I bought a pair of Sennheiser headphones from this company in Jan of this year. Then I read the reviews and panicked. Tried to make contact to no avail. Nonetheless the product turned up!
About 5 days later the headphones broke and I tried to get a replacement.
2 months later they still hadn't responded to my requests, so I contacted Sennheiser uk head office and took the headphones to them. THEY WERE FAKE!!. Sennheiser have promised me a REAL pair as a gesture of goodwill and the saga, I guess, is in the hands of their legal team.
Delivered item on time, but has breached the sale of goods Act by not responding to communications from me. Hopeless company, please dont make the same mistake I did and order from them!!
Looking for a replacement XBOX 360 Wireless Controller for my son. This site was the cheapest at £21.99 delilvered, so I ordered.
After starting reviewing then on the t'interent and was not good. I thought I would be clever and call them but just an answer machine, so I emailed, may be after 5-6 times no response.
Thankfully I ordered by Paypal put in a complaint, they had 7 days to respond, did not so I got a refund.
I am unsure if this company/site is a scam or just really rubbish, either way I would suggest all to avoid from my own experience.
I ordered a official Xbox controller on the 3rd of December. I have sent several emails and have received no reply. I have tried ringing them but never get an answer when I call. Even better is that I noticed that their telephone number is now missing from their website.
I ordered a keyboard case for a galaxy tab 2.
Paid extra for immediate shipping. Never received the item.
They never responded to e-mails, telephone messages I left or to paypal when I put in a dispute.
I would never order from them again, IT IS A SCAM!
Bought IPhone cover on 23rd Dec. 2012 .
It never arrived.
They have never contacted me.
They have ignored by email and my complaint.
Do not buy from this site...it is a complete SCAM.

Bought a pair of headphones 2 weeks ago from these conmen and surprise surprise never received them. In fact I've had no confirmation email and no replies to the countless emails and phonecalls I have made. Thankfully I paid through PayPal so hopefully will get a refund. I have also made a report to "Action Fraud" and would encourage others ripped off by this gang to do the same. If you are thinking of buying anything from this website please do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere...
I ordered an Xbox controller for a bargain price - obviously looking back it really was too good to be true. They said it had been sent, but it never turned up and they didn't reply to any of my attempts to contact them. Finally I was refunded via Pay Pal who they didn't reply to either! I'd advise you to avoid this bunch unless you are really after a cowboy outfit.
wish i'd come here and seen reviews. have never had such awful customer service. 1 reply in about 10 emails. item ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and still not here. 1st class post my arse. wouldn't mind if i thought they were doing something about it as i know these things happen, but am guessing it's the same with everyone. luckily paid with paypal who will hopefully get me my money back. shame the website doesn't pop up with a warning
Do not touch with a bargepole! They don't respond to emails, don't repond via their online form. I'm returning the item which doesn't support audio as they claim and will I receive a refund? Concerned I won't. I will request a chargeback from my credit card provider if a refund isn't actioned.
Glad I paid by credit card not PayPal. Thankfully they didn't draw the money within 7 days so now can't do so. No response to communications. Can't log in via Google. I wonder how long they'll be able to go on conning people.
Ordered an xbox wireless controller for my sons birthday on the 25th january its now the 2nd of febuary and his birthday is on the 6th. Getting worried it wont turn up. Not replying to emails or answering the phone. I accept delays happen but communication would make things so much easier and understanding. I have made a claim with paypal as i will need to buy a controller from elsewhere.
Ordered on the 24th January, got an email the next day saying it had been dispatched - when it got to a week later on the 31st January I hadn't received anything I begun to get worried after seeing this site so i emailed them, I didn't get a response but it arrived today the 2nd February .
They cant be a con website if people are receiving there items.
like everyone here i ordered a xbox360 controller for my sons 13th which was on the 29th jan i ordered on the 21st jan and never recieved it,paid by paypal as bank card never worked contacted them by phone twice and email twice,as it now shows i still have a item in the basket and no orders were made even though i paid and i had confirmation that my order went through, i have now open a dispute with paypal to try and get my money back,these people are taking hard earn money from us and making a fool of us,im am sooo peed of with this foneboy company,they are not the ones that have to tell their son that the item hasn,t arrived and seeing the disappointment in his face,i hope paypal can get my money back so i can go to argos and get my son a controller that he is waitin on PLEASE DON,T GO NEAR FONEBOY THEY ARE A CON AND ARE TAKING US AS MUGS

