Good polite and efficient service.
Our flooring was delivered the day after we ordered. It arrived as arranged. I have the same flooring in the hall which looks as new as the day it was laid so recommended. Word of warning - if you have missed the small print the driver won't unload the flooring it's down to you. So two persons advised especially if you have ordered a lot.

Super Experience
Don't always go for the first company that Google throws up! I found Flooring Supplies after looking at a couple of high profile companies and I was amazed, their prices are much more competitive and the service and delivery was second to none. Delivery is free but because I live on an island I'm used to paying a premium for delivery and the first company I looked at wanted £150 for delivery, the second a staggering £250!! The nice man from Flooring Supplies however, actually apologised because he had to charge me 30 quid! THEN I discover that I am entitled to £50 worth of extras FREE, so that's new skirting boards then!
In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend Flooring Supplies to anyone, oh, and floor looks fantastic!
Altogether a pleasant purchase experience.

The showroom is large and so you can see decent samples of flooring before you buy. The sales person I dealt with was knowledgeable, very pleasant and patient whilst I considered various options, and helped me to make up my mind.
The sales process was fast and efficient, and the various trims I needed were sorted out quickly and easily. I would strongly recommend the company to anyone wanting a wood floor, especially if they are able to visit the showroom and receive the personal service I did.

Brilliant. Quick delivery. No problems.
Rung about 2:30 on a Wednesday afternoon and wanted delivery for Friday. They recommended adhesive and strips to go in between tiles. Also got kardean care package. All arrived Friday afternoon to be laid the weekend. Love my new floor. Really pleased with the company and will definitely use again.

very good service and great product too.
Very pleased with the oak engineered flooring that we purchased. Compared to others that i looked at on the market, im very pleased with the price and finish. Each plank has a nice colour and variation of grain. perfect for matching with our kitchen. Easy to lay and will be running it throughout the ground floor. Good customer service and delivery had a slight hiccup by courier (they forgot the scotia beading) but delivered it again the same day so no concerns or complaints. overall very pleased. would recommend to anyone and definitely use again. Thankyou.

Love my floor
Was a bit nervous about buying online but got a sample in advance and then went ahead with the order. It was delivered in perfect condition and looks fantastic. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. Thanks FlooringSupplies.

Will use again
ordered 26 boxes of flooring. it came on a pallet which was loaded into the garage. The price was the lowest my wife could find and the flooring that was supplied (made in Germany) is of top quality. It had a plastic spring loaded locking mechanism in the end groove that makes it very quick and easy to fit. I ordered a few extra boxes, as they were so cheap, on top of what i needed as i was expecting a few bashed boxes or flooring planks but every box was in perfect condition.
Floor looks great but have removed the skirting and will be replacing with new skirting for a better finish rather than using beading around the edge. the cost of replacing the skirting instead of the edging was not much more than the beading and gives a much better finish... flooring and service gets 5 Stars.... many thanks...

Flawless Floor
I bought the Natura Oak Ballymore Engineered Wood Flooring. Before buying I rang them to ask some technical questions, and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered online, and the flooring was delivered two working days later. I have now laid the floor, and the result is stunning, a really professional finish. Everything I had hoped for. It's easy for any reasonably competent DIY person to instal, but it does require a bit of hard work. Fine product, fine supplier.

Really pleased with this product.
I'm a carpenter myself and it's the first time I use this company. I would definetly use it again. I've had trouble with this kind of flooring before as it is tounge and grouve but this one seem to fitt together with no tension at all. I'm happy with it and the costemer loves it.

Excellent customer service and super fast delivery!
I looked about for a competative price for the Quickstep laminate I wanted, and found it on Flooring Supplies. I was on a tight schedule to have it fitted, working around the decorators, so needed a quick delivery as well as a good price. I was going to order on line, but decided to phone to ensure my delivery day. I spoke to a very helpful chap called Ian, who assured me my delivery would be with me next day, and it was, and for free! Order placed at 1pm Tuesday, delivered (to Birmingham) the next day by 3pm. I also bought the product cheaper than my floor fitter could get it from his regular supplier! I will certainly recommend this compnay to my friends and would happliy purchase from them again - Thanks!!

Good product, well pagacked, OK price, poor service
BEWARE product images are not always accurate and Flooring Supplies won't go out of their way to help!
Ordered a range of products from the website which were delivered promptly and well packaged the next day.
Unfortunately one of the real wood ash trims we ordered was a very different colour to that pictured on the website. While we understand there is a variation with natural wood products, this was a significant difference. We chose the ash because is seemed a closer match to the light oak laminate it was to be paired with than the oak version.
Flooring Supplies offered to swap the product, but only after returning aat my expense and incurring another £12 delivery charge for the replacement (£20+ for a £15 product). While the description suggests pairing the product with Ash flooring, it doesn't state that there is potentially a wild variation in the colour supplied.
Disappointing service from an online business these days.

