I was not happy to make a return visit of 30 miles to have a wheel rebalanced. Service overall was good though.
I have used Fastfit - Old Wolverton on many occasions mainly for tyres but more recently an MOT and full service and each time their customer service skills match their mechanical skills. Prices are reasonable and I even got use of the courtesy car which was a real winner as I would have really struggled without a car. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone.

Just a quick visit for an MOT which was completed on time as promised. Free Wifi was an added bonus on this occasion.
Great service, added benefit of good waiting area where I could work whilst car being done. Free hot drinks, coffee and tea. Good rates very competitive.

It was my wife who took our car in for a 'MAJOR SERVICE' as I was away for the week. Half way through the day she received a phone call from Fast fit to in form her that a Tyre needed changing as it was worn and the Air conditioning required re-gassing; both of these recommendations were rubbish. The tyres had been swapped over from winter tyres just 3 weeks prior and they were all fine and the air con was also in perfect working order. Had I have been there, then I would have known this and would have rejected the recommendations, this seems to me a case of opportunistic upselling, which I consider unprofessional and immoral. The total bill came to $390, from an original price of £99.99(half price promotion), made so by the two extra items mentioned and two filters 'not' included in the price, which for a major service I'd think that they would be.

I waited in a comfortable waiting room with newspapers and coffee whilst a punctured tyre was repaired. I will go back there for new tyres.

Good service when I bought winter tyres but very cross when I went to get them changed back to summer tread that no one told me I could pay for this in advance and get a discount.

Great service, friendly staff and very helpful when I turned up needing help to borrow pliers to get Audi caps off so could get spare on to drive it over for new tyres.
No complaints and nice to be served by happy people definitely recommend the Kingston depo.

I don't feel at all worried that I'm going to be 'blinded with science' about my car. Very efficient and polite.
I found the fitter at your Milton Keynes Kingston branch was exstreamly knowledgeable and went that extra mile to help me. The price was competive against local tyre companies, with the waiting room rally comfortable with fresh coffee on tap and a good selection of newspapers which was a mark improvement to the usual bench seat in a drafty reception and three your old magazines.
Lastly the front desk girl was also helpfull and freandly and contacted me when she said she would and ordered my new tyre straight away to minimise my disruption.
Always a friendly service. However, I recently had four new tyres and then had to pay £30 for tracking. Whilst I appreciate this is probably normal practice, I think the tracking should have been thrown in complimentary.
I am having my service and MOT done at the weekend and I dread to think what other costs there are going to be. I do of course realise that cars cost money and I appreciate the money off vouchers from Fastfit. However, the vouchers never seem to make a huge difference and it would be nice, as I am a regular customer, to get some perks for keep coming back.
The staff, regardless of my whinging, are very nice.
i was charged 30 pounds extra for a full service. my original quote was 69.99. However i was charged 99.99. As my bill was broken down with lots of different things i didnt realise this straight away. When i got home i rang the manager who told me he miscalculated the bill as he thought it was a 2 litre and not a 1.6 as i had originally told him. My wife went in the following week to get the refund but instead of giving her the full 30 pounds back, he initially tried to give her only 21 pounds! She queried this straight away and was in the end given back 29.91! Still not the full amount but she couldnt be bothered to argue anymore.
Do i have any future confidence using Fast Fit in Bletchley again?? Definately not.
I booked my car in for a tyre check using their on-line form. I was seen exactly at the time I had booked in for.
I was only expecting to have to change 1 tyre but I was informed all 4 could do with being changed. What I liked about them is I was taken into the workshop to be shown wear the problems where with the tyres.
As I could not afford all 4 they agreed to change two and put the best two, still legal, tyres on the rear and the new ones on the front.
20 mins later I was driving away.
I will be back next month for the other 2 to be done.

I booked a MOT and service and found Fastfit to be very thorough and diligent in under taking the works. The operative was very confident and professional in his dealings with me this was reflected by reception when I collected my vehicle. I would certainly recommend Fastfit for my motoring needs.
Excellent service, I needed my car back asap to take grandchildren to school so dropped my car off the afternoon before the work was scheduled. I got a call around 5.30 the same day to say they knew I needed the car so the work had been completed and my car as ready for collection! All the work carried out was explained and I was actually shown the faulty component that had been replaced. Thanks guys!
Everything ran smoothly from check in to receiving my car back from its MOT.

They would have got 5 stars it the tyres hadn't been out of stock once i got there, so had to wait an extra hour! Plus they pumped up the tyres to the wrong pressure, but kwik fit also do that! The online booking was great and easy to use.
Booked my tyres and arrived on time. After waiting 45 minutes I was told they did not have the tyres I ordered. I then had to wait another 15 whilst they put my tyres back on my car. Complete waste of my time and makes a shambles of their online booking system. I will not be choosing fastfit again.
I have taken my car (s) to the Kingston branch before and have been very pleased.
I have received a very good personal service and their customer area for waiting is very well looked after. The area is very clean, you think your checking into a hotel, with smart and professional staff. Nice chairs/filtered coffee/clean toilets/local phone.
Now the to car. I myself, grew up fixing cars so I am not your average person who goes to a garage for a change of bulb. There half price service is good value but be prepared for the add ons. The car is checked over and anything needed is phoned to you. I declined a front indicater bulb change at £15. A pollen filter at £45. However, most drivers going in their dont even know where the oil cap is. They do charge a lot for add ons but are not the worst. They will do what is needed and are there to make money. I didnt feel "ripped" off. I also recieved a job sheet and sercice stamp/
The Tyres of fast fit are excellent value. I got 4 done and was happy at the service.
My experince here is positive and I would use them again as this was my 5th visit to fast fit. I do speak on experince and I would recommend them for Cam-belt changes as they include the WATER PUMP.

Fast fit always offer a fast, efficient, courteous service. I have had both simple fixes and more complex services and trouble-shooting. They also are quite clear when the problem is not one they can fix.
satisfied with service car back early as I asked but at collection asked for prices for work advised told on bill could not see at first as printed very close together more spacing would help only grip overall great service a good place to take yor car

My wife booked the fitting online for the next morning. We arrived and were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. We were in and out, job done in 1/2 hour. Will definitely go back.
Had a great service from this station and a quick turn around (had new rear drum brakes fitted). Great facilities available e.g. the computer with internet and free tea and coffee.
I had a propert car service (oil change) technical review and mot. I left the car and I went home. A few hours later they call me and say that my car did not pass the test: the car need for replacement of all breake discs and pads, plus replacement of brake fluid, and remove the tow bar. All together £ 650. I told them that I would do it myself. I picked up the car and mot certificate. They wrote in a MOT certificate : need new front brake pads and remove the tow bar. Nothing about discs and rear brake pads; brake fluid was changed before 25k, now has 38k??? I went to another shop and the mechanic said that everything is ok, but needs a new front brake pads (cost £ 30, tow bar unscrewed myself - 20 minutes)
They tried to force a repair in their garage, for the re-mot want another fee. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Not much to say, other than the MOT was carried out honestly, and I was not pressured to get the advisories looked at straight away. As such I will be going back to have them carry out the work.
I did a service few days back and I can feel the change and the service they provided just won my heart. There is no other service station who provides a better service in Mk. Been to all and would just say keep it up guys and keep the offers. I would recommend fast fit to everyone.
