Quality flooring
Purchased 50m2 of Oak Galway prime plank bevelled , brushed and oiled . Can't fault the quality of the flooring , fairly easy to lay (end joints needed a bit of encouragement) . Ordered over the phone - smooth process, received an e-mailed confirmation then a couple of phone calls on the day of delivery from the driver to confirm delivery time. All in all a good experience and would definitely recommend this company.

I do not believe it is possible to accurately choose wood flooring online however good your website, therefore we visited the Thetford showroom. Had a good selection of wood flooring at their showroom, staff were very helpful. The ordering process was straightforward. The delivery arrived ok, driver helpful carrying the packages into the house. The floor is now completed and we are very happy with it. I consider the cost of the flooring was fair.
Overall a positive experience and would be happy to recommend to a friend.

flooring laid really easily - excellent quality - my husband has just gone on to lay a very similar flooring from B & Q for a friend who paid more and is amazed how poor quality it is and how much more difficult it is to lay compared to the one we got from Flooring Supplies
the only disappointing thing was that we needed a bit more trim - cost £19.95 - but with £15 shipping and VAT added, almost £50 for a length a of trim has sent us looking elsewhere for it

Very good service all round
All items deleivered on time and as expected. No hidden other charges like other sites (Delivery + VAT). No problems throughout - the click system worked extremely well and very pleased with the final product. One plank was noticeably darker then others but no issue as had ordered slightly more than required. Useful also to be able to order the goods without having an account and hence no further password to remember.

After careful online research we gave FlooringSupplies are large order for Khars Ash Kalmar engineered flooring. It could have been a stressful experience but it wasn't at all. The supplier kept in close contact throughout without prompting from us. From ordering online to delivery to the door, the service was impeccable. And the floor is super.

Helpful and product met expectations
Purchased the Ironbark Master 20 (6) 190 wide. It was accruately described on the website and looks great. I received a helpful confirmation call which permitted me to purchase adhesive as well - only gripe: they seriously underestimated the amount of adhesive I needed. A clear invoice was provided (not always the case with on-line purchases) and delivery was as stated.

Fantastic service!
I would happily recommend FlooringSupplies to anyone. It was cheapest place on the net for the flooring which came as promised.
The only very small issue was with the delivery company. The individual boxes of flooring came on a pallet, wrapped in heavy plastic. Which meant we couldn't inspect the boxes before the delivery guy wanted to leave. One box was lightly damaged but with the extra we ordered it wasn't a problem in the end.

Fast and reliable
Goods arrived as described. Although I paid extra for 8-1 delivery the driver woke me at just before 7am. He did bring the flooring to the room without extra charge after all the warnings on the delivery options choices! Natura Oak Belfast flooring very good quality - I think indistinguishable from the more expensive Kahrs Oak Cornwall I have seen in John Lewis and considerably cheaper.

Beautiful floor, beautifully laid (by me)
Really good quality flooring that fitted together perfectly and looks fantastic. I was particularly pleased as i was replacing a laminate floor and managed to slide the new floor under the existing skirting (without removing it) except for the final piece. I managed this by occasionally cutting off half of the extended groove and sliding planks together horizontally, they still "locked" together and were firmly held by the adjoining plank in the next row.

Couldn't have been happier with Flooring Supplies. Samples came quickly and as requested. When I ordered the product they picked up on some mistakes and contacted me to change the order. The courier phoned on the morning of delivery to give me a 1 hour slot for delivery.

Fantastic customer service
Made my order over the internet. Within very short while received a phone call from customer services confirming order and delivery instructions. These were adhered to and on the day of deliver the delivery man phoned to say he would be here between 2pm and 4pm. He was here at 2.30. Dissapointed that there was no installation guidance with the flooring,
was told by a company rep that guidance was in every 5th box, had 11 boxes and nothing in any of them.
had to look at some of the videos to get info would have preffered to read the guidance.

The flooring arrived the morning after I placed my order, as arranged and in perfect condition. The samples provided were very helpful in enabling my customer to choose the right product. My main quibble is that every review I looked at on the website appeared unrelated to the product that I'd just been looking at, which made a mockery of the review system.

I cannot give 5 stars because the delivery went well and I am unable to judge the companies response to problems, however, I paid extra for a precise delivery time and was still given a 90 minute window. In any case the delivery was 45 minutes early. The depot where the wood was loaded is in Milton Keynes, it was delivered to a Milton Keynes address so the delivery time could have been better planned and would have allowed a one day earlier fitting.

Superb floor and service just check your trim!!
This was on the whole a very good experience with the company being efficient, helpful and order arriving on time. A little difficult to check all goods properly with doorstep delivery but we did however count everything but did not undo the packets. The trim was in an open tube which again we counted but did not look at closely and it was not until the floor was being laid the next day that the difference in the colour of the trim was noticed. It was quite a big difference 3 of one and 5 of another. After phone calls we accepted that nothing could be done so we have a floor with trim which does not match the flooring for part of the room. Also the floor cleaner lid was on 'OPEN' so had spilt out but luckily it had not damaged anything. The person delivering was very pleasant and helpful. The trim bought was the real wood and was much more expensive than the laminate but perhaps the laminate would have been a better option.
We are extremely pleased with the overall look and quality of our new flooring.
