Outstanding Service - Stephanie :)
I purchase often from Fat Face for everyone! In particular my husband and brother as some of the women's wear are on the large side - I am tiny though. I buy both online and in-store. While we were on holiday in Asia, my husband bought a FF wax navy blue jacket that had a hood. Unfortunately, we neglected to verify if there were spare buttons, never really needed them anyway!
Unfortunately 2 buttons fell off and we ony managed to locate 1 that was still in the boot. The buttons had Fat Face etched on it. I tried to email FF and couldn't get through. I called instead and had lovely lady help me. Her name was Stephanie - what excellent service she provided. She didn't manage to locate the same button but sent us similar ones - this will do the trick.
I hesitated to give it a 4 as I did email another person that I had dealt with in the past and although not unpleasant - definitely not helpful.
Thanks to Stephanie, I will continue to enjoy shopping with FF. We all live in the real world and know that glitches can happen. I also explained that I shop more often in-store than online as am lucky enough to have a few branches dotted around where we live.

Amazing!!!!!
I have to admit I'm a little of a FatFace junkie, I only wear FatFace clothing, I have tried many others and have always been very disappointed, their clothes never wear out; and I have put them through there paces over the years.
I would recommend and have done on several occasions that everybody should have a least some FatFace Clothing (even if its just for its durability and that fact they last a life time)
I have always had the best customer service you could possibly ask for from FatFace.
There is one slight little niggle that does bug the life out of me about the retail stores. They are NOT disabled friendly at all Mens wear is usually upstairs and due to reasons I won't get it to, I can no longer get upstairs, this saddens me as now there is only 2 places i can shop for my beloved FatFace wears 1 is MeadowHall Shopping Mall the other is online (please don't get me wrong both are amazing and customer services are fantastic, but when I go to other cites or towns I feel a little let down I can not go in and browse in one of my favourite shops)

Fabulous Fat Face!
Since the last review on here Fat Face seem to have booked their ideas up a little! I first found Fat Face in 2008 after seeing a catalogue a friend had delivered to work! Before then I never knew they existed! After having a couple of babies I am now slim enough to want Fat Face clothes again knowing I can get wear out of them!
To the ordinary person, Fat Face clothes can seem a little on the expensive side however I must stress that these are quality items that you get for your money not just some 'fashionable tat' like you may get in other expensive high street brands. I am an outdoors type of person and give my clothes a lot of harsh wear and these stand up to the test no problem. I have had a Fat Face sweatshirt for the last 3 years and it still looks like new!
Clothes are stylish but are easily transferred from one season to another if you want to layer them. The clothes are also pretty timeless and will last you at least 2-3 years of 'fashion seasons'.
Sales are amazing! I love the sales! You can get kit at upto 75% off and its not normally the dregs of the season, you tend to find a sale means all of the stock they had in store. Which means you can grap some amazing bargains! I recently grabbed a knitted dress for £15 instead of £45!
They have plenty of stores dotted around and a comprehensive list on the website. They also have outlet stores where you can grab bargains but in my experience a lot of the stock is normally past season, I go around 3/4 times a year just to check out what they have!
There customer service is second to none, the shop assistants are helpful and not pushy and the guys at Fat Base HQ are fab! I recently had a problem with some jeans that for some reason washed a size bigger and they said just to return them to the store where i could exchange them or get a full refund no problem at all! They were genuinely apologetic about the whole incident it restores you faith that some companies actually do care about their customers problems and opinions! From what I've found they want feedback on their clothing so they can continually improve their products and range.... think they might actually get the whole concept of consumer need and want not like some other large clothing companies who seem to turn out poorer and poorer clothing every year for higher prices!
All in all I love Fat Face! My friends always ask where I have got my clothing from and I love looking slightly different to other people on the street! As long as they continue to turn out good quality clothing I will remain a faithful and loyal customer :-) x

0/10 Not The Same Anymore
Fat Face clothes fall apart easily. Zips break, Seams break and things just come undone. Not like the rugged items in the catalogues. Early Fat Face was excellent but now it is selling cheap clothes on the back of its past repuation. Rumours are that clothes are made in same factories as New Look. Company was taken over in Feb 2009