It's always worth a call to check suitability of accessories when matching up to floors not purchased from us, as it's likely there will be some variation. Our accessories are matched with our own floors, so you would have had a great match if you bought one of our ash realwood floors. Nonetheless, we would always recommend oak accessories to go with oak floors, especially as it was an oak laminate you were pairing these with.

Went downtown Thetford to the show room and found a great range of wood flooring on show and all of the help I needed. The staff are extremely friendly and some are as mad as a box of frogs..... In a good way! Will recommend and use again.

The flooring is excellent. Having done quite a bit of research, this product (natura) was thicker (6mm) than all the others I looked at. It feels strong and solid underfoot. Excellent service too.

Looks classy!
I fitted this myself and found the timber to be of sturdy construction. It was fitted and knocked together with the professional wooden floor kit which I would highly recommend because the amount of hammering required to join the timber lengths would no doubt kill cheaper varieties.
The floor was completed in a day using a variety of tools including a circluar saw and chop saw - achieving a proffessional look.
For the price, the flooring looks far more expensive than what I paid, It looks fabulous and has had the admiration from family and friends; need I go on? ;-)
If there is one bit of advice I can give with relation to this company. They only give the statutory 7 days money back, so if ordering flooring in advance of decorating etc ( you need to allow 48 hours for the wood to acclimatise) then if anything is wrong you might come unstuck. All I can say is check out the returns poilcy and beware.
From my experience, the package arrived in perfect condition, but not all deliveries are like that right?

A stunning floor provided by proffessionals who know their thing.
I ordered the oak iron wood floor and am very pleased with the end result, it not only has enhanced the cottagey feel to the house but puts a smile on my face every time I look at it... even my builder has said he now wants this in his house too!!!Thank you to the care team at flooring supplies who looked after me throughout the process and gave very clear communication.

Great product but customer service is below standard
I am totally satisfied with the product it's a great quality and exactly what I had expected. But when I tried to call customer service inquiring about the possibility of returning the leftovers the man on the phone was talking to me like I asked him to come here and pick every single one by hand and walk back to Manchester. He was really unhelpful and I didn't get closer to the answer to my question.

Great product - but after care re delivery oh oh!
I love the product - I got a good price but when 2 out of 14 packs have some damage through failure to load properly on a pallet I am a little upset. Ok, so out of all the planks that made up the 14 packs only 5 planks were damaged at the end and they can be used for the necessary infill, but to be patted on the hand by the Sales Manager and told this is the case is not good. Assume you buy any goods and they are damaged in delivery, what do you expect - I may be greedy in my thinking BUT THIS IS A CONSUMER SOCIETY. So yes, I would buy from them again and yes I would always buy Quick-Step and I know MAXIMISED PROFIT is the end word, for the sake of customer total satisfaction a twenty pound refund may have been appropriate on a £400+ sale. Final score 7.5 out of 10 when it could so easily have been a 10 out of 10.

Great product and great service!
I found it so easy to buy my flooring off the website. I was surprised that only 10 mins after I had placed my order, someone called me to confirm my order and delivery. They were so friendly and it made my whole shopping experience.

All the staff were very helpful, from the MD to the guys at the warehouse, as we collected our flooring ourselves. The flooring has not been laid yet as we have quite a bit of preperation to do, so we can't comment on the final results.

Great price and great service
Order 75m2 (50 packs) of Quickstep Perspective Merbau planks for our recent refurb.
The product itself is excellent but the price and service from FS was second to none. Again we did a fair bit or research and even got some prices from Trade and they couldn't be beaten.
Delivery was flawless and I've also had cause to raise a question after sale with them which was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
All in all a great experience.

Not Floored By This Project!
The ordering of the flooring was very straightforward. However, I did find choosing the correct adhesive slightly confusing. I used more than was necessary to start with, but I soon got the hang of it. Although, I'm not sure that I had the right one! Also, is there an easy way to cut a template for the doorways, as each one is slightly different.
This is the first floor I have laid, and, must say that I'm very please with the end result.

Prompt delivery, all boxes perfect.....floor looks fantastic
I ordered the flooring which was delivered promptly and on time. We have this floor throughout the downstairs of our house and it has transformed how our rooms look. Everyone who sees our house is wowed by the floor. It is so easy to clean....having had this floor in a previous house I know it will last for years to come....and look new for years to come....something that can not be said of carpets! Great price and great service with fab communication from ordering through to delivery. Thanks!

Excellent service and prompt delivery
We placed our order approx 11.30am one day and asked if there was any possibility of a next day delivery. After taking the order details the guy on the phones aid he would see what he could do. After a very short time on hold next day delivery was agreed. When the order was delivered the delivery driver even placed the goods in the garage.

Excellent but a few tweaks are needed
Firstly got a free sample of the wood flooring in two days.
Ordered my items with ease on the site (so much cheaper than Homebase). Received email and phone call confirming my order.
Only downside was delivery. The driver workload meant that my delivery would not come as planned, but it was quickly sorted by the company and though delivered later than planned they made the effort to sort out the problem. For that you have to be commended.

As a novice I ordered what i thaought was a complete door set? Turned out that we need more and that cost us more on expensive delivery.
