First time user. I was somewhat dubious about using them after reading many bad reviews but I gave them a go as they were the cheapest in the UK. Very happy with the outcome. I bought a Spibelt Energy Belt for my Triathlon training and bought it before their 2pm GMT posting deadline. They dispatched it that day (Free postage - 2nd class) and I received it 2 days later in rural Oxfordshire. Good email communication confirming purchase as well as dispatch-out timing. I checked out some of their other products and pricing is pretty competitive so I will probably use them again.
It has now been over 3 weeks since placing my order. I have not received any products. This is very concerning as the order I placed was worth $750!!!! I've tried ringing and sending emails, but no response. I wish that i read these reviews earlier. For Runners, you need to get your act into gear! Otherwise, your trusting customers will need to take it further. It's disappointing that it's come to this...
I placed an order in September and recieved the goods 7 weeks later. I was eventually given a tracking number which was the identification number on the parcel when it arrived Goods delivered were exactly what was ordered. Prices are keen
They sent me defective Asics trainers (hence cheap prices) and when I returned them for a replacement I was ignored, except for one phone call promising they would send another pair. They didn't! They haven't refunded the money either for my order 7819 (in case someone from the company is reading this and might actually get a refund) I am in process of making a complaint to the Office of fair trading on 08454040506.

You know, you trust a company believing they will replace the faulty goods like they said they would and then nothing happens. It is very disappointing. I have since gone to a reliable company to get the trainers that I tried to get from this company in April.
I have read way too many other reviews of the company now, to know this is not a one off. Many others have been put out too.
Spend the extra money and get good quality and service elsewhere is my advice.
Had the same issue as Jase, my order (10125) still shows 'processing' a month after ordering, when average order time was stated as 5-10 working days.
Delays I don't mind if I know they're coming and company keeps me in the loop. But 2 emails in the last 2 weeks remain unanswered and the 4 or 5 times I've rung their skype number there has been no answer.
Prove me wrong forrunners, let me know what's going on
Bestilte et par løbesko, bestemt model og farve. Da de ikke kunne levere den model jeg havde bestilt, sendte de mig en anden model og farve, uden først at henvende sig til mig og spørge om jeg var interesseret. De mente det var god kundeservice. Jeg var ikke enig. Retunerede skoene, måtte rykke flere gange før jeg fik mine penge retur.
