Easy to follow

First few days are hard. Then it's simple, no calorie counting and the best thing you're not hungry. It's cheaper other diets I've tried in the past, and another good thing you don't have to go to those awful weekly meetings which I've done before. I know what I should be doing, don't need to be told every time. I've lost now 16lbs. In just over two weeks which isn't bad.

Great tasting products, excellent delivery and good customer service

Having seen the success a friend had using exante diet products, I decided to give it a go!
Ordered the bulk packs of 50 shakes, 50 meals & 50 bars to start with, and in the first 3 weeks I've lost 12lbs.
I did have a slight problem with the delivery, and that was that the shaker I'd ordered wasn't contained within the delivery. One email and this was very quickly corrected as they sent one straight out to me.
No hunger pangs, although I do struggle in drinking enough water.
If you struggle with portion control, this is an excellent way to shift weight quickly, and I'm hoping that in the future the controlled meals will help me with portion size when I reach and then need to maintain my new weight.

So glad I tried it , really works .

After struggling with seriously trying to lose weight and just not being able to lose anything I thought I would try a vlcd . I had seen exante before but some reports put me off but this time I thought I'd try it. It's hard and needs strong willpower for the first few days but wow it really does work , based on 3 foods a day, I bought the bulk 4 week box as I was determined , but bought porridge too . Tastes great., when ketosis kicks in 3 ish days you feel great , no cravings, feel full, and I had energy for once , I v lost 7 in my first week and 4 in my second. I seriously amazed I need 2 stone off and will keep going . If you are serious and have tried points, counting, calories and have failed if u are ok to ,try a vlcd ketosis plan , they really do work . Exante are the nicest and the cheapest . It's not rocket science either if you go back to eating huge portions and out of control you will obviously gain it back , eat healthy. Fruit , veg, protein and good but few carbs and exercise you will maintain your exante weight loss . I feel amazing. ...

Thrilled to bits!!

I did Lighterlife twice in 6 years and quickly lost the weight in 3 months... But it cost a fortune and I really HATED the counselling .... load of rubbish!!! I then met a guy a few weeks ago who I didn't recognise... he had lost nearly 6 stone since Jan.!!!! I asked him how he had done it and he told me all about Exante. That was it... In 24 hours I had ordered my months pack at quarter the price of Lighterlife .. and in 10 days lost 9 lbs. I have no hunger at all now , infact I forget to eat!!! With the exception of one flapjack I love everything else. This is the diet for me for ever!!!!!

I would thoroughly recommend Exante. From searching google, clicking the exante website and reading everything, the process, explanation and information is all very user friendly. The order process is simple. The products are tremendous value for money. The medical disclosure is simple. The delivery is super speedy and the products are very tasty - the ones that I have tried. I would highly recommend you give it a go. There is also a great community on facebook.

Really Rewarding if you can stick to the plan

I lost 13lb in 14 days, I love seeing the results the total solutions gies you and helps to keep you motivated. Once your body goes into ketosis the hunger stops which makes it easier to follow.
I did have headaches for the first few days which is a side effect but they soon went. Personally I really struggle with the habit of eating junk food mainly in the evenings but the soups are filling which really helps.

Would definitely recommend if you want a quick fix to weight loss

Rapid weight loss in a safe and controlled way

Tried the lipotrim diet which is similar and does work. Thought I would give this ago with it being cheaper. The taste is so much better than LT, they mix better and there is no fuss of having to go to a chemist.You do need will power especially the 1st few days but once you see the weight loss it gives you a massive boost and determination! Definitely works for me and I will be buying again.
Would like to know though can you premix the shakes?

It works quickly

I didn't like the soups so I stuck to the shakes I was quite surprised how focused I was I got a little hungry but had a drink of water to subside the hunger, I don't think I have been drinking enough water as I don't drink much normally.
I have lost 7lb in my first 5 days

So far so good!

Day 10 now and 8lbs off already. I've previously tried the Lipotrim diet plan- but this is MUCH nicer. The shakes and soups actually taste like the stated flavours and are fairly pleasant. Just the thing for a bit of quick weight loss before the summer hols.

