This company must be closed down. They are obviously running a scam that some voucher companies have fallen for. Ordered 2 prints in September 2012 nothing by Jan 2013. Same as everyone else; no emails answered, phone never answered. I assume they make money from the postage charge and the phone charges while we are on hold. Avoid
Ordered through mightydeals website and will never use either company again. Tried several times to contact the company but call out on hold and never answered. Now 6 months since order and still nothing. Dreadful company.
I bought a deal through LivingSocial to get two canvases from this ridiculous company without reading any of the reviews assuming that LS must select their merchants carefully. After trying to contact them in many ways as to find out where my order was, LivingSocial told me that the canvases are never going to arrive and although they are willing to refund the cost of the vouchers, they cannot do anything about the postage costs and I should contact "Fast" Canvas to get my money back from them - there is no way of getting in contact with them!!! What shall I do now - Trading Standards for both companies??
After reading all the many bad reviews and trying to contact 'Jessica' both by phone and E mail about a query regarding the photo I require printing on a canvas, I still have not received a reply.
I am now down to the last day of my voucher so do I "use it or lose it ?"
My only option I think is to go ahead with order and if print comes back ? wrong I will have to contact Beezer Deals for a refund and get this company removed from this type of deal
Also I will contact 'Watchdog' or similar to expose this company.

I ordered from this company using a groupon deal. I am usually a very anxious person, and I can go the extra mile to send reminders for my online shopping. So after sending them a reminder on weak 2 (they normally ship in weak 3) I got an automated response from agent Jessica (she is the only one). So finally on the final day of weak three, I looked for their REAL phone number and I got one for Peter Toye from Toye Graphics. I called the gentleman, he was really very responsive and I think also worried about the unorganized condition of the business. He called back his office with my order number (atleast thats what he told me he is doing). He promised that the delivery will be with us by Monday (I called on Friday) and so here it is !
It looked to me, that the Canvas was ready and printed sometime ago just they have some problems in letting things out of their warehouse. I wish them luck still !
Now about the quality. I just can say this, its beautiful !! I cant take my eyes off it.
SO for all those looking for a cheap deal, you can trust them for a good work, but you have to probably call Mr. Toye and tell him your order number and how much you will appreciate a fast service and he will get the things to your door with TNT express. also it seems that the warehouse for Canvas prints is outside of Edinburgh as it came from HORSLEY, 123A BUXTON OLD RD

I purchased a voucher through Edinburgh great deals. Not such a great deal placed order 27/06/12 and still not here and u can't get through on the phone and email support is automated and you don't get a reply and your case is closed. Worst company I've ever dealt with was advised 12-15days this has now been double that! Going to contact trading standards
Ordered beginning of July, and still unable to contact them by email or by phone. Searching on the Interweb tells me they might be part of a larger company called Toye Graphics.
Ok, the level of service is something to be desired and after several emails to the company who supplied the voucher I managed to get a direct number to the Company. I agree with those who say not a great way to run a company but on the flip side small company with mabye to many orders to cope with. In the end I got fantastic prints, fab quality and very professional. My recommendation, pay by credit card, if you don't get a response, go to the voucher company and ask them to progress...if in the end no joy contact your credit card company to investigate and refund yourmoney
tried to contact by phone on hold for over an hour - no answer. print ordered not recieved - they may offer deals but they don't fulfill them.
Their complaints girl Jessica must be a very busy...
I had my print delivered after a month of chasing and threatening them with trading standards & filing a complaint with PayPal.
It didn't cost much, but is cheap & nasty - wish I'd put my money towards a better quality one from elsewhere.

i wish i had found this information before i paid for my canvas! i have been waiting about a month now for my canvas and it has not arrived. i have emailed them 3 times and phoned 3 more with no response to either method. i will be contacting watchdog and i will be linking this site as evidence! i will be waiting 1 more week before i start to take action!
this cannot happen to anyone else and we all deserve our money back!

