Delivery issues.
Parts were ordered on a Saturday p.m. and delivered in good condition and as described. However after paying for next day delivery and being aware that Monday was a bank holiday I would have expected delivery by Wednesday a.m. at the latest. The parts were in Sheffield 17 miles away at 6.00 am Wednesday, unfortunately they were deliverd to me at 4.30 p.m. just as my builder was finishing for the day.Had the delivery not been an important factor to me I found the Fastlec site and the customer service I received to be very good.

As you say, we did deliver on the next working day before 5.30pm as contracted but I can understand your frustration if it was at the end of that day and your builder was waiting. The standard next day service isn't timed but if we'd known that AM delivery was so critical we would have definitely upgraded the service to a guaranteed before 12 courier for you. I hope that you'll try us again in the future and please don't hesitate to discuss any future deadlines with us as we'll always try to meet them.

Prompt service at competitive prices
Placed my first order with Fastlec at 3.45 pm and the goods were delivered 10. 30 the next morning. One of the LED bulbs stopped working after 24 hrs but when I rang up to query how to return the unit it was dealt with without any fuss and a replacement received in the next post. Good service at competitive prices, will definitely use them again.

I ordered a bathroom extractor fan which was dispatched on the next working day. The delivery company emailed me with a delivery time giving a one hour time slot and delivered right on time!!! Fantastic service, excellent choice of goods and I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Small issue (due to distributor not Fastlec) was quickly resolved
I ordered a Steinel HG2310 LCD Universal Welding Kit 110V and Steinel Paint Scraper Kit plus various additional nozzles which were sent direct from Steinel's UK distributor; only they sent the Steinel HG2310 LCD 110V heat gun instead of the Welding Kit 110V version with the additional nozzles, welding rods, mesh and case. Contacted Fastlec and they arranged a next day courier delivery from Steinel of the missing parts.
It is when things go awry that quality service really shows and Fastlec were first rate in resolving the distributor's error.

Thanks for a rapid faultless service
I was left without my hot welding gun due to a fault after 11yrs, as I was happy with this product & have always believed it to be value for money over a market leader in the UK, I prefered to replace with the same, after searching for the model at various price bands I found this site with the price range I expected to pay and further more I could pay with my paypal account. The order was placed on a Friday afternoon on a Bank Holiday weekend the product was delivered on the Wednesday morning

WOULD DEFINATELY USE AGAIN

The goods arrived the following day after ordering and they were not what was ordered however a return, postage paid label was immediately emailed and the correct goods arrived the following day. We all make mistakes but it's how quickly you respond that, in my opinion counts. So well done to Fastlec.

I found what I wanted and the price was the best available on the internet. The technical information was adequate. I was very impressed by their delivery system. I was given a day, which I could and did change, and then I was able to see my one hour time slot on delivery day. My item arrived in that time slot.
An associated part was missing from the box, not Fastlec's fault, but the sales staff were very helpful and prompt and I received it in the post the next day. I will use these people again.

Effective and efficient service.
This is the second time I have used fastlec. On the first occasion I needed the product urgently as I had an electician on site and this was an unanticipated job that was discovered during other work. Not only was fastlec the only supplier I could find that provided the exact product I needed but they arrange next day courier service to get the product to me on time. Very pleased with their service to date.

It almost arrived before I had placed the order
I ordered the sensor about 7pm on Sunday and received it 9am Tuesday it was exactly as listed and it was fitted by 11am the same day, no problems were experienced and I almost class the whole episode as a non-event,i doubt if the service could have been bettered ,I would recommend "Fastlec" to anyone.
