Fast efficient service, all the parts in stock, I did feel stung by the postage charges on a subsequent small order that would have fitted into a small jiffy bag, the cost of the postage was amost twice the cost of the items, may be a small order charge could be introduced.
Ordered my parts on my I pad. But I mistakenly ordered a wrong part for a selector switch, I phoned them to explain my mistake and they replaced the items with the correct parts postage free as long as I posted the incorrect items back and items arrived with in 24 hrs! This is the best customer service I have ever had. Looking forward to place my next order. Staff are very helpful and couldn't find a better price on my items anywhere else on the web. I've only purchased twice but on both occasions with the pressure on to resource parts that my local supplier doesn't stock, it's been a breeze. Ill return when needed without hesitation. Processing of the internet order and acknowledgement: EASY, delivery very fast and well packaged.
Expert delivered the goods on time, well no the carriers were responsible for that operation, Yes they performed very good.
My only comment that Expert have to address is the delivery charges WEBSITE and actual phone different costs. O.K. This delivery costs are another way of increasing revenue. Free delivery should be the norm.
Really pleased with EE always had helpful input via email from them, but i would wish they had a cheaper delivery price at times for when i want something small or a few small items that don't need to be with me next etc Really pleased
Product as described Delivery disappointing Ordered expecting to recieve Tuesday and fit Wednesday but turned up to late on Thursday Had to use more expensive van stock items And now have had to put received items into van stock Hopefully I will use them in the future
I ordered an RCD late one night during the bank holiday weekend. I was expecting delivery within about 3 working days. The online invoice/receipt was accompanied by a promise of an e-mail acknowledging my order soon. After about 5 days with no acknowledgement or RCD I e-mailed them and got a rapid reply apologizing and explaining that there had been a stock control error but the RCD was now with them and would be with me the next day. IT WAS. It arrived well protected in ample packaging. It was not 5 Star treatment but I am reasonably happy.