Quite an easy diet ....

Easy diet to follow, not weighing or measuring . The shakes taste nice, the soups are not to my taste but ok.

First Class service and product !

I have never had anything but Class A service form this company. The keep you fully informed of the status of your order by email and text every step of the way, from the time you place your order, right up to and including until the day it is delivered. Also speedy delivery is another big plus +++++ . As for the product I use the shakes and they taste great. In all very good, considering they are one of the cheapest on the market ! Whether you lose the weight is down to you sticking to their guidelines but you will not be disappointed with the product. Deb.

Good product and so very tasty .have been on lighter life and Exante diet Shakes & Bars &Soups are so Very Much Cheaper . I have only been on the Exante Diet two days Now so will write another review to see how I get on !! Well Summers on it's way and my Bikini's Are Calling Lol !

Really happy with this diet it really works I'm doing the 14 day diet and on day 10 and 9lb lighter only 9lbs to go to get back to my pre baby 10 stone :-) would definitely recommend xx

Its working !

Only been on this for one week but am 8lbs lighter already. Have always been very cynical about diets like this but I'm managing to do it and the results are fast !

Really works if you stick at it through the first five days!

Started on Exante last Friday needing to loose 1 - 1 1/2 stone and was STARVING for the first 4/5 days had bad head aches, no energy and was ready for throwing in the towel. Glad I stayed with it whist my body de-toxed as now I feel absolutely fine and my energy levels have returned. Weighed myself this morning (one week on) and i am 6lb lighter! I am so pleased. As for dropping a dress size not quite there....but I have unfortunately dropped a bra size! :-( hehe

I have been alternating the soups and shakes but to be honest much prefer the shakes. The strawberry is gorgeous, and the banana (anything banana I usually hate!) aint half bad. Worst for me is the chocolate as i was really looking forward to that as a treaty but its not my favourite! As for the soups! The tomato personnally I dont like the task at all(too powdery), but the Thai Chicken, Veg and Mushroom are all really nice.

If i keep it up I will have dropped that dress size in another week or two...I am soooo pleased! Thank You xxx

Not as bad as I expected!

Hugely impressed with the ordering process from start to finish. Delivery was prompt and communication excellent.
Having read a few not so favourable comments re some of the products, I was very pleasantly surprised with how they taste, and have not found this at all onerous since starting a week ago. (I am still having a 400 - 600 cal meal as well though!)
Hope the weight loss continues at this rate.

very tasty alternative to food

i am impressed with your alternative to food, it is tasty and fills you up, there is so much choice compared to other companies, the only reason i gave you 4 stars was the fact that if you want to buy a bundle of items you have to pick from the pre-selected items or be stuck with items you don't like/want. or if you want to buy seperately you need to have a big bank account! it would be good to be able to pick which items you want if you are going to choose the bundle.

100% Worth it

So far so good I'm on week 2 and already lost over a stone. Delivery was really fast and friendly courier. Only downside is that I'm not too fond of the bars not to my taste unfortunately. Shakes and soup are nice. Well worth the money. I've tried lighter life and Cambridge weight plan but I prefer exante. I would recommend exante to anyone thinking of starting.

Quick weight loss!

Well after 3 weeks have lost 1 stone! 6lbs in the first week then 4lb weeks 2&3. (Size 16 to size 14) The speed makes the diet motivational and you want to keep going to see results on the scales.
I'm not keen on the soups and prefer the chocolate milkshakes and choc orange bars (just personal taste). Getting through the first few days does require some willpower - I had a couple of early nights. Also drinking plenty of water can help with the loss and help eleviate headaches (which I had on day 2). I would, and have, recommended to friends.

Great product poor service

The products brilliant if your busy as you dont dont need to think about cooking or find time to prepare it all & great for slimming quickly to fit into 'that special dress' but wouldn't recommend the company as the service was poor. I ordered a multi pack but one of the products was completely missed off so glad i checked my order. when I raised the issue i was told the product would be sent out that day only to receive another incorrect envelope with under quarter of what I had ordered. When I ordered this for ease of use I find chasing twice to receive the correct order I placed the week before was unacceptable.

