Got the PSU I required, fixed my TV in minutes
After looking all over the web for a part number which was obsolete I decided to leave a note with the company who in time came across the part and shipped it to me within days. A first class service and a reasonable cost :)
The only disappointment was the patronising attitude to my wife when she had to order the part on my behalf!!!

Quality service at a decent price.
This is the first time that I've bought from this company. I tend to find that there's more than a little apprehension when you initially buy from a company you've only just discovered via a Google search but I needn't have worried.
With the part in stock, I was kept updated of its shipping and I received it the very next day, well packed and in great condition.
I'd have no doubts about recommending this company to others and would rate their service as first class.

We have various suppliers of parts, be it reclaimed, surplus stock, unwanted TVs, damaged TVs.
Some of our stock comes as surplus stock from other suppliers as bare boards, as they come from engineers we trust them that they are good working boards.
To keep prices as low as possible and make repairs viable, it isn't possible for us to do a complete board test on every bare board we get.
We are offering you replacement boards at no cost to you, or a refund should you prefer.
I apologise for any inconvenience, but we always deal with any problems that arise and you won't be out of pocket.

Great customer service
When my TV packed in, I was left with such a huge bill for an engineer to repair it, it was nearly cheaper to buy a new TV.
Using the bit of electrical knowledge I learned at school I decided to have a look inside the TV. With help and guidance from FlatTVParts.co.uk I managed to replace the main board for a fifth of the cost that a TV engineer wanted to charge.
Great customer service, if only all companies were this good.

Faulty flickering of the TV has a different cause than the T-Con Card
After installing the T-CON card there has been no difference and it was still flickering.
We Put in the old T-CON card and heated ab bit with the blow dryer during the back cover was of and the tele running. For this moment the flickering was very heavy but afterwards it was much better. It now only flicks sometimes.
Handling, Service ... was very good, although it had to be send outside GB.

the board is defective.
i had the board installed and there was no power light when the power button was activated. the original power board was giving four blinks on the power light.the customer is upset about what has transpired.

wow fast and very helpful

Great service, easy transaction, rapid delivery
My TV was deemed to be an uneconomical fix by a TV Repair shop. Not being one to take the word of the so called experts, I decided to have a look at the problem myself. And being technically minded soon found the offending PCB. It wasn,t hard to do as on removing the offending article I found Splash marks on the metal frame under the board, I reasoned that somehow the board had been grounded, probably by the person who dropped the TV and not told me. Anyway took the board number, looked online, found the cheapest price (forget Ebay!!!) , installed the new part. So within a couple of days the TV was on the wall, good as new.

Brilliant service from browsing website to delivery
I found this website when I googled part I needed for my broken TV - a 7 year old Pioneer plasma. A repair centre said cost would be £515! The estimate included the boards that were needed. I loved the TVFlatPart website, I emailed a query about the parts, which was promptly answered the next working day. I ordered the parts with the usual email confirmation and tracking. The parts came well packaged and best of all when I fitted the parts (I am no TV or electronics expert!) they worked!!!
I just wish other company's had this level of professionalism and customer service with a 'genuine' goal of customer satisfaction, hence 5 stars!

Much better than buying a new TV
My Toshiba 42 inch stopped working and it was only 22 months old, thought about taking it to a repair bloke but being an inquisitive type thought i would have a go. FoundFlatTVParts and they had a spare powerboard. Guess what! it fired up first time.
Really would recomend these guys, only place I found with the bit, cracking price, prompt delivery.
