Very helpful, beat any competitor price!!
My advisor was very helpful originally found a cheaper price, beat instead of matching it they beat it by £5. Also went through all insurance details and told me not to accept any upgrades as I'm already covered.

Great Rates & Choice - Fiddly Website
In the day when an attractive website is essential to gain business I think these guys could do with an overhaul. That said, it was easy enough to use, if a little tiresome. There is also no option to go 'back' and change the car type or rental type, which is annoying.
All in all though I got what I needed and at a rate that nobody else was able to even come close to.

Exactly what I look for in a car hire company
Using Florida Car Hire website I was able to compare price and what was included in the rental. I could have booked using the website but wanted to confirm a couple of items from the terms and conditions so booked the car hire via the phone. The representative was knowledgeable and informative. I travel to Florida regularly and will be checking Florida Car Hire website for my future rentals providing there are no issues with the rental voucher.

Good impression so far
So far I have yet to pick up my car, but I would like to say that the website was easy to use, the pricing was very competitive and when I recieved my pre paid voucher there was an error on it. I called them to tell them about this & the Gentleman on the phone said there was no problem & in fact he corrected the error there and then & told me to reprint the voucher. I did this & the new voucher was correct, so the service I recieved has been first class so far.
I will post another report after the holiday to see if the rest of my car hire experience has been as good as the booking process.

Nice people to deal with and good prices.
I have used Florida Car hire before and my reason for making reservations through them is that they include additional drivers in the rental price and are still competitive with other car rental companies who don't.. Additional driver can cost around £7.00 a day if you decide to pay at the car rental companies desk..

It is an upfront & honest site, has the best price on the net without those sneaky hidden extras that other sites do!!
I always spend far too long looking for the best deals which after endless hours on my keyboard I found with this site. Can't fault this company
We rent a car in Orlando every year for two months and this year decided to get a quote on line from Florida Car Hire.
Phoned with a query and spoke to Rob who was truly excellent

Want to save loads of cash on car hire?
My family visit florida 2 to 3 times a year and Florida car hire is the only place I hire my cars from while in Florida, it's all done via their website and no hard sell by the car hire staff when you get there tired from your 10 hour flight regarding insurance etc, cars provided are as normally available from the hire companies so you get new fresh clean cars everytime. I requested call back which was immediate and the gentleman was very courteous and explained everything to do with the car rental and also warned me of the desk agents in Florida that they try to sell insurances that are already covered in the car rental,the service I received was excellent and I would not hesitate to book car hire with them again

Well at least they answer the phone!!
Having gone through the usual searches etc on the web my brother told me of this car rental company and after checking online they were very competitive but i did have a cheaper quote so i clicked the link on the page and entered my phone number so someone would call me back to discuss this, after we went through the details which i didnt take into consideration at the time about what rental companies etc would be suppying the car he explained to me that the actual company i was looking at did not operate within the airport and meant having to get a shuttle etc to pick up the car and when u consider the extra torture etc with 2 young children and luggage saving 20 pounds would not be worth it so take all this onboard before you rent!! the guy i was talking to was called Rob and was a gentleman and within ten mins had my voucher through and with almo a good company right in the middle of the airport which you can also go through the line and choose your car and a little tip to anyone just check and turn on the key and look at the milage as the last one i got had only 700 miles done so was brand new!! And yes they do ring you back!! thanks for looking after me regards Ricky!!

Dated website but reliable company
I've used this Company before and had no problems. The website is a little dated and you have to start search again if you want to look at alternative vehicles. I ordered an SUV but there are 2 types offered by the rental company's. One is a ''Standard'' and the other ''Intermediate'' FloridaCarHire do not specify which one it is, however if you check the car type info it is apparent that it is the larger ''Standard'' grade. Prices have been poor for the past 3 years and I have been ordering my vehicles elsewhere. The prices currently are competetive so I have returned.

Needed a car , needed a deal phoned FCH and got my wheels
Hi needed to book a car for November holiday to Florida, having used FCH a few years ago I thought I would try again.. We had a budget in mind and when our first look came well under we just went ahead and booked it.
Web page easy to navigate, confirmation emails came back very quick. After paying we received a phone call as I had put in a wrong card detail and within seconds all sorted and the CH voucher in my in box within minutes..
Just hope every thing else goes as smoothly .

The website was recommended to me and I'm more than happy to recommend them to others. Spent a few hours trawling through various web sites comparing prices. Finally got one that I was happy with and started filling in the booking section. Halfway through I remembered seeing the advert on FloridaCarHire's website saying that they would beat any price. Always very sceptical but rang them anyway. The chap I spoke with was very helpful and informative. Firstly he made sure of the price that I quoted him and what I needed. Frustration at Alamo
The Booking and paperwork were first class from floridacarhire.com,having used their service before I had no hesitation to use them again.But I made the mistake of completing the paperwork which was supposed to make the book in to pick up the car easier.I experienced the following on my arrival at Alamo:-
I went to the booking in machines as directed and entered in all the required information,after 15 minutes of entering all the information,I was told to go to the reception desk,which meant joining the now long queue.THE MACHINES ARE ALSO IN VIEW OF THE PEOPLE IN THE SEATING AREA,THERE IS NO PRIVACY,DATE OF BIRTH,NAME ETC ARE ASKED FOR,AND ARE DISPLAYED ON SCREEN WHEN YOU TYPE THEM IN.IT WAS A COMPLETE DISASTER WHICH I WOULD AVOID.The guy on reception was apologetic,and professional and in no time I had car keys and the required paperwork.
