Good value
All items ordered were supposed to be 'in stock' according to website. After a few days with still no movement on order status I gave them a call. The person I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant and it turned out that one part was on order from another supplier. That is my reason for 4 stars not 5. Next time I would phone them first to see if the parts really were in stock, but would use the company again if they had the parts I was after for the best price.

Good prices, honest communications
I wanted a couple of new MTB helmets, and after being let down by another supplier decided to give Farnham a go.
Phoned them up, and was told that they didn't have them in stock, but could get them and assured me they would be with me by the weekend.
True to their word, the delivery arrived today.
Unlike the previous company I tried, Farnham were honest about their stock levels and did what they said they would. That's good enough for me !

Prompt and courtious service, but...........
Shimano dipping oil maintenance kit for Nexus hub gears is very overpriced at £60! Unfortunately there is no further information "out there" for using an alternative cheaper product (ie.gear oils) However, Farnham cycles offer the best price on this product, and it remains to seen if the cost is justified!
There is also doubt as to the amount of lubricant originally used during hub manufacture, as highlighted by experiences in wet weather conditions causing failure, (re. Sheldon Brown website in US).

Needed some product by a tight deadline. Gave Farnham Cycles a call to check if it is going to be posted on the same day. Got an honest reply that unlikely but the actual promised postage date (next day) was met and I got what I wanted and when I wanted.

Excellent service with good information on delivery status
Even though the component had to obtained from the distributor, it was delivered within three days. The package was delivered using a good courier who sent an e-mail saying when it would be delivered. I would use Farnham Cycles again.

Great value and very prompt delivery
Having bought a set of Antares rollers (from another supplier) for my wife and I to both use, we found there was a problem - we had to keep taking them apart to be able to change the position of the pop-up locks. I thought that just maybe we could buy some extra ones and install in both positions. I found that Antares list them as spares but very few suppliers have them, and most of those that do charge silly money. Farnham were the exception and we are very pleased that we can now easily change the length of the rollers for our very different sizes.

Good Price, Would Visit Again
Ordered spare brake blocks on Monday they were delivered by Thursday, no issues.
Niggles: Hand written envelope, no paperwork in envelope.
Would I use again - without hesitation, the price was great and the above are just niggles and the difference between supporting a LBS with a postal service and a national chain.

excellent speedy service and flexibility
purchased a schwalbe 24x15 tyre for my cycle. I found the online ordering process and speed of delivery excellent - it was here by the end of the Friday following an order on Tuesday, ready for another week's commute. What made this more amazing - I had come to believe these all tyres came from "next week", based on my experience with several central London bike shops. Pleased also that the second tyre I found I needed and ordered by telephone later in the week, was delivered equally promptly.
