Good company with a lot of choice

I have bought various items from Floor Choice a couple of times now and have found them to have the best prices around with a great variety of products to choose from. Delivery was very quick on both occasions and the customer services people were helpful when I rang them. Certainly on my favourites list.

Great service and a really friendly team!

Have already recommended them and will be using again items were delivered on the predicted day and driver helpfully bought them in for my wife who would of struggled with that and a toddler otherwise.

Excellent product, good service

I bought worktops, good price, good quality. Only negative was the delivery driver wouldn't help move the worktops from the pavement so they had to be roughly cut outside - not ideal. This may not have been down to floor choice tho.

Multiple missing items leading to delayed job but resolved profressionally

The initial delivery date was confirmed by phone (nice touch) and delivered on time.
Unfortunately, the fitting kit was missing from delivery and didn't arrive for another 3 days. The edging (from another supplier) also failed to turn up and needed to be chased. The result was that I was unable to complete the job on time.

Floorchoice were quick to answer the phone, were professional and quick to resolve the issues.

Check delivery service before you buy!!

Pleased with company but need to change delivery service. Driver was very helpful and apologised but said he could only deliver to kerbside. Paying £45 for delivery I would expect a delivery at least to the front door!!!

Perfect in every concievable way...

I knew what worktop I wanted and found floorchoice by accident, I'm so glad I did, having ordered at 16:57 on a wednesday afternoon, I really didn't expect miracles, however it was just after lunch on the thursday I got a call offering Friday as a delivery date, jumped at it, everything was perfect, worktops arrived looking more like they had come from the factory than a distributer, absolute class, A++++ a company like this is only as good as its distys, and the disty is an absolute credit to floorchoice, arranged a same day courier when their driver let them down... I really can't recommend highly enough. excellent price, excellent service, excellent disty, it's all here and a return visit when I'm in the market for floor or worktop is assured :)

Zero quibbles from me!

I already knew what laminate floor I wanted and shopped around online beforehand - I picked Floor Choice initially on price alone, saving over £100 against competitors. However, they backed up their excellent price with great customer service too. They answered an email query promptly and to my satisfaction, so I placed my order for Quick Step Elite Old Oak Grey Planks UE1406, the underlay and accessories. I had a call from Floor Choice confirming my delivery day and the delivery driver was also very helpful, calling half an hour before he was due. Floor is being laid today, only a week after confirming my order, so fingers crossed all goes well and the reality of the floor matches the picture I have of it in my head!!

nice to deal with

i ordered 2x bushboard worktops from floor choice,ordering was fine,delivery was well organised and delivery driver was very helpful,only criticism would be that i had to ring to check something out with the delivery and i had to ring again with no reply,but all in all no problems.

Received a nice sample of wood v. quickly. Great service this!
We hoped your wood would match some engineered wood which we previously used in another room. Unfortunately, it did not fit well. The "problem" was not so much the grain or colour, but the length of tongue and groove and also the height of these. It did not result in a smooth transition (or surface) between "old" and "new". So, although the wood looked lovely we won't be ordering for the above reasons. However, I would like to thank you for your quick help.

Product was perfect - suggestions elsewhere saying too runny etc are wrong... use the correct spreader and the results are great: Solid wood on concrete perfect.

Very Quick Delivery & Helpful Staff

I purchased some flooring from Floor Choice on the Monday and it arrived on the Wednesday. I called on a number of occasions to ask advice on what was recommended and their team were quite frankly second to none. I will certainly be coming back on my next flooring project.

Good company but not so their courier

I ordered worktops, and Floorchoice were very communicative in negotiating a delivery date. However, when their courier arrived, he demanded to know where the builders were, i.e. were they on site? I explained that no, just me here. My husband was fitting the new kitchen and he was at work. The courier explained that he couldn't lift worktops on his own (I was surprised that they hadn't sent 2 people - after all, the customer is paying the delivery charge), and would need help. I offered to help, but he would not accept, saying that customers had had accidents and he couldn't be responsible for that??? I got the distinct impression that he was just slightly prejudiced against older women doing any lifting. So the courier just drove his lorry away and didn't deliver the goods that day. To be fair to Floorchoice, they were most apologetic and rearranged delivery for 2 days later, but my husband had to take the day off from work. 2 days later the same courier arrived, and when my husband opened the front door to him he said 'Oh that's better' - which made me seethe and then I was determined I'd stay out of the way before I said something rude to him. Then, my husband came struggling in carrying a 3 metre worktop on his own, so I helped him carry it in. We went back to the lorry to get the next one (3 on order) and when this courier saw me, he immediately grabbed my end of the second worktop and said 'Oh I'll do that'. I feel that up to that point he was willing to let my husband carry the other worktops into the house all on his own. He had a real chauvenistic attitude. The worktops were undamaged and were exactly what I ordered, but if you are building your own kitchen, as we are, I would think twice about getting worktops from this company so long as they are using bad couriers like this.

I have used their services several times and every time I am happy with it all. Also the range they stock is limited and you can not find this products everywhere so it is selected good quality products, quick service and yes next time when I need something one of the first places I will look for is Floor Choice. I am an interior designer my self and I have seen hundreds of companies and products and yes I vote with 5 stars for this one. I just hope they will keep it the same way or even better in future.