До 45 дней, они ещё отвечали на майлы, с извинениями, а когда срок подачи жалобы на Пайпале кончился, эти сучьи твари вообще перестали общаться. Если всё таки решитесь у этих уродов что то заказывать, то требуйте трекинг номер посылки, если не отвечают или внятно не обьясняются, то не ждите и открывайте дискуссию на Пайпале, иначе останетесь с носом, как я. Попробую ещё узнать в центре по правам потребителей, слышал, что у них сейчас есть служба по международным делам, или как то так, которая рассматривает такие жалобы.
Ordered item on 2nd January, 5 day delivery time offered. 3 mails and 5 attempted telephone calls later, no reply to date. Item still undelivered nor any contact with vendor.Started dispute with Paypal yesterday
Ordered Wireless Xbox controller on 12th Jan. The email that was returned stated I would be contacted within three days. Nothing heard. Have emailed them but no answer. Have rung them but it goes to either an Orange mobile answer phone or another voice mail service. Do not buy from Foneboy. It appears to be a scam.
I ordered a Xbox Wireless Controller on 14th January. Today is 22nd January. I have issued several emails via the FoneBoy website (contact us and complaint) asking what's happening with my item. I have left 2 voicemails via their contact phone number. My order status on their website states "authorised", I have received zero communication on this order (I.e. nothing via email to even confirm my order!). I want to purchase my new controller elsewhere but want this issue resolved urgently. Customer service from FoneBoy is pathetic, zero communication from them to their customers!!! I want a full refund immediately!
I have raised a PayPal dispute and contacted IMRG also, since it would appear that this isn't the first time that this website has taken customer money and not delivered!!!
Ordered a keyboard for a Christmas present on the 25th November hoping that was giving plenty of time. It is now the 24th of January and I'm still waiting. Sent various emails, even got IMRG involved, nothing, no replies. Don't waste your money.
Probably a scam i've waited a week for an express delivery item to arrive but nothing. I've tried contacting them to no avail. no answer to emails and phone rings out. This site should be shut down..I've started proceedings to get my money back and submitted a complaint to ISIS. They are a so called 'Trusted Shop' ...hmmmm
I ordered a Jawbone bluetooth headset on 22nd Dec and paid £44 I've received nothing. Sent 2 emails and attempted to ring everyday for 2 weeks. Does this company really exist or is it a scam. I am now starting a process to recover my money. Please don't buy from them.
Headphones ordered on 11th Dec, money taken on 13th Dec and still waiting for them to arrive. All attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered and as such I am raising a dispute to try and get money back through Paypal. This is not the way to run a business, no matter how competitively your goods are priced.
Purchsed item nearly a month ago, money taken and item has not been dispatched. I have tried several times to email and call the company with no response. Opened a paypal dispute and they haven't even bothered to reply to that. Hopefully I will get my money back. Thanks for not supplying a Christmas present and taking my money in the process.
Avoid at all costs, I wish I had seen the reviews here first before I purchased from them. Ignore the positive comments, I'm pretty sure that is them trying to scam a few more people
I ordered a Kidigi Google Nexus 7 Cover-mate USB Desktop Charger Charging Cradle Sync Dock then found this site, I was shocked to see so many bad reviews so I immediately tried to get in touch with Foneboy to check if this was all true and I did not get any responses just like you guys said so I panicked and put in a Paypal claim etc for my money back.
Guess what?, my order was delivered today, just 4 day's after I paid for it... :)
All I can say is they get there in the end...

I ordered a Samsung Bluetooth case / keyboard 19th December, paid for express delivery, no emails or no answer phone messages returned, paid via card, wondering if to contact card issuer for a refund?
Goods ordered in time for Christmas. No goods received over two weeks later. Tried to contact the company and as is their ways they have avoided contacting me. Wish I had checked out the reviews first. Currently trying to get a refund so I can take my money to a more expensive but reputable shop. Only reason they get one star is because the site won't let me give none!!

I doubt this company is real. AVOID using at all costs. NO customer care whatsoever. NO response to my emails/ calls.

