and just not being able to lose anything I thought I would try a vlcd . I had seen exante before but some reports put me off but this time I thought I'd try it. It's hard and needs strong willpower for the first few days but wow it really does work , based on 3 foods a day, I bought the bulk 4 week box as I was determined , but bought porridge too . Tastes great., when ketosis kicks in 3 ish days you feel great , no cravings, feel full, and I had energy for once , I v lost 7 in my first week and 4 in my second. I seriously amazed I need 2 stone off and will keep going . If you are serious and have tried points, counting, calories and have failed if u are ok to ,try a vlcd ketosis plan , they really do work . Exante are the nicest and the cheapest . It's not rocket science either if you go back to eating huge portions and out of control you will obviously gain it back , eat healthy. Fruit , veg, protein and good but few carbs and exercise you will maintain your exante weight loss . I feel amazing. ...

Thrilled to bits!!

I did Lighterlife twice in 6 years and quickly lost the weight in 3 months... But it cost a fortune and I really HATED the counselling .... load of rubbish!!! I then met a guy a few weeks ago who I didn't recognise... he had lost nearly 6 stone since Jan.!!!! I asked him how he had done it and he told me all about Exante. That was it... In 24 hours I had ordered my months pack at quarter the price of Lighterlife .. and in 10 days lost 9 lbs. I have no hunger at all now , infact I forget to eat!!! With the exception of one flapjack I love everything else. This is the diet for me for ever!!!!!

Really Rewarding if you can stick to the plan

I lost 13lb in 14 days, I love seeing the results the total solutions gies you and helps to keep you motivated. Once your body goes into ketosis the hunger stops which makes it easier to follow.
I did have headaches for the first few days which is a side effect but they soon went. Personally I really struggle with the habit of eating junk food mainly in the evenings but the soups are filling which really helps.

Would definitely recommend if you want a quick fix to weight loss

Rapid weight loss in a safe and controlled way

Tried the lipotrim diet which is similar and does work. Thought I would give this ago with it being cheaper. The taste is so much better than LT, they mix better and there is no fuss of having to go to a chemist.You do need will power especially the 1st few days but once you see the weight loss it gives you a massive boost and determination! Definitely works for me and I will be buying again.
Would like to know though can you premix the shakes?

It works quickly

I didn't like the soups so I stuck to the shakes I was quite surprised how focused I was I got a little hungry but had a drink of water to subside the hunger, I don't think I have been drinking enough water as I don't drink much normally.
I have lost 7lb in my first 5 days

Day 10 now and 8lbs off already. I've previously tried the Lipotrim diet plan- but this is MUCH nicer. The shakes and soups actually taste like the stated flavours and are fairly pleasant. Just the thing for a bit of quick weight loss before the summer hols.

Easy diet to follow, not weighing or measuring . The shakes taste nice, the soups are not to my taste but ok.

I have never had anything but Class A service form this company. The keep you fully informed of the status of your order by email and text every step of the way, from the time you place your order, right up to and including until the day it is delivered. Also speedy delivery is another big plus +++++ . As for the product I use the shakes and they taste great. In all very good, considering they are one of the cheapest on the market ! Whether you lose the weight is down to you sticking to their guidelines but you will not be disappointed with the product. Deb.

Its working !

Only been on this for one week but am 8lbs lighter already. Have always been very cynical about diets like this but I'm managing to do it and the results are fast !

Really works if you stick at it through the first five days!

Started on Exante last Friday needing to loose 1 - 1 1/2 stone and was STARVING for the first 4/5 days had bad head aches, no energy and was ready for throwing in the towel. Glad I stayed with it whist my body de-toxed as now I feel absolutely fine and my energy levels have returned. Weighed myself this morning (one week on) and i am 6lb lighter! I am so pleased. As for dropping a dress size not quite there....but I have unfortunately dropped a bra size! :-( hehe

I have been alternating the soups and shakes but to be honest much prefer the shakes. The strawberry is gorgeous, and the banana (anything banana I usually hate!) aint half bad. Worst for me is the chocolate as i was really looking forward to that as a treaty but its not my favourite! As for the soups! The tomato personnally I dont like the task at all(too powdery), but the Thai Chicken, Veg and Mushroom are all really nice.

If i keep it up I will have dropped that dress size in another week or two...I am soooo pleased! Thank You xxx

Not as bad as I expected!

Hugely impressed with the ordering process from start to finish. Delivery was prompt and communication excellent.
Having read a few not so favourable comments re some of the products, I was very pleasantly surprised with how they taste, and have not found this at all onerous since starting a week ago. (I am still having a 400 - 600 cal meal as well though!)
Hope the weight loss continues at this rate.

very tasty alternative to food

i am impressed with your alternative to food, it is tasty and fills you up, there is so much choice compared to other companies, the only reason i gave you 4 stars was the fact that if you want to buy a bundle of items you have to pick from the pre-selected items or be stuck with items you don't like/want. or if you want to buy seperately you need to have a big bank account! it would be good to be able to pick which items you want if you are going to choose the bundle.

100% Worth it

So far so good I'm on week 2 and already lost over a stone. Delivery was really fast and friendly courier. Only downside is that I'm not too fond of the bars not to my taste unfortunately. Shakes and soup are nice. Well worth the money. I've tried lighter life and Cambridge weight plan but I prefer exante. I would recommend exante to anyone thinking of starting.
