Personally, I wouldn't use this Company again. UPDATED

I went to this, expensive, multi office, Company after reading all the good reviews on this site and, initially, contact was very good, although I was a bit surprised at the immediate sales call (from Wales) after I had put in some details for guide prices on the site. However, they seemed helpful and my disk was sent to their address in London. I got an e-mail detailing what could be recovered and it was all that I needed and, in discussion on the 'phone (Wales again), I paid a large amount of money for the recovery and also sent a disk for the recovered data. At this point I became unhappy. Communication with the company rep with whom I had been dealing became very difficult but, having said that, my disk did re-appear so I set about using it. Imagine my horror when Win 7 said that it was unreadable and needed formatting!! I took this up with a different rep who phoned me (from Wales) to find out if I was happy. I told him I was not and he said he would speak with a technician and get back to me. He never did and all subsequent mails went unanswered. They got my money so it appeared I was to be ignored. By spending more money, I have managed to recover the data myself and so the problem had sort of gone away BUT I was a very unhappy customer. They did not deliver back to me a fully functional disk with all my recovered data easily accessible. I appeared to get back a clone of the disk that I had sent them with no effort, apparently, having been put into the project other than the initial report.
HOWEVER, after all of the above I did manage to speak with them and have now received a 50% refund of the money which I paid and was told that my original disk would be returned. I declined the £25 courier Service and opted for the normal post, which they claimed would take up to 4 weeks, and asked for a posting receipt. That was at the end of July, this is September and I'm still waiting! Subsequent e-mail has gone unanswered.
UPDATE: A call from a Company rep to apologize for my disk not being returned. It had not been posted and they didn't know why. It was sent by next day courier and I now have it back at no cost.
But make up your own mind as there are other review sites which are less than complimentary about this Company.
