Searched loads of different sites for these velux blinds and this site was by far the cheapest. Not put them up yet, so really can't comment but will when I do. This is all about the delivery. Day before I got a text to say when they were going to deliver and was able to change delivery date (bonus) but when the delivery man knocked the door with the package - one package was already opened!! No point asking why it was opened (customer service) enquiry I think. No damage was caused to either product but that's beside the point.
items arrived as promised the following day with free delivery. The curtain poles were very expensive looking and of high quality. Very helpful telephone sales staff who sorted out my order which was 4p short of qualifying for free delivery. Smooth transaction from start to finish. very pleaed.
Ordered product for a friend in Germany as she did not have a UK credit card - not a good start! Advised 3-5 day delivery to UK and the goods finally arrived 7 days later. By this time I had returned to Belgium and so had to spend £27.30 to get it posted on. Emailed the company twice with no response and so finally rang them. After 15 minutes on the phone (from Belgium) the best they could do was £15. They had no explanation as to why they had not responded to my email. Bad service.
I ordered a blind which turned up with a defect. I had to install it as it was in a property that I let out and it was being occupied the next day. I reported the defect and apart from an initial acknowledgement saying that the matter was being raised with the supplier there was silence. Some weeks later I followed it up. An apology followed and then was told that a new one would be sent and the old one picked up. I explained the complication that I did not live there and the blind was in place (complete with hole in blind - photographic evidence supplied). A partial refund was mentioned by the company followed by radio silence. That was October and it is now nearly March. Clearly their customer service just hoped I would go away and I have in effect. Basically I have paid almost £100 for a blind that had a hole in it from what looks like a manufacturing defect. Very unhappy to say the least
Fashion Interiors surprised me - I'd already established that their prices were good; maybe not the cheapest but their web-site was well organised and sensible to follow. That built confidence. So when I ordered a Swish curtain rail and Silent Gliss Metropole track, I'd expected the latter to be some time later than the former as it had to cut to suit. The Curtain rail landed down 'ere in Cornwall in two working days and the track two more later. Both consignments were well packaged and without damage so top marks there. Would we order from Fashion Interiors again. You bet! - very pleased all round!
ordered a 550cm corded curtain track on a 3 - 5 day delivery expecting to wait another couple of days as I'm in northeast scotland but goods arrived 1.30 on the 5th day well packed and in good condition,and most importantly no surchage for an ab postcode. Your website is very good and offers your customers a wide range of Manufacturers collections. I sent for samples of the 3 fabrics that I was interested in and these were delivered quite quickly. While I was deciding which colour I wanted I priced up the amount of fabric I would need from yourselves on the Saturday and the total was just less than £200 but when I ordered the following week you had increased the price by an extra £1 per metre. Perhaps it was just coincidence that Sanderson's were offering 20% off all their ranges at my local Interior Shop that week, which made your price only 23 pence per metre cheaper than a shopping street retailer. I ordered with yourselves believing that the delivery would be quicker but it took the full 5 days plus 2 days for a weekend. I have now checked the fabric before cutting as instructed on the label attached to the roll of fabric. The 9.6 metres have been cut to include a large white sticky label, split into two parts, and left on the fabric at one end, 1 part was going to be part of the curtains and we had difficulty detaching it from the fabric so that it did not leave a sticky residue. The delivery, price increase and our finding a sticky label on the fabric have reduced your rating.
I ordered several fabric samples.My order was immediately acknowledged and I received them by return of post.I chose 2 metres of my selected fabric.This was sent within a few days and a telephone call regarding order status was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner.Would recommend this company.
Really pleased with the fabric which arrived promptly, and on the roll, by courier (on Valentines day, and apparently the flower company use the same chaps because they arrived together!). The ordering process was easy and self-explanatory. Was a great price and best of all: free delivery! Really excited to have a chair reupholstered in it soon.

I recently purchased a Velux Roller Blind the instructions were so easy to follow it took me about 10 minutes to install it and it looks so good up to my bathroom window. Would recommend this blind to friends and family. P Hudson
Not wishing to pay 'Velux original' prices on blinds for my seven old (1998) upstairs windows, I soon discovered not all firms listed the particular model. Fashion Interiors did within their 'own brand' section. Easy to use website, good prices, paypal option and next day delivery! Fitting easily achieved (having studied the pictoral guide first) in about 5 minutes for each. Really couldn't ask for more!
Fashion interiors offered the most competitive price of all internet suppliers for my recent purchase of Harlequin wallpaper. My order arrived well boxed up and it arrived in the promised 3 - 5 postage period.

My pet hate is extendable curtain poles - I find that I'm always catching the curtains when closing them. Perhaps I need to get out more but it does irritate me! Because of this, I ordered the curtain poles at the length I required from Fashion Interiors and I was absolutely delighted with the service from start to finish. Not only was the quality of the product excellent, it was extremely well packaged and protected, delivered quickly, and I received regular emails informing me of the order status. The fixings that came with the poles were excellent too. They were easy to put up and look great! All in all, an excellent online shopping experience and I would not hesitate to use or recommend Fashion interiors again in future.
I order a double curtain pole and it came next day delivery as stated and by 2pm so was happy with that though after opening the package I found that both the packaging that contained the poles were damaged which left doubt in my mind as to whether any thing was missing so I had to check with the instructions to see what pieces there should be and what I actually had but this is something I would have done anyway and luckily nothing was missing.
I noticed that the smaller pole had a small dent in it and one of the finials for the larger pole had a scratch on it so for that I was disappointed as I would expect the goods to come intact.
Just cannot fault the service provided by this company. The goods supplied were exactly as described, well packed and delivered very promptly. Great product and good service at a very competitive price.
I found the fabric I wanted in John Lewis, and ordered it through Fashion Interiors as they were considerably cheaper than any other retailer. Great service, delivered on time and product quality as expected. Very impressed!
