Brilliant Service
Purchased the Icon 30 and module, besides the price being the best available, the delivery was fantastic, the parcel arrived the next day, even though I had only placed my order after 12:30.

Will use again.
Had a problem with the product received and then there was a problem with e-mails not getting through. However, a phone call and a little bit of patience and everything was sorted. I would value Fastlec's customer service above their very reasonable prices and would have no hesitation purchasing from them again.

Fastlec is NOT a good example of trouble free internet shopping
I took delivery of a PIR light sensor which when opened was completely smashed to pieces. I have never seen such a mess. I'm told it must have been damaged by the courier although the outer packaging showed no signs of the damage that was about to be revealed. Fastlec would not send a replacement without first waiting for me to take a trip to the post office and return the item. I sent them the postal receipt ahead of time but they would still not refund the money until the item was received. Fastlec is not a good example of trouble free internet shopping.

We are so sorry you experienced difficulty with our order which you placed on 22nd April, and which was delivered on 23rd April. The item delivered, unfortunately arrived damaged despite our packaging which, in addition to the manufacturers packing consisted of bubble wrap inside a carrier’s bag.
Our standard procedure in cases such as this is to drop off a replacement part as quickly as possible and pick up the damaged unit at the same time, at our expense , but in this instance were unable to do this as we did not have another unit in stock.
We then, as requested, processed your refund on 23rd April.
We will, of course, now fully investigate this matter with all members of staff who were involved in the processing and despatch of your order and with the carrier who delivered your item and we will happily update you with our findings should you wish us to do so.
We can only apologise for the inconvenience you have experienced and assure you that instances such as this are extremely rare. We pride ourselves on our high levels of customer care and sincerely hope you will allow us to demonstrate this in the future.

Excellent prices, fast delivery & helpful
Made several purchases from Fastlec, and would recommend to anyone looking for quality products and a good price.
Staff know what they are talking about and make purchases easy and straight forward.
Like the email update service as it let me know exactly what the status is of my order. Also the delivery service the use is great as it allows me to select the delivery date and to a neighbour if needed.
Overall cant recommend highly enough!

SUPER FAST SERVICE

Very satisfied with this transaction.
My porch light uses a 2D type fluorescent and this had failed - it suffers by being turned on and off by a sensor. I knew LED versions were available and Fastlec had them in stock and reasonably priced. I wasn't sure how straightforward the swap would be but the website gave a run down on what was required (basically, just remove the fluorescent starter before replacing the lamp). The LED lamp was delivered quickly (and with excellent tracking information), fitted easily and works a treat. I would not hesitate to use Fastlec again or to recommend them. In case anyone is wondering, I have no connection with them except as a customer!

Web site excellent and easy to use.
Had a good selection of what I was looking for and additional information made selection easy and fast.
Purchase and delivery information was first class. I was able to track my purchase at every stage from Dispatch to delivery which all happened within 24 hours. Delivery arrived in the hour space specified by the on line tracker and all this at a very good price and nil delivery charge.
Sorry did I say first class service - well it was better than first class it was magic!!!

Excellent company to do business with

Fastlec prices are hard to beat as are delivery standards. A top internet seller
I bought a Redring Electric shower from Fastlec at by far the cheapest online cost and they delivered the same, efficiently and as promised. They have great customer service, as I sent an Email at 22.30hrs to change delivery details and they replied at 07.10hrs the next morning having processed the change. The service was as good as Amazon anyday. They are on my favourites bar!

Super service, lightening delivery, great price and product!
I originally saw the company on the Amazon site, so I visited their own website, where I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the same item was cheaper and included free delivery! It transpired that not only was it free delivery, but it also arrived the next day! Great item replacing the same which had provided many years of sterling service. Highly recommended!!

now that's what I call speedy!
May I say what excellant service was given by fastlec. I ordered my shower, an acknowledgement was received immediately by email., followed up by email later that evening to say it would be delivered the next day. Next morning an email arrived to let me know exactly what time slot within an hour to expect delivery. The delivery arrived on time as stated. This is definately the best service I have encountered for a goods delivery. As i have not yet had the shower installed due to my busy plumber, I cannot rate that just yet, but as that was my choice I'm sure it will be ok.

Did not meet two promised delivery dates
I was told delivery would be 24 hours but 7 days later I haven't received the product and communication on delays has been poor.

I have checked your order and would firstly like to apologise for the poor communication you have experienced, this is not our usual practice and in fact most of our customers highlight first class communications relating to their order, I am only sorry we let ourselves down in this instance.
We did process your order on 8th April and immediately sent you an e-mail stating that delivery would be in 3 - 5 working days but due to an administrative error at our end this message was not sent. This is an issue we have highlighted to our Sales Team and we have instigated training for new employees to ensure it does not happen again.
In addition, the fan you ordered was subject to a supply delay from Airflow which again exacerbated the delivery delay but I can confirm that your goods have been booked for despatch today and will be with you tomorrow (Wednesday).
Again, please accept our apologies for these delays and we sincerely hope that this experience will not deter you from shopping with Fastlec again which will allow us to demonstrate our usual levels of service.

Easy to use web site
I found this web site by accident and did not regret using this company, the stock they hold is montainous ordering was easy and shipping was better, I received my order within 48 hrs and at no extra cost ( order was over £50 ). Definitely worth the 5* rating I have given them on eBay. Will recommend them willingly.