Bought 2 canvases using a Gumtree code. One finally arrived - not particularly good quality. Been waiting over three months for second. Tried phoning several times - no one ever answers, just get annoying music. Sent email's - never a reply.
The company just couldn't give a toss - happ[y to take money and then forget about you.
an absolute joke been waiting almost 3 months for 2 canvas's ordered through kbg, customer service non exsistant, the name of the company is the biggest joke of all... stay welll clear is the only advice.
I received a fastcanvasprints voucher as a Xmas gift. I was worried when I read all the negative reviews. I did not wait long after ordering my canvas and I am delighted with it. It's worth every penny. Top quality. Great value for money. I guess the company must have been snowed under duriing the Xmas period and could not meet the demand. I was not in any rush for my canvas as I received the voucher as a gift and had up until the end of February to redeem it, as opposed to having one made for someone's Xmas.

U can't contact them via phone as no one answers and you get put onto a full voice mail, They do not answer emails at all and the link to the facebook is not working.

I ordered on 5 December and 7 weeks later still nothing. They provide no information and do not respond to emails. To be honest, I think this was either a scam or the company has gone bust. Save your money and try elsewhere.
Ordered 2 prints on the 9th december, after several emails someone called Leigh responded telling me they were extremely sorry and my order was on the system to be dispatched the week of the 9th jan !!! Guess what still no prints. Phoning the company is a joke, you are left waiting in a q only to be told they cant take your call and the mail box is full... I have now contacted trading standards and watchdog.....
I ordered a canvas over 1 month ago and have not received my print. Waited 1 h and 50min on the telephone and got disconnected when I was in front. Sent them 3 emails with one reply assuring me that the canvas would have been delivered 1 week ago. Nothing so far....
I have ordered my canvas through a "livingsocial" voucher in November. Had couple of my e-mails replied to by someone called Leigh, saying they are trying to get get my order out asap, but they are overloaded with orders. So I patiently waited till end of December, I did get a canvas, but it was not my order!!! It was someone else's image. Since when I have tried phoning and e-mailing at no avail. Not sure what to do now.
As with the other reviewers I ordered on 18th Dec, paid extra for the express service and am still waiting..
I tried all day today to get hold of someone on the phone but despite being told Im number 8 in the queue, after being on hold for 5 mins, when it came to my turn there was just a recorded message saying nobody is available to take your call please leave a message! But then the voicemail is full so you can't leave a message!
Appalling!
TWO ORDERS PLACED ON 12TH DECEMBER & I PAID EXTRA FOR 4-7 DAY DELIVERY. STILL WAITING FOR MY ITEMS, SHOCKING SERVICE! DESPITE NUMEROUS EMAILS I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE A REPLY. I HAVE NOW LAUNCHED A CLAIM VIA THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I did actually get a return email from a lady called Leigh who apologised saying they had been in-undated with orders, she reasurred me I would recieve my order by 23rd Dec, I'm still waiting!
This is a terrible way to run a business
I am still unsure if I will receive my orders, I just want to know wether I will eventually receive them or should I get a refund
I can understand if they are shortstaffed but please keep your customers informed of their orders
Ordered on the 9th December and still nothing. No response to emails, calls... and no voicemail available. All I want is my purchase. I recommend paying slightly more to actually get the product you ordered from someone else.
I plan to wait a further 2 weeks before I go to trading standards.
Ordered my print on 12 Dec. It is now the 7th Jan - No sign of it. Status of my order on their website is PENDING. No responce to emails (I dont mind so much if it's late, I just want to know that it IS being processed and on its way, I just want a responce!) No luck with phone calls - they close at 1pm - what kind of self respecting company shuts up shop at 1pm every day?
Same as others here - I ordered a Xmas present on 12th Dec, now well into New Year and no sign of it. Cannot contact the company, phone system useless, no replies to emails - and no company address on their website to get hold of them any other way. Use their service at your own risk!
I also placed an order on 11th december and no sign of it. there is no-one there to ever answer your calls and the voicemail inbox is always full. So far no-one has responded to my emails.
I ordered a Christmas present on 11th December through a voucher site which still hasn't arrived. Have now sent 3 emails to the company without any acknowledgement. Phone lines shut at 1pm(?!) and when you actually get to being first in the queue, it then says there is nobody to take your call and asks you to leave a message BUT YOU CAN'T EVEN DO THAT AS THEIR MAILBOX IS FULL.
Shocking customer service, even at this time of year (when I do realise there is a delay in deliveries...).