Still no contact from the company or goods received. Paypal have given me a full refund. Ordered an aluminium keyboard off Amazon which arrived within 48 hours and is great! I hate to think this company are scammers and still live in hope that the keyboard will arrive...hate being ripped off!

Oh how I wish I'd seen these reviews before being sucked in by these bargain prices...
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy 10" Keyboard and cover on 14th Dec, paid extra for 1st class postage, knowing full well that Royal Mail still had time to deliver before Christmas (Other goods ordered from a seller on EBay on 21st Dec arrived on 22nd!).
21st - I emailed to check the dispatch date (the suggested method of contact as they'll respond more quickly...HAHA). NOTHING.
24th - I telephoned in the morning - Closed, so I left a message. STILL no response.
Here we are 15 days after my payment date, Christmas having now been and gone and STILL I have not received my goods. I am raging - this was a Christmas gift along with a Samsung Tablet and has ruined the family surprise for my dad.
I'm about to report to Paypal and buy from Amazon or EBay, which is what I should have done in the first place and paid a bit more.
I placed my order for a Nexus 7 case on 9th December, and the item has been showing as 'in stock' ever since. I paid for first class post, yet STILL have not had an email notification of dispatch. It has been an unacceptably long time, and despite two phone messages, an email, and a PayPal dispute, I have had no communication. I would tell anyone thinking of buying from this 'company' to go to Amazon or elsewhere. Foneboy are simply terrible.
I ordered the FoneBoy iPhone 5 desktop as a pre order. It was sent about 5 das ago and arrived this week very well packaged. This is simply the best looking iPhone 5 Desktop charger I could find and at £14.99 for this design it is excellent value for money.
I orderd a set of koss headphones as a gift on Monday and paid extra for recored post. I had an email last Tuesday afternoon to say they were sent and was emailed the recorded delivery reference number too. The headphones arrived with Royal mail on Saturday Just in time for Christmas.
This is my only moan as I was expecting them Thursday, however Royal mail did have these oin Tuesday afternoon so I can't really blame the retailler. If they arrived on Thirsday this would have been a 5 star review though.
I ordered an X box controller ten days ago. They promised an update email 3 days later which didn't come. The controller has not come. I emailed two days ago - their site says they will respond in 48 hours. They haven't. I telephoned this morning and got a message to say they weren't going to pick up the phone and I should leave a message. I tried again just now, and the phone number went straight to a mobile number messaging service, which then said it couldn't take a message from me as the message box was full (of everyone else's complaints no doubt). Will be contacting my credit card company now.

Its now 18.12.12 and I haven't received my item. They won't reply via email nor answer the phone.

I ordered 2 sets of headphones from foneboy on 21/11/2012. They advised me via email on 21/11/2012 that my order had been packed and was being sent out 2nd class post. We all know that 2nd class post doesn't take more than 3 weeks to reach its destination. I emailed them via their online form on 03/12/2012 - the one they say that they aim to contact you back within 48 hours...well they didn't. I've also tried to call their 08446641488 with no answer. They haven't responded to any messages in the PayPal resolution centre either so I've taken the issue to my bank to claim a charge back for non-delivery as I've had to order these items from elsewhere.
Order from a reputable retailer. Seriously..... Do not use this company. Absolutely useless. In fact, the most appalling company I have ever dealt with.
Edit 23/12/12: Foneboy emailed me earlier on in the week, 2 weeks after I raised a paypal dispute to inform me they were re-sending the goods and weren't sure who they had sent the original parcel with!!. I emailed them straight back (within minutes) and told them not to send the goods as i had already ordered them elsewhere. guess what.... they sent them on and now i have 4 sets of headphones.... 2 from these numpties and 2 from another reputable global retailer who delivered on time. Now they want me to remove this review... Well I won't.... I stand by everything I said, avoid this company at all costs!!!

I ordered an xbox controller for xmas on the 19th nov and it has still not arrived. Contacted the company last week by phone they said if it hadn't arrived by friday then let them know and they will re send it. Can I get hold of them ....NO!!!!! Really not happy at all

I ordered an Xbox 360 controller as an Xmas present and after being sent an email saying it has been dispatched 11 days ago, I am still waiting for either the controller or a reply to either of the emails I sent them. I definitely do not recommend using this website
