Fast delivery straight forward service
Had a minor problem initially, due to an error with the system not receiving my prescription details. This was quickly resolved and my order came within 4 days!!
I'm very impressed and potentially could have paid around £100 more at my opticians.
I was absolutely bricking it, thinking my glasses might be incorrect or damaged but they are perfect.
I will be recommending them from now on.

Best price, very helpful and quick delivery!!
From start to finish the process was very easy. As I ordered Chanel this had to be done over the phone. The lady I dealt with was very helpful and I was able to use a voucher code for £10 off (every little helps) plus free delivery!! Arrived 3 days later well packaged with all documentation. Would definitely use again.

Excellent customer service and really quick delivery
I'd never purchased optical lenses online before so I was a bit confused about the procedure and my prescription etc. I emailed with some queries and got a really helpful email back the next day. I ordered two pairs of frames (you can order up to four, without prescription lenses, if i remember correctly) as i couldn't decide which ones I wanted. I'm glad that this option is available as the pair which I had had my heart set on didn't suit me at all! FashionEyewear.co.uk email you at every step of your order to let you know what's going on. Very quick delivery. Really great, genuine items. The only thing, which is very very minor, one of the cases for the frames I ordered was split. I have now sent both frames back and I am just waiting for the pair which I chose to have my prescription lenses fitted in, returned to me. So far I would 100% recommend them!

Good price and good customer service. I would rate this company 9/10 and the only reason it's not 10 is i had to wait over a week for the glasses but that's just me being fussy.

Great service and glasses are perfect
I did have reservations ordering new glasses online as I have always got them from a high street optician however on this occasion I did not find a frame I liked. I the. Found a frame I liked in another optician however it was more expensive than what I wanted to pay. I then found the frames online and at a better price.
The frames are excellent and I had the option to add anti glare and anti scratch coating at no additional cost which would have cost more at the high street optician.
Would definitely recommend.

biliiant value
they are great value for money. i haddnt realized that they were comming direct from italy, but still only took just over a week, and the money i saved more that outweighs that, im very happy and will be using again, as my son wants some now :)

Fantastic I love my sunglasses
I looked at various sites but fashioneyewear appeared to be the cheapest and they had a shop which I felt that I knew I was buying a genuine product. In fact they even say that they are on the Chanel website and I checked and they are. I wasn't prepared to buy overseas to get even cheaper worrying that I might end up with fake sunglasses. Who wants to wear fake sunglasses?! My glasses came within a few days and I am delighted with them.... I love them SOOOOO much!

Great sunglasses, shame they arrived damaged!
I ordered some Gucci sunglasses from the fashion eyewear website, great site, nice and easy to use. They didn't have my glasses in stock so they had to come direct from the manufacturer, and arrived within the 10 days they said they would. Unfortunately though my glasses arrived with a scratch on the frame and some of the plating was missing in the G at the side, not something id expect when your paying a lot of money. I called fashion eyewear who advised me to send back for an exchange, which I'm in the process of doing. The best part was the price, they were over £30 cheaper than what I would have paid at the airport, I'm just thankful I waited now!

brilliant customer service
I was undecided which sunglasses to buy and was told by fashion eyewear to find a model number I liked in my local department store so I could compare it on their website. Several emails later, and these were answered by fashion eyewear almost immediately, I found the ones I wanted and they arrived very quickly. In fact I was sent a text informing me which 1 hour time slot they would arrive in and emailed regularly with updates. Extremely efficient and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I shall certainly be using them again.

Wonderful service delivered in a a friendly but expert way. Nothing to much trouble to respond to any question you raised in double quick time. Brilliant selection of frames at very competitive prices. My prescription was not the easiest to make up but still delivered spot on in no time at all - much earlier than I had expected in truth.
You can deal with FashionEyewear confident of !st Class Service in all aspects and have money left to give yourself a treat. I have already been asked 'where did you get those glasses - they are smart'!!!

I changed my mind - no problem!
A reasonably easy to use website and competitive prices were the spur to me choosing to buy from Fashion Eyewear. So I made my choice, paid and clicked the button. No problem. Then! I reconsidered! Changed my mind in favour of another pair of Oakleys. So I called up Fashion Eyewear and spoke to a very helpful guy who despite being ready to go home, cancelled my order and left everything on hold until I made a fresh choice. Two hours later I called back and spoke to an equally very helpful lady who understood my situation from the notes she had and made the change to my order. Within seconds I had a reassuring confirmation email. The goods arrived within the quoted time. Would I recommend - already have! Thanks

Complete mess, will not order from again - EVER
I ordered a set of frames online. The website is useless; confusing, slow, temperamental etc. I ordered the frames, and before the glasses were dispatched or the order hadn't been processed, my account was billed. I wasn't happy about this, as standard online practice is to bill upon dispatch, or processing.
Nonetheless, I was later contacted by their sales team asking for MORE money!! This was because I used more than one voucher at the checkout (which went through fine, is standard with other online retailers, and the codes used were emailed to me by their marketing team)... I tried to sort the issue out over their website's built-in "live-chat", which was slow, kept crashing, and the other person wouldn't reply for 10+ minutes at a time.. So I gave up trying, and gave their phone number a call.. They then, over the phone, agreed that it was their fault (not mine) with the vouchers, and would not charge me more. However, a day later I received an email asking for more money, AGAIN!!! I tried to sort it out again, but I was then emailed to tell me that the frames were in fact also out of stock!! I spoke to a member of the sales team, on the phone, who was slightly rude (considering the circumstances), and told me that she couldn't do anything, and I had to email..
All in all, I spent too long trying to order from fashion eyewear, so got a refund and ordered from <external link removed>... Last time I'll ever deal with them. Their (advertised) range of glasses is good, but their website looks like it was designed in the 90s, their sales team are next to useless, and they were wholly unprofessional throughout.

I broke my glasses 6 weeks before this review. The day after I went to a high street opticians and was quoted about £350 for the frames and lenses I wanted.
After recovering from that minor heart attack I checked on-line and found the same frames at FashionEyewear complete with an easy to use system for ordering.
I held off for a few weeks due to nerves about ordering my glasses through the net. Odd considering I order everything else through it.
And yet my fears were unfounded. They were delivered ahead of schedule and the quality was excellent.
