fantastic
was a bit unsure at first with it being over the internet, but saw express watches had a address, so checked it out first, saw they were for real so placed my order had an email straight back telling me that my purchase was being dispatched. ordered my watch on the saturday was with me on the monday, you cant ask for any more than that. i really would recommend this company to anybody safe and trustworthy. thank you express watches.

Customer care is excellent
Placed order on Friday and Express Watches upgraded my the delivery free of charge to early next-day Saturday, without even asking. That just shows how much this company cares for its customers.
Item was very well packed with all documents, stamped guarantee card and even specialised Seiko test certificate.
Best price I could find and easy to order online - very satisfied customer.

I telephoned Express Watches to enquire about certain features I sought in a particular watch. I was dealt with most courteously, promptly and patiently. I then e-ordered the watch from them and it arrived, sensibly wrapped, the next morning. If possible, I would give this business a six star rating !! The watch itself is exactly as advertised - and what I wanted.

Excellent service. I can recommend Express Watches.
I had been trawling round the jewelers looking for the right watch but was disappointed with the reductions and choice.
I found the Seiko Kinetic Perpetual Sportura watch that I wanted on the internet and was really impressed by the 35% saving that Express watches were offering, by far the best deal.
I cant fault the service or the watch, brilliant.

Disapointed
Express Watches are forcing customers who are paying via PayPal to open an account with (Express Watches ) them. When a customer does pay with PayPal they should not be forced to open an account. Express Watches shouls respect customers who use PayPal on does basics if they do not wish to sign up with them. But ither you sign up for an account or you cannot by the product.
It is not right that I have been forced to sign up with Express Watches so I could buy the Seiko watche despite the fact I has been paid with PayPal.

Great Service
Having cocked up the ordering process and paying twice for my heavily discounted Seiko Divers watch, Christopher was onto the problem and all was swiftly corrected. Upon receipt i found the watch had not been sized to my spec so taking it to his fathers shop [ Ashleigh Jewellers ] in Woodbridge, the watch was duly sized at no extra cost. What Stars. I would strongly recommend Express Watches to all.

Outstanding Value and Service
I think the title says it all, Watch ordered late Saturday arrived special delivery Tuesday morning. Lowest price anywhere. Nice touch was the watch was showing correct date and time. I would recommend them to all without reservation and would certainly purchase from them again if the need arose.

Very mixed experience - initially could not deliver as advertised, but phone call sorted things out
I found a Seiko watch at a good price here that was said to be 'currently out of stock', expect delivery in 3 days. However after 10 I chased to find it was 'no longer available' (after appearing for a while on their site at a higher price). The web site continued to show 'despatched' but it turned out that I had received a prompt refund.
The phone call to enquire what was happening was strange as the owner's father had to get him out of bed after a late night - obviously a small family business. However, after that things improved - Chris rang me back, offered a good price on a better model, and delivered this when promised. So my advice would be to deal with them if phone if you can - and maybe not too early in the morning!

Ordered on Tuesday and arrived Thursday morning despite being told item was currently out of stock . Love the watch - a Seiko Kinetic SKA493P1, which was pre-sized with the extra links in the box. Excellent price too.

Absolute a place to recommend
Overall it is very good, price, the shipment overseas. Shipped saturday arriving monday morning it can not be any better than this. If I should say a small thing there is not so good is the adjustment of the bracelet, but it was more or less expected. I will not hesitate to do a deal here in the future.

Update on repair
Express Watches got themselves back on the rails and returned my watch today after I complained on 1st April regarding unacceptable length of time waiting. I believe the sign of a good company is that if anything goes wrong, they make it right. They have done so and I am now satisfied with their performance.

Why buy from anywhere else
Express watches are a company to rely on, they pulled out all the stops to get the watch which was out of stock at the time of order to me and it arrived safe and sound two days early. Wonderful service coupled with great comms and very helpful staff, I will recommend this company to all.

I would certainly recommend this supplier. I was contacted by phone very soon after I had ordered the watch to check details of the size required and this saved me the inconvenience of taking the watch to local jeweller to adjust the strap. The watch arrived the day after I ordered it as promised.