Not good for me :(

Ive been using exante for a week and from day 2 have been feeling sick all through the day .. and i have also been have stomache cramps. Last night was awful the pains were really bad i could of cried..so i have decided to stop using it and go back onto slimming world, Im rather gutted as its wasted alot of money. Dont understand why it hasnt agreed with me, but i can not carry on using them with how there making me feel.. gutted :(

Good products, poor service

I'm really enjoying all the Exante products and have lost a total of 20 pounds in 6 weeks.

I have two gripes though:

- I was sent totally the wrong products in my second order. It was as if the order had not been checked at all before being dispatched. The invoice within the box was correct, but the products were not. Although this was resolved within a few days, it was very inconvenient and frustrating.

- You do not get any type of information booklet with your first order. I think this is really stingy actually! Information is available to download from the website, but when you're paying £100+ for a 4 week course or products, I would expect some written information about the diet and indeed coming off the diet to be included in the price.

So all in all, the diet works and the products are nice I just think that some improvements could be made to customer service.

Good taste... better results... lost 10lbs in one week

I'm using Exante to replace my Breakfast and Lunch, then having a protein high / low carb dinner daily, I started last Monday (9 days a go) and I've lost 10lbs. So i'm having about 1200-1600 calories a day, feeling full too. Would recommend to all.

I have been using exante and am really enjoying the flexability. If i am going out with the family then i can have a low carb meal. It is great and i have tried other vlcd before but have not enjoyed a diet as much. The customer service is great i had a few sachets missing and it was resolved immediately. The sachets were posted out to me at no cost to me. Delivery is fast. The shakes are lovely. My only criticisum is the bars have no choice only two. I would like more choice on them please. But great all round wouldnt go any where else. Thanks exante for making dieting easier :-)

Exante diet gets you up and running

A few weeks ago I was sad about my weight creeping up to an unacceptable level, but this diet has given me the confidence to believe I CAN do it this time. With a wedding to go to at the end of May, I aim to get into my special outfit which I wore to a wedding 3 years ago!!

Excited about Exante

My bumper package of shakes, bars and soup, arrived on time, nice that you get a window when it is gong to be delivered.

This is the first time that I have tried a Vlcd, so far so good. Wee bit disappointed that the first week I lost 5lbs, then second week, weigh in date was today, I have lost 3lbs, I have lost this kind of weight before on Weightwatchers etc, so maybe was hoping that the weight loss would be a bit higher, still going to stay on Exante for the next 6 weeks before going on holiday, as I like the shakes, bars and soups. I've got another 2 stone to lose, don't think I will manage this before my holidays so might go back to exante afterwards.

Luckily, I have not had any side effects, and feel very well, with plenty of energy.

Easy to use

Much better formulas - can easily mix the shakes now instead of them being gloop city. Either you have changed the mix also with regard to the taste which is much improved or I've got better at mixing them since last year. Like many others on this site have tried LL & WW & again like many the non or low food choice works best for me - but please note that you really must drink the water recommended for best results. Also agree that the customer delivery is excellent. Thanks

A slimming wonder

I started using Exante after deciding to move away from Lighter Life. I have always found this type of dieting effective but with Lighter Life they do not always have a vacancy for you. With Exante I am free to use a weight loss programe when I want, it is tasty and does what it says it will do.

The best meal replacement I have ever tried (and I have tried them all!)

So far so good after nearly 2 weeks. Determined to make this my last ever attempt to return to something nearer my ideal weight and keep fit and healthy for the rest of my life. Goodbye to aching back and hips and feeling sluggish and rubbish and welcome back to many lovely outfits which have long been relegated to the loft. Thank you for making the flavours so much tastier than any others I have tried, and for the wide choice of shakes and soups. How about a chocolate and mint bar?

I was very much interested but as you get what you pay it was not good at all all the food items are as it is in a box sorry guys it doesn't taste good at all always better to order one sample pack I learned my lesson now its up to you.....

The composition of this type of product is set at EU level (making the recipes from company to company very similar).
