I've ordered from these folks for the past two years and have been consistently impressed with their coffee quality as well as their responsiveness. The capsules always arrive in a timely fashion and are inexpensive enough that I typically use two of them per cup of latte or capuccino. The early capsules were a bit stiff to puncture in my machine but the more recent capsule seal they're using has rectified that. They are now printing the coffee type on the capsule which is helpful. I'm still amazed that a company based in Scotland can have better response times than those of most US-based companies I've experienced!
The service went very well, still checking out the quality of the product, does it drink well?? is the coffee taste as good as the original manufacture? Haven't used much of the product yet!! So far so good.
Your flavors -- both regular and decaf -- are very tasty. They have aroma, flavor, and hold up when milk is added to them. I am a devoted coffee drinker and I use my espresso maker all the time. So having an affordable cup of espresso aka cuppa Joe is very important to me. I hope you will prosper big time.
We got our new Nespresso machine and it came with a sample pack of Nespresso coffees. We went on line to order more and saw that Fine Coffee was almost 20 cents a shot cheaper. What the heck! Let's try it. And it's great. I drink latte - and it works well in our machine. The capsules are not as "pretty" as the original Nespresso but seriously-- we look at them for 10 seconds as we pop them into the Nespresso Pixie. It's not like I am making an art project out of the empty containers. For 15-20 cents less per shot, I am great with that. I will order again. Thanks.
I'm happy with the pods I've ordered so far. (Haven't tried the non-decaf...) the seal on the capsules is tighter and the coffee drips slower but the flavor and strength is full. My machine is getting older too. Shipping is slower than from nespresso but I can plan ahead and order more than 2 days before I'm out. Happy to find a generic alternative!
Since first owning the Nespresso machine, I have found it difficult to find reasonably priced coffee pods. FineCoffeeClub's website is easy to use and find what you want. Their delivery was very prompt and the coffee is excellent quality. I have recommended the site to my daughter who introduced me to the machine itself. I would recommend FCC to anyone looking for pods for this machine.
The no nonsense packaging is fine, but sometimes not sure getting the full product on use. Might be my machine, but sometimes the cartridges get stuck and not all coffee used. Re-use seems to help. Not being a coffee snob, I think it tastes fine. Some people put off that it's not a name brand but since getting the email that it is helping Rwanda families, puts a new perspective on our use and people are fine with using it.
