Posiblemente en quiebra

Tras dos meses esperando un producto que nunca llegaba y dejar de recibir respuestas de correo electrónico sospechosamente me vi obligado a pedir a paypal la devolución de mi dinero sin ningún tipo de explicación por parte de Euroguitar. Puede que en el pasado la Tienda funcionase correctamente, pero me temo que actualmente no es el caso.

Abysmal

Won't answer the phone, won't reply to 'hotline' emails. Why bother, something is sadly wrong when they can't be bothered to speak or reply to you?

Terrible Company...DONT!!!!!! Trust your money with them :-(

Terrible company, DONT...trust your money with them......Customer care does not exist and when something goes wrong they will just ignore you. You will lose your money and a whole load of time trying to sort things out with them. I have no choice but to take them to court and let the legal system sort things out. I never received my item I paid for and they are not interested at all in trying to sort it out or even help for that matter. Be warned you if you purchase anything from this cowboy company you will sadly regret it. Never reply to emails....If you phone them they will just give you excuses until you get tired of trying. Very frustrating....There are plenty of good music companies without having to take the risk with these people. I have lost more than 3000Euro. A lesson to be learned for other people I hope.

super service, même pour article pas en stock. Prix attractifs sur certains produits. Pas de frais de port en chronopost, c'est parfait.

Warning, hidden damage claims are not accepted. Buyers own risk

Ordered goods from Euroguitar. Order tracking did not work, so I had no idea when it would arrive. Anyway it arrived quickly and package was in prestine order. TNT delivery was signed by my daughter...

Unfortunately when package was opened the ordered product was clearly damaged, apparantly dropped on floor or something.

As TNT delivery was signed with no claims Euroguitar does not accept any liability on transport damage, so now they say I am a "happy" owner of goods worth several hundred euros....

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

Do not sign anything without opening the boxes and thoroughly inspecting all goods. If there are hidden damage, you will not be able to change them!

I warmly recommend Thomann instead, very good experience also when something goes wrong (as it tends to do sometimes)

No problems for me. Quick shipment and good service.

Despite other reviews I have to admit i had a good experince dealing with this company. Nice service (both mail and phone). Quick dispatch and track-and-trace all the way. Had it in a week after placing the order. And i live in Denmark. Good work. Furthermore, the guitar was packed really well and arrived without a scratch.
