The pods did not fit my new Essenza Nespresso machine. I sent an email, they replied quickly telling me to go to a site where problems are answered. This did not help, so I wrote a second email, and was answered promptly saying that they were sorry they didn't fit,no explanation, but to just keep the order, about 50 dollars worth. I think that this was a very acceptable solution, was impressed. Sorry they don't fit and hope they correct it soi can order from them.
