Ordered an ipig ipod through foneboy last week, received a confirmation email that they have despatched it. It is now 7 days later and i still have not received my item.
Tried phoning and had to leave a message, no response!!! and also got no replies to my 2 emails sent.
I shall contact paypal tomorrow for a refund, i wouldn't mind if they said there was a problem and i would get delivery soon, but to hear nothing at all is just really bad.
I echo the other comments.
I received my item 8 working days after getting the email to say it was despatched. Once escalating to a claim i did hear from customer service.
Increased rating to 2 stars because i did receive my item but still very unhappy about customer service.
I was asked to please remove this review, i'm sorry foneboy i don't wish to do that, you have caused me that much grief over the last 10 days..
There is hope afterall for the rest who have orders placed..
I placed my order in plenty of time for when it is needed as it is a Christmas present. I haven't heard anything from this company even though I have it in writing in the confirmation email received from fone boy that they would contact me within 3 days either to confirm the postage or if there was a problem. I haven't heard anything. This is a contract they have with me and it is breaking this contract so i have everything i need to take this further. This is also poor customer service and I certainly won't be using this company again and I am having to order another phone dock as I don't trust this company to deliver it in time. At least I know a company such as play.com or amazon will deliver it in the time frame and if I contact them I will get an answer!

This company has a none existent after sales policy. They don't answer emails, they do have a contact number, but its a answerphone, don't bother leaving a message they don't get back to you. Its now seven days since the email stating that it had been
dispatched but no sign of it. I made the mistake of supporting a small company don't do the same. I will stick to Amazon. I will be making a claim with Paypal to get my money back in the next few days.
After waiting 3 weeks since my order was dispatched (1st class) I still havnt recieved it. I have also emailed the customer service about this twice and not receieved a reply, been totally ignored... Seems like a scam website!
I ordered 3 Christmas items, for plugging into USB port on our PC's at work. One arrived, the other 2 haven't. After 3 emails I have heard NOTHING!! If you ring their phone number it goes straight to answer machine. Rubbish service. Take heed anyone thinking of buying from them - DON'T!!!

Foneboy had a very good looking iPhone 5 desktop. I confirmed with them when their delivery was due and ordered it online.
I received a dispatch email the date they agreed and delivery took 2 days after this.
The desktop is excellent. The best I have seen for the iPhone 5.
As previous reviews indicate my confidence in this company is low. Still no delivery after 10 days (paid extra for 1st Class postage!) I have telephoned and emailed and no further information has been forthcoming.
I would be cautious of ordering anything unless their customer service improves and deliveries appear....might be an indication of a Company in difficulty!

After raising a Paypal dispute Foneboy contacted me and sent out another controller - it was received. ALL GOOD although pity about the delay!
I ordered a Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Controller from FoneBoy on the 14/11/12 and I have still not received my item, almost two weeks later. I have e-mailed the site twice in regards to my item's whereabouts, and on both occasions my queries have gone ignored. It is at a point now I am accepting I will not get a reply, nor will I receive my order, and I am having to cut a loss. I am fed up of waiting for answers and have now lost all patience. Even if I receive my item I will never be using their service again, and encourage others to avoid the site at all costs.
I reported an issue on PayPal last night and they have responded, kindly sending out my item again (which has earned them a star as I know others may not bother). I do recommend shopping around but if you really must purchase from FoneBoy be very wary. If there are issues then the best way to resolve them is to immediately report it to PayPal or your credit card company, as their responses to e-mails and site messages leave everything to be desired.
Everybody should be able to shop with confidence and FoneBoy do have a lot of potential. Unfortunately I do not have the confidence to shop with them again until they improve their customer service and overall reputation.
An excellent website. I placed my order for some accessories for my new work phone (Galaxy Note 2). I paid extra for express delivery and within 2 days the 3 items I ordered were in my hands.
I am very pleased with both the service I received and the products. The Case is a perfect fit from Samsung, the battery seems to last as well as the one supplied with the phone and the dual desktop is a great help.
I recently ordered two items from FoneBoy.co.uk. Both took over two weeks to be delivered causing me to try and contact the company to query their whereabouts. Despite over three e-mails and three phone calls no one bothered to respond.
When the orders finally arrived one was not as advertised and was missing listed parts. I once again tried to contact FoneBoy to query this and, once again, have had no response.
On the basis on how I have been treated I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing items from FoneBoy to think again, seriously.
I found Foneboy on Amazon after ordering a car holder. My second orer with them was on their website. I needed a car charger for my new iPhone 5 and they had a 2in1 car and PC USB charger for £12. I ordered it after asking them if it was for the iPhone 5 fitting as I was aware that the older iPhone chargers no longer fit.
They replied and reassured me and said it was a new model that inly arrive this week. I paid an extra 99p for 1st class posting and it arrived 2 days later. The charger is very good quality and I have been using it for 3 days now in the car with no issues. Seems to charge faster than my old iPhone 4 one too which is a bonus.

I was hunting for a desktop charger for my new iPhone 5. There were not many around with the new lightning port connection. I found the Foneboy version when searching on line. I emailed the company with a few questions I had. The replied very prompting and confirmed a bumper case could fit the dock also.
I ordered desktop which was a back order and the case. I received an updated advising the first stock was in the following Friday. Then the Monday after that Friday the 2 items arrived. Both the case and desktop are very good quality and both cost me under £20 with postage. Thank you Foneboy
I purchased a faulty Ipod speaker & the website states to contact them for return details. After 3 weeks of emails & phone calls they are still ignoring me!
I ordered item 9 days ago and paid extra for fast delivery. I have had nothing after the initial email. I have called and left messages and emailed. Nothing heard. I wonder if this company is in trouble or a scam. I am contacting the credit card company.

I placed an order for the Samsung Galaxy SIII Desktop Cradle with the spare battery slot at the back. I saw this on line elsewhere and looked at the brands website (Kidigi). I saw that Foneboy were an approved UK retailer so placed my preorder with them.
I was told the order would be sent on the 10th August when the first deliveries arrived. I was then emailed on the 10th to say it had been sent. This was a Friday, and the order arrived on the Monday with Royal mail.
The desktop is excellent and very good quality for the £14 I paid. I saw the original samsung branded one in a shop and this one looks better in my eyes and costs much less.
I was very happy with the communication from Foneboy as this was a preorder. They didn't charge my credit card until the 10th when they posted it (something a lot of other companies dont do), and the delivery once sent was swift. I do worry about ordering from websites I haven't used before but this company has gone a long way to reassuring me that smaller businesses are worth a try. Thank you.
My order was handled very well from the question I asked prior to placing the order to the delivery time. I paid extra to have it within a few days and it arrived 2 days later. The desktop charger and battery are very good quality and were a a very good price.
I saw that this website had the iPhone 5 dock port connector in stock at half the price of the one on the apple website. Ok it's not an apple branded version but from my use over the past 2 days it is perfect. I can now use my old JBL speaker dock with my new iPhone. For £13 it's a bargain.
