Florida Car Hire was recommended to me by a friend and what a recommendation. Their email response time was fast, clear & helpful. I phoned and left my number within in 5 mins my call was returned and i booked both of my vechiles from a very friendly and polite gentleman , he explained everything to me, would use again as i travel to florida every year and will be recommeding to friends and family, my experience excellent company.

A GOOD DAY IN THE HOT SEAT
120811235*** this was my reservation number, but silly me I enter a digit wrong I promptly got a call to varify my needs the person that handled the call was able to change my request to what I really wanted for my holiday 4 days a crusie in the mean time and then 3days all sorted and saved money along with no parking fee at the cruise harbour could not recomend this company enough Thank-you so much

Dont miss out on the best car hire deal
I had seen the car I wanted cheaper with another company, informed floridacarhire, received a phone call from an extremely helpful employee, who gave me a cheaper deal, and no credit card charges, as I know the other car companies charge. He also informed me not to be pressured into buying anything else when I picked up my car in Florida, as it is not needed. I have been to Florida on several occasions and this is definately the best car hire service I have ever received, I would highly recommend this service and I will be using this company from now on.

Best prices , Easiest booking and good information
Easy online search facility and best pricing compared to four other sites. Simple booking and confirmation, Good support if needed and advice on best options if staying longer than two weeks. ie, free tanks of fuel (Gold option) if you change vehicle midstay and no surcharges for drop off at different locations.

Awesome Car Hire, Great price and very friendly helpful staff
I called FloridaCarHire as on there website they state that they will beat any quote. The agent I spoke to was extremely helpful, checked out the cheapest quote I had and then came back with a better price. He explained everything I needed to know and told me what to not be talked into buying at the desk as I didn't need it.
I have found the whole process very easy and am really glad I found FloridaCarHire.

Value for money, easy as pie!
This was the best quote for a large car to hire and it was so simple to arrange. It has the added bonus of being able to check in online before you go abroad. Ive been to several carhire firms in the us and tgat can take a long time. Am more than happy and will definately recommend to friends and family. 5*!!!!!

A fantastic customer experience
Checked the website and found a deal elsewhere that was cheaper. Clicked the option for a call back and within 20 minutes I had booked my car hire at a much cheaper price than I found.
The service was amazing, very professional yet friendly. He noticed that I had been before and only gave me the information I needed. However if I had never been to Orlando before I am sure he would have given all the useful advise........

I have been to Florida many times and hired a car each time but I must say my dealings with the Florida car hire rep was top noch. He not only informed me about the rental he also told me about the sharp practices to be aware of by car hire desk people in Orlando.

Excellent company to do business with
I completed the form on the internet saying that I would like someone to contact me. This was done by a very helpful man who checked prices for me gave me advise on what to expect when I get to Florida and also sent me a map.

Doesn't get much better!
I have used Floridacarhire on a number of occasions now and have never been let down. Website is easy to use and service is very prompt. I received all my paperwork in approx 10 mins after booking.
Prices are very good, I have checked a few other company's and FloridaCarHire come out top every time.
Would highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

Spoke with Rob who looked at all options available to me. As only one additional driver was needed, he checked if it would work out cheaper by booking silver inclusive rate and paying for an additional driver or going for the gold rate.
Brilliant service from him and he explained everything fully.

Very helpful and curteous
Very easy to use website, with very helpful staff when you get through on the phone. I did however leave a voicemail message ooutside office hours (about a week ago) and no one ever got back to me. Apart from that though, very impressed with teh service and with the prices. Very honest too about the add-ons that will be pushed at us on arrival and teh fact that we will not need any of them.
It's an A+ from me so far. Hopefully all weel be just a slick when we collect the car! Many thanks.

exceptional customer experience
Florida Car hire gave me exceptional customer service and kept the office open late and got my voucher sent out that same evening. I had left it to the last minute and was so stressed out, but Katie made me feel so reassured and handled every thing quickly and accurately so I was able to relax and look forward to my holiday. An extra bonus, was that the car was cheaper than all the other quotes I had been given. I had been advised of a local one way drop off fee beforehand so there were no nasty surprises when I picked up the car and everything was as I expected it to be. I would recommend Florida Car hire with no hesitation whatsover - outstanding customer service, excellent value for money and more importantly, something money can't buy - reassurance.

Excellent service and value
Held a booking on line but then decided we wanted to change the type of car so called the number. Call answered straight away and options discussed, advisor offered lots of advice and guidance I hadn't even thought of and was very honest about extras i wanted to purchase. Really helpful and booking was all done within minutes with the option of just a deposit/ Decided to pay in full though as our plans are set and wont be changing...hopefully, and received confirmation and voucher almost straight away....Hopefully all will be as smooth at the other end.
