Update on previous posting....THE STORY GOT BETTER
I am not a scammer and this is a genuine event that happened. I posted about this company recently stating that their customer service was awful as I had ordered a tap and two weeks later it had not turned up. I contacted the customer services twice. The first time whilst giving them my order number I was put on hold, I put the phone down after 10 mins and then rang again. On the second call I gave the order number and was placed on hold for a further 11 mins before I put the phone down. So my wife rang from work and the call was answered and terminated straight away. On her second attempt she begged not to have the phone put down. She was told that the problem lay with the delivery company UK Mail. After chasing UK Mail and eventually getting to the bottom of the matter, we found out that First Bathrooms had not put a house number down on the address label. I have been back in touch with First Bathrooms to ask for the name of the Managing Director, so as I may report my events but they refuse to give me a name. So I need now to write a letter. I have found this company to be well below standard in my opinion and was required to do all the chasing and telephoning, at my expense, for a problem that was clearly initiated by them!! A half decent customer service would have sorted out my dilema that was caused by them. Good luck to all who order but don't say THAT YOU NOT BEEN WARNED!!
