I bought a pair of Sennheiser headphones from this company in Jan of this year. Then I read the reviews and panicked. Tried to make contact to no avail. Nonetheless the product turned up! About 5 days later the headphones broke and I tried to get a replacement. 2 months later they still hadn't responded to my requests, so I contacted Sennheiser uk head office and took the headphones to them. THEY WERE FAKE!!. Sennheiser have promised me a REAL pair as a gesture of goodwill and the saga, I guess, is in the hands of their legal team.
I ordered a official Xbox controller on the 3rd of December. I have sent several emails and have received no reply. I have tried ringing them but never get an answer when I call. Even better is that I noticed that their telephone number is now missing from their website.
I ordered a keyboard case for a galaxy tab 2. Paid extra for immediate shipping. Never received the item. They never responded to e-mails, telephone messages I left or to paypal when I put in a dispute. I would never order from them again, IT IS A SCAM!
Bought a pair of headphones 2 weeks ago from these conmen and surprise surprise never received them. In fact I've had no confirmation email and no replies to the countless emails and phonecalls I have made. Thankfully I paid through PayPal so hopefully will get a refund. I have also made a report to "Action Fraud" and would encourage others ripped off by this gang to do the same. If you are thinking of buying anything from this website please do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere...
I ordered an Xbox controller for a bargain price - obviously looking back it really was too good to be true. They said it had been sent, but it never turned up and they didn't reply to any of my attempts to contact them. Finally I was refunded via Pay Pal who they didn't reply to either! I'd advise you to avoid this bunch unless you are really after a cowboy outfit.
wish i'd come here and seen reviews. have never had such awful customer service. 1 reply in about 10 emails. item ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and still not here. 1st class post my arse. wouldn't mind if i thought they were doing something about it as i know these things happen, but am guessing it's the same with everyone. luckily paid with paypal who will hopefully get me my money back. shame the website doesn't pop up with a warning
Do not touch with a bargepole! They don't respond to emails, don't repond via their online form. I'm returning the item which doesn't support audio as they claim and will I receive a refund? Concerned I won't. I will request a chargeback from my credit card provider if a refund isn't actioned.
Glad I paid by credit card not PayPal. Thankfully they didn't draw the money within 7 days so now can't do so. No response to communications. Can't log in via Google. I wonder how long they'll be able to go on conning people.
Ordered an xbox wireless controller for my sons birthday on the 25th january its now the 2nd of febuary and his birthday is on the 6th. Getting worried it wont turn up. Not replying to emails or answering the phone. I accept delays happen but communication would make things so much easier and understanding. I have made a claim with paypal as i will need to buy a controller from elsewhere.
Ordered on the 24th January, got an email the next day saying it had been dispatched - when it got to a week later on the 31st January I hadn't received anything I begun to get worried after seeing this site so i emailed them, I didn't get a response but it arrived today the 2nd February . They cant be a con website if people are receiving there items.
like everyone here i ordered a xbox360 controller for my sons 13th which was on the 29th jan i ordered on the 21st jan and never recieved it,paid by paypal as bank card never worked contacted them by phone twice and email twice,as it now shows i still have a item in the basket and no orders were made even though i paid and i had confirmation that my order went through, i have now open a dispute with paypal to try and get my money back,these people are taking hard earn money from us and making a fool of us,im am sooo peed of with this foneboy company,they are not the ones that have to tell their son that the item hasn,t arrived and seeing the disappointment in his face,i hope paypal can get my money back so i can go to argos and get my son a controller that he is waitin on PLEASE DON,T GO NEAR FONEBOY THEY ARE A CON AND ARE TAKING US AS MUGS

До 45 дней, они ещё отвечали на майлы, с извинениями, а когда срок подачи жалобы на Пайпале кончился, эти сучьи твари вообще перестали общаться. Если всё таки решитесь у этих уродов что то заказывать, то требуйте трекинг номер посылки, если не отвечают или внятно не обьясняются, то не ждите и открывайте дискуссию на Пайпале, иначе останетесь с носом, как я. Попробую ещё узнать в центре по правам потребителей, слышал, что у них сейчас есть служба по международным делам, или как то так, которая рассматривает такие жалобы.
Ordered item on 2nd January, 5 day delivery time offered. 3 mails and 5 attempted telephone calls later, no reply to date. Item still undelivered nor any contact with vendor.Started dispute with Paypal yesterday
Ordered Wireless Xbox controller on 12th Jan. The email that was returned stated I would be contacted within three days. Nothing heard. Have emailed them but no answer. Have rung them but it goes to either an Orange mobile answer phone or another voice mail service. Do not buy from Foneboy. It appears to be a scam.
I ordered a Xbox Wireless Controller on 14th January. Today is 22nd January. I have issued several emails via the FoneBoy website (contact us and complaint) asking what's happening with my item. I have left 2 voicemails via their contact phone number. My order status on their website states "authorised", I have received zero communication on this order (I.e. nothing via email to even confirm my order!). I want to purchase my new controller elsewhere but want this issue resolved urgently. Customer service from FoneBoy is pathetic, zero communication from them to their customers!!! I want a full refund immediately!
I have raised a PayPal dispute and contacted IMRG also, since it would appear that this isn't the first time that this website has taken customer money and not delivered!!!
Ordered a keyboard for a Christmas present on the 25th November hoping that was giving plenty of time. It is now the 24th of January and I'm still waiting. Sent various emails, even got IMRG involved, nothing, no replies. Don't waste your money.
Probably a scam i've waited a week for an express delivery item to arrive but nothing. I've tried contacting them to no avail. no answer to emails and phone rings out. This site should be shut down..I've started proceedings to get my money back and submitted a complaint to ISIS. They are a so called 'Trusted Shop' ...hmmmm
