Good price, quick, no fuss

Pre-Sales support was Excellent but Delivery was Very Poor
Farnham cycles were let down by their delivery couriers Citylink who took 6 days to deliver instead of next day - very disappointing.
However iI was very satisfied with the price of what I bought and the pre - sales service was knowledgable and patient

Great Service.
Great all round service and good delivery times. Communications were good kept me informed very step of the way. Also when i called the store for some advice before placed my order they were very helpful.

Comprehensive stock list, prompt delivery.
Ordered a rear wheel with a 7 speed casette hub, an item not easy to find these days. Very reasonably priced and was delivered promptly.

Good prices, great service. However website does not reflect stock so on 2 occasions two days after order , email recd noting unavailability of item. 8 wk restock estimate. Therefore had to use alt retailer.

Faultless service, though it seems I bought the wrong part
Purchased these items as I needed longer M6 bolts to attach my roofbox to aerobars. These t-track bolts have a smaller thread pattern so won't fit the standard Thule wing nuts. However I can still use these bolts as I have the Thule bike carriers (what these bolts were designed for) so I'll put them to good use. Have since found the correct t-track bolts for the roofbox, so all is good.

Good Customer Service - Shame they don't sell indvidual spokes
I contacted Farnham cycles to ask about Mavic rim and shimano hub sizes so i could work out spoke dims They sent me links to work this out which was very helpful. I had planned to buy a new pair of cheap rims and hubs from them to build some training wheels for winter but didn't in the end as they don't sell spokes in less than a box on the web site unless they are for the more high end wheel sets. I did buy some wheel building tools that were a very competative price and they arrived quickly and well packed. I ended up buying the rims/hubs and spokes from another site that let me buy the spokes in less than a box full. Farnham Cycles have a good selection of rims and hubs to choose from.

Needed specialist shoes - got them with great service to boot!
I have really wide feet. So wide to the point where I usually have to get specially made shoes or in peculiar sizes.
So imagine my difficulty in trying to find cycling shoes. I came across the Lake I/O online - a sandal type shoe and lo and behold my local cycling store, Farnham Cycles had them.
I ordered a wrong size, but they suggested an alternative size (these particular shoes are listed in EU sizes but come up small) and that I pop in to try them on and if they were wrongly sized that they'd re-order for me.
Three days later, I walk out with my new cycling shoes!
