Totally impressed with the service of this company , the website was clear , the ordering was simple , and the part came on time , the back up via e-mail was very impressive , in my case the part I ordered wasn't the right part for my problem , but in fitting it it did improve my picture , I managed to find a man to fix it for me . Hello, we have received the item but the connector "CN505" on the card is broken , it seem to has been already used and not be able to be use another time in another tv because the connector is completly destroid.... :-( What would you do? Can you change the card and send me an other which is able to be used correctly. Thank you
Found the part very easily on the website, and ordered it (shipping wasn't even very much to Canada). It shipped quite quickly, and only took about 1 1/2 weeks to get here (that's amazing for international shipments, normal is 2-3 weeks). Installed the part into the TV, and it worked right away. Couldn't have been easier.
The part was easy to locate and the delivery service was very good. I was a little uncertain as this was not a brand new part but it was in excellent condition and worked straight away.

I was shocked one day when turning on my television to find I had no picture, just sound. It was as if the picture had vanished into thin air. After searching the internet I learned that it was the inverter that was to blame. Had ghosting problems with my 4 year old Samsung LE37R88BD tv. I waited a while for Flattvparts to e-mail to tell me when the part was in stock, they contacted me to say that the part was in stock and then dispatched it very quickly.
This part fixed the tv which had a perfect picture once again.

Freeview digi PCB did not work, just tuned nothing these boards suffer with tuners breaking down so removed from old PCB and now works fine.
Normally I have no problems with this company.
