On a Sunday afternoon my USB external hard drive refused to read any data from the hard drive, even although I could hear the drive running. Within 2 working days I had another phone call to say that they had recovered all my data from the drive, (Some 322 GB which was made up of 95 files and 3,661 folders mostly of photos and Videos clips) and was sent me a web link that I could view the details of the recovered files and folders via email.
Once I had confirmed that I was happy and paid for the recovery, Fields Data Recovery UK Customer Support, agreed to send me all the my data files on one of their external drives which had to be returned with in 7 working days after I had removed my data which I did.
The whole process was carried without hassle.. Thank You.
